Further, the reminding step S103 further includes determining a display order of the corresponding prompt information in the message list according to the file level information of the portrait file corresponding to the prompt information and/or the prompt time for generating the prompt information, where the prompt time is the time for generating the prompt information.
For example, if one of the prompt messages J is subordinate to a portrait file having first-level file hierarchy information and the other prompt message K is subordinate to a portrait file having second-level file hierarchy information, the prompt message J may be displayed before the prompt message K for the user to view when the prompt message is displayed in the message list according to the hierarchy information of the corresponding portrait file.
Alternatively, the order of display of the guidance information in the message list may be determined according to the guidance time at which the guidance information is generated. For example, if the prompt message J is generated at time t1 and the prompt message K is generated at time t2, and if t1 is smaller than t2, the prompt message J may be displayed before the prompt message K for the user to view when the prompt message is displayed in the message list.
It should be noted that, when a certain image to be compared is found to belong to the corresponding portrait file that needs to be focused, the reminding step S103 is executed, and the corresponding prompt information is generated. Therefore, it can be understood that the prompt time for generating the prompt message is synchronous with the time for filing the image to be compared in the portrait archive. Further, if the portrait file is updated based on the image to be compared, the update time and the prompt time of the portrait file are synchronized.
Further, since the prompt information is used to prompt the user that the person corresponding to the portrait file has a new movement, the prompt information may be a portrait picture of the person corresponding to the portrait file having the new movement, a prompt time for the portrait file to generate the prompt information, or a displayed portrait file aggregated list.
The prompt message is presented in the form of a portrait archive aggregated list. Since the portrait archive aggregated list is a summary list covering all the portrait archives with archive level information, if it is determined through the comparison step S102 that a new direction of movement occurs to a person corresponding to a certain portrait archive, a portrait picture representing the new direction of movement can be displayed in the portrait archive in a marked form, and the portrait archive is also marked correspondingly. When the user opens the portrait archive aggregated list, the portrait archive can be directly distinguished from the portrait archive aggregated list.
It should be noted that the marks made for the portrait photos and the marks made for the portrait archives may be the same or different. The marking can be realized by labeling different colors, or realized by highlighting the corresponding portrait pictures and/or portrait archives. Further, after the user checks the portrait picture of the new trend of the person corresponding to the portrait archive in the portrait archive, the portrait picture is displayed in the portrait archive in a mark-free form. Correspondingly, after the portrait picture of the person corresponding to the portrait archive showing the new trend is viewed, the portrait archive is also viewed, so that the portrait archive at the moment is also displayed in the portrait archive clustering list in an unmarked form. Thereby indicating that the user viewed the corresponding reminder information.
In practical application, the corresponding prompt information can be displayed in a preview mode, so that a user can more intuitively know and read the prompt information of the corresponding portrait file.
Similarly, taking a person corresponding to a certain person image file as an example of a person concerned, if the person image picture corresponding to the person is acquired by the acquisition device C1 at time t2, it indicates that the person concerned appears at the place where the acquisition device C1 is located at time t2, then the reminding step S103 sends the movement information of the person concerned to the message list in a prompt information manner for the user to view, and may also show other information related to the prompt information, for example, the person image picture corresponding to the person is acquired by the acquisition device C1 at time t2 to the user in a preview manner, so that the user can more intuitively read the prompt information.
As another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the person state tracking method 100 may further include a collecting step S106, i.e., it may be determined to collect some portrait files according to a user instruction. In practical application, by collecting certain portrait files, the updating condition of the collected portrait files can be checked at any time without being influenced by whether the portrait files have file level information of a first level, a second level or a third level.
Further, the comparing step S102 may further include obtaining a third similarity according to the collected feature value of the image to be compared and the collected feature value, and if the third similarity is greater than a third threshold, executing the reminding step S103. By the embodiment, dynamic tracking of the personnel corresponding to the collected portrait files is achieved.
Correspondingly, the image to be compared, which meets the requirement that the third similarity between the image to be compared and the portrait archive is larger than the third threshold value, can also be included in the collected portrait archive, so that the portrait archive is updated, the archive characteristics of the portrait archive can be closer to the real conditions of corresponding personnel, and the accuracy of the portrait archive is improved.
It should be noted that the magnitude of the third similarity may be adjusted according to different actual situations and based on the first similarity. In some cases, the third similarity may be the same as the first similarity, and correspondingly, the third threshold may also be the same as the first threshold.
As a possible embodiment, the comparing step S102 further includes, if the first similarity is greater than the first threshold, classifying the image to be compared into the portrait file, and updating the portrait file, and accordingly, updating the file feature value of the portrait file correspondingly. The updated portrait archive and the corresponding archive characteristic value can be used as a standard for judging whether the subsequently obtained image to be compared is subordinate to the portrait archive or not. With the continuous update of the portrait archive, the number of the portrait pictures filed in the portrait archive is correspondingly increased, so that the archive characteristics of the portrait archive are closer to the real situation of corresponding personnel, and the accuracy of the portrait archive is improved.
Correspondingly, the prompt message generated in the reminding step S103 may further include portrait picture update information or portrait archive update information. The portrait archive update information may be determined based on the time and place of update of the corresponding updated portrait picture in the portrait archive. For example, if the image B to be compared is a portrait picture captured by the capturing device C2 at the time t2, and the first similarity between the image B to be compared and the portrait archive M is greater than the first threshold, the image B to be compared will be incorporated into the portrait archive M. If the portrait file M is the concerned portrait file, based on this, in the reminding step S103, in addition to the prompt information, the update information of the portrait file M is generated, for example, the portrait file M appears at the place where C2 exists at time t2, and the portrait file M is updated at time t 2; and portrait picture update information, such as portrait picture B incorporated into portrait archive M at time t 2.
Further, if the portrait archive update information and the portrait picture update information are already checked by the user, the portrait archive update information and the portrait picture update information at this time will not appear again when the prompt information is sent next time.
It should be noted that a special mark may be added to the updated portrait picture, so that the user can clearly distinguish the updated portrait picture from the numerous portrait pictures in the corresponding portrait file when viewing the portrait picture.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a personnel state tracking apparatus 200. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes an obtaining module 201, configured to obtain an image to be compared and a portrait archive, where the portrait archive has archive level information; the comparison module 202 is configured to obtain a first similarity according to the feature value of the image to be compared and the feature value of the portrait file, and if the first similarity is greater than a first threshold, perform a prompt; and the reminding module 203 is used for executing reminding, including generating the reminding information and determining the time for sending the reminding information according to the file level information of the portrait file.
In one example, the personnel state tracking apparatus 200 further includes a ranking module for obtaining a personnel static library, where the personnel static library includes personnel images, and the personnel images have attention level information; and obtaining a second similarity according to the characteristic value of the personnel image and the characteristic value of the personnel image file, and if the second similarity is greater than a second threshold value, determining the file level information of the personnel image file according to the attention level information of the personnel image.
In one example, the personnel state tracking apparatus 200 further includes a profile generation module, configured to obtain a plurality of portrait pictures and generate a portrait profile according to similarities between feature values of the plurality of portrait pictures; generating a portrait archive characteristic value according to all portrait pictures in the portrait archive; or, one portrait picture in the portrait archive is taken as a main picture, and the characteristic value of the main picture is taken as the characteristic value of the portrait archive.
In one example, the grading module is further configured to, if the second similarity is greater than a second threshold, use the person image as a main image of the portrait archive, and use a feature value of the person image as a feature value of the portrait archive.
In one example, the grading module is further configured to determine, according to the user instruction, the file hierarchy information of the portrait file if the second similarity is less than or equal to a second threshold.
In one example, the archive tier information includes a first tier, a second tier, or a third tier; the reminding step comprises that if the file level information of the portrait file is a first level, the prompt information is sent immediately; if the file level information of the portrait file is a second level, the prompt message is sent when the user logs in; and if the file level information of the portrait file is the third level, the prompt message is sent at a timing.
In one example, the instant sending of the prompt message is performed at the time, and if the prompt message is generated in the reminding step, the prompt message is synchronized to the message list in real time; sending the prompt information when the user logs in, if the prompt information is generated in the prompting step, pushing the prompt information to a message list when the user logs in the system; the timing of sending the prompt information comprises that if the prompt information is generated in the reminding step, the prompt information is pushed to a message list when the preset time for sending the prompt information is reached.
In one example, the reminding module 203 is further configured to determine a display order of the prompt information in the message list according to the file hierarchy information and/or the prompt time of the portrait file corresponding to the prompt information, where the prompt time is a time for generating the prompt information.
In one example, the prompt message is used to prompt the user that the person corresponding to the portrait file has a new trend; the prompt message at least comprises one of the following items: a person corresponding to the portrait file presents a new trend portrait picture, the portrait file generates prompt time of prompt information, and a portrait file aggregation list; the portrait archive aggregation list is a summary list of all the portrait archives with archive level information, in the portrait archive aggregation list, portrait pictures of people corresponding to the portrait archives, in which the new trend appears, are displayed in the portrait archives in a marked manner, and the portrait archives are displayed in the portrait archive clustering list in a marked manner.
In one example, after the user views the reminder, the reminder will no longer appear in the message list.
In one example, after the user checks the portrait picture with the new trend of the person corresponding to the portrait file, the portrait picture with the new trend of the person corresponding to the portrait file is displayed in the portrait file in an unmarked form, and the portrait file is displayed in the portrait file clustering list in an unmarked form.
In one example, the personnel state tracking device further comprises a collection module for collecting the portrait file according to the user instruction; the comparison module 202 is further configured to obtain a third similarity according to the feature value of the image to be compared and the feature value of the collected portrait file, and execute the reminding step if the third similarity is greater than a third threshold.
In one example, the comparison module is further configured to, if the first similarity is greater than a first threshold, classify the image to be compared into the portrait archive.
Fig. 6 shows an electronic device 30 provided in one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device 30, where the electronic device 30 includes a memory 310, a processor 320, and an Input/Output (I/O) interface 330. The memory 310 is used for storing instructions. A processor 320 for calling the instructions stored in the memory 310 to execute the disclosed person state tracking method. The processor 320 is connected to the memory 310 and the I/O interface 330, respectively, for example, via a bus system and/or other connection mechanism (not shown). The memory 310 may be used to store programs and data, including programs related to the tracking of the status of the person in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the processor 320 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device 30 by executing the programs stored in the memory 310.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor 320 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), and the processor 320 may be one or a combination of several Central Processing Units (CPUs) or other forms of Processing units with data Processing capability and/or instruction execution capability.
Memory 310 in embodiments of the present disclosure may comprise one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile Memory may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a cache Memory (cache), and/or the like. The nonvolatile Memory may include, for example, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), a Solid-State Drive (SSD), or the like.
In the disclosed embodiment, the I/O interface 330 may be used to receive input instructions (e.g., numeric or character information, and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic device 30, etc.), and may also output various information (e.g., images or sounds, etc.) to the outside. The I/O interface 330 in embodiments of the present disclosure may include one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a mouse, a joystick, a trackball, a microphone, a speaker, a touch panel, and the like.
In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform any of the methods described above.
Although operations are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this should not be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in serial order, or that all illustrated operations be performed, to achieve desirable results. In certain environments, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.
The methods and apparatus of the present disclosure can be accomplished with standard programming techniques with rule-based logic or other logic to accomplish the various method steps. It should also be noted that the words "means" and "module," as used herein and in the claims, is intended to encompass implementations using one or more lines of software code, and/or hardware implementations, and/or equipment for receiving inputs.
Any of the steps, operations, or procedures described herein may be performed or implemented using one or more hardware or software modules, alone or in combination with other devices. In one embodiment, the software modules are implemented using a computer program product comprising a computer readable medium containing computer program code, which is executable by a computer processor for performing any or all of the described steps, operations, or procedures.
The foregoing description of the implementations of the disclosure has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. Claims (16)

1. A person state tracking method, wherein the method comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an image to be compared and a portrait archive, wherein the portrait archive has archive level information;
a comparison step, namely obtaining a first similarity according to the characteristic value of the image to be compared and the characteristic value of the portrait file, and if the first similarity is greater than a first threshold value, executing a reminding step;
and the reminding step is to generate prompt information and determine the time for sending the prompt information according to the file level information of the portrait file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the comparing step further comprises:
if the first similarity is larger than the first threshold value, the image to be compared is classified into the portrait archive.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein prior to the obtaining step, the method further comprises:
a step of grading, wherein a personnel static library is obtained, the personnel static library comprises personnel images, and the personnel images have attention level information;
and obtaining a second similarity according to the characteristic value of the personnel image and the characteristic value of the personnel image file, and if the second similarity is greater than a second threshold value, determining the file level information of the personnel image file according to the attention level information of the personnel image.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
a step of generating a file, which is to acquire a plurality of portrait pictures and cluster the portrait pictures to generate the portrait file;
generating a characteristic value of the portrait file according to all the portrait pictures in the portrait file; or, one portrait picture in the portrait archive is used as a main picture, and the characteristic value of the main picture is used as the characteristic value of the portrait archive.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the ranking step further comprises:
and if the second similarity is larger than the second threshold value, taking the personnel image as the main image of the personnel image file, and taking the characteristic value of the personnel image as the characteristic value of the personnel image file.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the ranking step further comprises:
and if the second similarity is smaller than or equal to the second threshold, determining the file level information of the portrait file according to a user instruction.
7. The method of claim 1 or 2,
the archive tier information comprises a first tier, a second tier, or a third tier;
the reminding step comprises that if the file level information of the portrait file is the first level, the opportunity for sending the prompt information is instant sending; if the file level information of the portrait file is the second level, the opportunity of sending the prompt information is sent when a user logs in; and if the file level information of the portrait file is the third level, the opportunity of sending the prompt information is timing sending.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein,
the time for sending the prompt message is instant sending, and if the prompt message is generated in the reminding step, the prompt message is synchronized to a message list in real time; and/or
The time for sending the prompt message is sent when the user logs in, if the prompt message is generated in the prompting step, the prompt message is pushed to a message list when the user logs in the system; and/or
The timing of sending the prompt message comprises that if the prompt message is generated in the reminding step, the prompt message is pushed to a message list when the preset time of sending the prompt message is reached.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein,
the reminding step also comprises the step of determining the display sequence of the prompt information in a message list according to the file level information and/or the prompt time of the portrait file corresponding to the prompt information; wherein the prompt time is the time for generating the prompt information.
10. The method of any one of claims 1-9,
the prompt information is used for prompting a user that a new trend of personnel corresponding to the portrait file appears;
the prompt message at least comprises one of the following items: a person corresponding to the portrait file presents a new trend portrait picture, and the portrait file generates the prompt time of the prompt information and a portrait file aggregation list;
the portrait archive aggregation list is a summary list of all the portrait archives with the archive level information, in the portrait archive aggregation list, portrait pictures of people corresponding to the portrait archives and having new trends are displayed in the portrait archives in a marked mode, and the portrait archives are displayed in the portrait archive clustering list in a marked mode.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein,
after the user views the prompt message, the prompt message does not appear in the message list.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein,
after the user checks the portrait picture with the new trend of the personnel corresponding to the portrait archive, the portrait picture with the new trend of the personnel corresponding to the portrait archive is displayed in the portrait archive in an unmarked mode, and the portrait archive is displayed in the portrait archive clustering list in an unmarked mode.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
a collection step, wherein the portrait file is collected according to a user instruction;
the comparison step further comprises the step of obtaining a third similarity according to the characteristic value of the image to be compared and the characteristic value of the collected portrait file, and if the third similarity is larger than a third threshold value, the reminding step is executed.
14. A person state tracking apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a comparison module and a comparison module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring an image to be compared and a portrait file, and the portrait file has file level information;
the comparison module is used for obtaining a first similarity according to the characteristic value of the image to be compared and the characteristic value of the portrait file, and if the first similarity is larger than a first threshold value, reminding is executed;
and the reminding module is used for executing the reminding, generating reminding information and determining the time for sending the reminding information according to the file level information of the portrait file.
15. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises:
a memory to store instructions; and
a processor for invoking the memory-stored instructions to perform the person state tracking method of any one of claims 1-13.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein,
the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform the person state tracking method of any one of claims 1-13.
