The information acquisition and processing subsystem uploads the community hardware information to the central server, analyzes and displays the community hardware information in the central server, and background management personnel can integrally and comprehensively know the community hardware information, so that the background management personnel can reasonably arrange community patrol and security patrol tasks; the background management personnel can also issue the task information to the two patrol task execution subsystems through the central server, and the two patrol task execution subsystems issue the tasks to corresponding task execution personnel through the analysis of the task information; after the task is executed, the task executive personnel uploads the task execution records to the central server, the two patrol task result tracking subsystems process the task execution records, a background manager can conveniently check the task execution condition, the task completion number (namely the workload) of each task executive personnel is counted, the two patrol task result tracking subsystems can also obtain a customer satisfaction scoring result, fund distribution is carried out according to the task completion number and the customer satisfaction scoring result and according to the division and lubrication rules agreed in a contract, and payment is carried out to companies and workers providing services.
