Step S205, the vehicle to be upgraded sends a downloading request to the target vehicle, and the target vehicle requests the background server to download the differential upgrading packet according to the information of the vehicle to be upgraded.
Step S206, the target vehicle sends upgrading information to the vehicle to be upgraded, wherein the upgrading information comprises information such as a differential upgrading package or a whole package of MD5 and length.
And step S207, the vehicle to be upgraded sends confirmation information to the target vehicle to confirm that the upgrade can be carried out.
And step S208, after receiving the confirmation information, the target vehicle sends a differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded.
And S209, the vehicle to be upgraded checks the differential upgrade package.
And step S210, after the differential upgrade package passes verification, the vehicles to be upgraded are packaged and upgraded.
The vehicle upgrading method provided by the embodiment of the invention is also suitable for vehicles which have abnormal software APP Or System (OS) and cannot be started normally or restarted continuously. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network includes: judging whether the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded is abnormal or not; when the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded is abnormal, automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form the ad hoc network; sending current hardware information to the surrounding vehicles through the ad hoc network and requesting a complete upgrade package; and receiving the complete upgrading packet sent by the surrounding vehicles, and upgrading the vehicle to be upgraded.
Specifically, in the bootloader stage, the vehicle to be upgraded judges that the system is in an abnormal state (which can be realized by an external counter chip or a flash write flag), starts automatic networking, and sends current hardware information and a request complete software package to the external vehicle. And the surrounding vehicles receive the request data of the vehicle to be upgraded and send the complete upgrade package and the upgrade related information (the complete package MD5, length and the like) to the vehicle to be upgraded.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the upgrading the vehicle to be upgraded includes: writing the complete upgrade package into a flash memory area corresponding to the current version; checking the complete upgrade package; and after the verification is passed, controlling the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded to restart, and finishing the upgrade. Specifically, the vehicle to be upgraded writes the received data packet into the flash area where the APP is located directly, and restarts after verification is carried out, so that upgrading is completed.
Due to the fact that the system is abnormal or vehicles which are restarted continuously cannot be connected to the background server, online upgrading cannot be achieved. The embodiment of the invention utilizes the ad hoc network to upgrade the vehicles with abnormal or continuous restarting systems, thereby avoiding the condition that the vehicles can not be upgraded.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle upgrade apparatus, configured to be used for a vehicle to be upgraded, where the vehicle upgrade apparatus may be configured to perform the vehicle upgrade method shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the vehicle upgrade apparatus includes:
the first networking module 301 is used for automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network;
a judging module 302, configured to judge whether a target vehicle higher than a local current version of the vehicle to be upgraded exists in the surrounding vehicles;
an obtaining module 303, configured to obtain, when the target vehicle exists, the differential upgrade package of the current version from the target vehicle through the ad hoc network;
and the upgrading module 304 is configured to upgrade the current version by using the differential upgrade package.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle to be upgraded forms an ad hoc network by networking with surrounding vehicles, and then the ad hoc network is utilized to acquire the differential upgrade package from the target vehicle with a high surrounding version for version upgrade, so that the vehicle to be upgraded can complete version upgrade without being connected to a background server through a mobile communication network such as GPRS (general packet radio service), the problem that the vehicle to be upgraded cannot be connected to the background server in the prior art so as to cause upgrading cannot be solved, and the technical effect of normally completing upgrade under the condition of poor vehicle network signals can be realized.
The vehicle upgrading device shown in fig. 3 completely corresponds to the vehicle upgrading method, and specific descriptions and other functions of each module may be referred to in the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle upgrade method, where the method is used for a target vehicle, and as shown in fig. 4, the vehicle upgrade method includes:
and S401, networking with the vehicle to be upgraded to form an ad hoc network.
Step S402, under the request of the vehicle to be upgraded, a differential upgrade package of the current version of the vehicle to be upgraded is sent to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network, so that the vehicle to be upgraded is upgraded by using the differential upgrade package.
In the embodiment of the invention, after entering a parking area, the vehicle to be upgraded is automatically networked with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network. Correspondingly, for the vehicles in the parking area, networking is also performed with the vehicle to be upgraded, that is, the target vehicle with the version higher than that of the vehicle to be upgraded forms networking with the vehicle to be upgraded. When the vehicle to be upgraded sends an upgrade request to the target vehicle, the target vehicle can send a differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network so as to upgrade the vehicle to be upgraded.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle to be upgraded forms an ad hoc network by networking with the target vehicle, and the target vehicle can send the differential upgrade packet to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network, so that the vehicle to be upgraded can complete version upgrade without being connected to a background server through a mobile communication network such as GPRS (general packet radio service), the problem that the vehicle to be upgraded cannot be connected to the background server in the prior art so as to cause upgrading cannot be solved, and the technical effect of normally completing upgrading under the condition of poor vehicle network signals can be realized.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the sending the differential upgrade package of the current version to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network includes: judging whether the downloaded differential upgrade package is stored locally; and when the downloaded differential upgrade package is stored locally, sending the differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded. When the differential upgrade package is not stored in the target vehicle, requesting a background server to download the differential upgrade package; or, the differential upgrade package is locally produced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner in which the target vehicle downloads the differential upgrade package instead and the manner in which the differential upgrade package is locally created are both described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle upgrade apparatus for a target vehicle, where the vehicle upgrade apparatus may be configured to execute the vehicle upgrade method shown in fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5, where the vehicle upgrade apparatus includes:
the second networking module 501 is configured to form a self-organizing network with the vehicle to be upgraded;
a sending module 502, configured to send a differential upgrade package of a current version of the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network to the vehicle to be upgraded, so that the vehicle to be upgraded is upgraded by using the differential upgrade package.
In the embodiment of the invention, after entering a parking area, the vehicle to be upgraded is automatically networked with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network. Correspondingly, for the vehicles in the parking area, networking is also performed with the vehicle to be upgraded, that is, the target vehicle with the version higher than that of the vehicle to be upgraded forms networking with the vehicle to be upgraded. When the vehicle to be upgraded sends an upgrade request to the target vehicle, the target vehicle can send a differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network so as to upgrade the vehicle to be upgraded.
The vehicle upgrading device shown in fig. 5 completely corresponds to the vehicle upgrading method shown in fig. 4, and specific descriptions and other functions of each module may refer to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a computer device is also provided, and the computer device may be an apparatus installed on a vehicle, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface which are connected through a system bus, and also comprises a display screen and an input device. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external computer device through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize a vehicle upgrading method, the computer device may further include a display screen and an input device, the display screen may be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer device may be a touch layer covered on the display screen, or a key, a trackball or a touch pad arranged on a housing of the computer device.
On the other hand, the computer device may not include a display screen and an input device, and those skilled in the art will understand that the structure shown in fig. 6 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the computer device to which the present application is applied, and a specific computer device may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to perform the steps of:
automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network;
judging whether a target vehicle higher than the local current version of the vehicle to be upgraded exists in the surrounding vehicles or not;
when the target vehicle exists, acquiring the differential upgrade package of the current version from the target vehicle through the ad hoc network;
and upgrading the current version by using the differential upgrading packet.
In one embodiment, a readable storage medium is provided, the computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network;
judging whether a target vehicle higher than the local current version of the vehicle to be upgraded exists in the surrounding vehicles or not;
when the target vehicle exists, acquiring the differential upgrade package of the current version from the target vehicle through the ad hoc network;
and upgrading the current version by using the differential upgrading packet.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A vehicle upgrade method for a vehicle to be upgraded, the vehicle upgrade method comprising:
automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network;
judging whether a target vehicle higher than the local current version of the vehicle to be upgraded exists in the surrounding vehicles or not;
when the target vehicle exists, acquiring the differential upgrade package of the current version from the target vehicle through the ad hoc network;
and upgrading the current version by using the differential upgrading packet.
2. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining the current version of the differential upgrade package to the target vehicle over the ad hoc network comprises:
sending an upgrade package request to the target vehicle, wherein the upgrade package request is used for requesting the target vehicle to send the differential upgrade package;
and if the downloaded differential upgrade package is stored in the target vehicle, receiving the differential upgrade package downloaded by the target vehicle.
3. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 1,
if the differential upgrade package is not stored in the target vehicle, acquiring the differential upgrade package downloaded by the target vehicle to a background server; or acquiring a differential upgrade package locally manufactured by the target vehicle.
4. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the differential upgrade package downloaded by the target vehicle to a background server comprises:
sending a downloading request to the target vehicle, wherein the downloading request is used for requesting the target vehicle to download the differential upgrading packet instead, and the downloading request carries the current version information of the vehicle to be upgraded;
and receiving the difference upgrading packet downloaded to a background server instead of the target vehicle.
5. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 3, wherein said obtaining the differential upgrade package locally produced by the target vehicle comprises:
sending a manufacturing request to the target vehicle, wherein the manufacturing request is used for requesting the target vehicle to locally manufacture the differential upgrade package, and the manufacturing request carries a version package of the vehicle to be upgraded;
and receiving the differential upgrade package locally manufactured by the target vehicle.
6. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 1, wherein said automatically networking with surrounding vehicles, forming an ad hoc network, comprises:
judging whether the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded is abnormal or not;
when the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded is abnormal, automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form the ad hoc network;
sending current hardware information to the surrounding vehicles through the ad hoc network and requesting a complete upgrade package;
and receiving the complete upgrading packet sent by the surrounding vehicles, and upgrading the vehicle to be upgraded.
7. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 6, wherein the upgrading the vehicle to be upgraded comprises:
writing the complete upgrade package into a flash memory area corresponding to the current version;
checking the complete upgrade package;
and after the verification is passed, controlling the local system of the vehicle to be upgraded to restart, and finishing the upgrade.
8. A vehicle upgrade method for a target vehicle, the vehicle upgrade method comprising:
networking with the vehicle to be upgraded to form an ad hoc network;
and under the request of the vehicle to be upgraded, sending a differential upgrade package of the current version of the vehicle to be upgraded to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network, so that the vehicle to be upgraded is upgraded by using the differential upgrade package.
9. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 8, wherein the sending the current version of the differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded via the ad hoc network comprises:
judging whether the downloaded differential upgrade package is stored locally;
and when the downloaded differential upgrade package is stored locally, sending the differential upgrade package to the vehicle to be upgraded.
10. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 8,
when the differential upgrade package is not stored in the target vehicle, requesting a background server to download the differential upgrade package; or, the differential upgrade package is locally produced.
11. A vehicle upgrade apparatus for a vehicle to be upgraded, comprising:
the first networking module is used for automatically networking with surrounding vehicles to form an ad hoc network;
the judging module is used for judging whether a target vehicle higher than the local current version of the vehicle to be upgraded exists in the surrounding vehicles;
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the differential upgrade package of the current version from the target vehicle through the ad hoc network when the target vehicle exists;
and the upgrading module is used for upgrading the current version by using the differential upgrading packet.
12. A vehicle upgrade apparatus for a target vehicle, comprising:
the second networking module is used for networking with the vehicle to be upgraded to form an ad hoc network;
and the sending module is used for sending the differential upgrade package of the current version to the vehicle to be upgraded through the ad hoc network under the request of the vehicle to be upgraded so that the vehicle to be upgraded is upgraded by utilizing the differential upgrade package.
13. A computer device, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to perform the vehicle upgrade method according to any one of claims 1-7 or 8-10.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the vehicle upgrade method of any one of claims 1-7 or 8-10.
