Fig. 5 is a debugging system of an all-electronic interlocking system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, which mainly includes a tool testing unit 1 and a factory debugging unit 2, where: the tool testing unit 1 is mainly used for performing tool testing on the all-electronic interlocking system in a factory testing stage; and the factory debugging unit 2 is mainly used for completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool test result.
Specifically, in the all-electronic interlock system debugging system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the tool testing unit 1 is used to perform the tool testing on the all-electronic interlock system in the factory testing stage, and the debugging of the interlock device is centralized in the factory debugging stage, that is, in the factory debugging stage, the existing debugging operations such as appearance inspection, monomer testing, interlock performance testing, and the like need to be performed on the interlock device, and the tool testing needs to be performed on the interlock device.
Further, after the tool test result is obtained, the tool test unit 1 sends the test result to the factory debugging unit 2, and the factory debugging unit 2 determines whether the display or the action of outdoor actual equipment such as a trackside signal machine, a point switch, a shaft counter and the like is correct or not by alignment according to a feedback signal of the display or the action executed by the simulation equipment. And acquiring a corresponding debugging method according to the judgment result. Such as: and if the display or the action of the actual equipment is judged to be inconsistent with the expected result, analyzing the reason causing the result, acquiring the related specific equipment, and indicating related workers to maintain or replace the equipment.
The all-electronic interlocking system debugging system provided by the embodiment of the invention is designed aiming at the industrial debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system, the all-electronic interlocking system issues a device control command to a module, the module controls the action of a simulation device in the tool, the interlocking acquisition simulation device action state is adopted to carry out system debugging, a large amount of field debugging test work is moved to a factory to be completed, the field debugging period is effectively shortened, the debugging of the factory and a supplier is facilitated, and relevant problem devices are modified and adjusted in time.
It should be noted that, in specific execution, the fully electronic interlock system debugging system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented based on the fully electronic interlock system debugging method described in any of the above embodiments, and details of this embodiment are not described herein.
Fig. 6 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, which may include, as shown in fig. 6: a processor (processor)610, a communication interface (communication interface)620, a memory (memory)630 and a communication bus (bus)640, wherein the processor 610, the communication interface 620 and the memory 630 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 640. The processor 610 may call logic instructions in the memory 630 to perform a method for debugging an all electronic interlocking system, which mainly comprises: in a factory test stage, carrying out tool test on the all-electronic interlocking system; and completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool test result.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 630 may be implemented in software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 630 may be implemented in software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by a computer, the computer is capable of executing the all-electronic interlocking system debugging method provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments, and mainly includes: in a factory test stage, carrying out tool test on the all-electronic interlocking system; and completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool test result.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented by a processor to execute the method for debugging an all-electronic interlocking system provided in the foregoing embodiments, and the method mainly includes: in a factory test stage, carrying out tool test on the all-electronic interlocking system; and completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool test result.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (9)
1. A debugging method of an all-electronic interlocking system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in a factory test stage, carrying out tool test on the all-electronic interlocking system;
carry out the frock test to full electronic interlocking system, include:
respectively constructing debugging tools of all interlocking devices in the full electronic interlocking system, wherein the debugging tools comprise analog devices corresponding to all the interlocking devices;
sending an interlocking control command signal to a full electronic interlocking module board card, so that the full electronic interlocking module board card generates an interlocking control action signal according to the interlocking control command signal, controls the analog equipment to carry out interlocking action according to the interlocking control action signal, and judges the correctness of the interlocking action;
determining the tool test result according to the correctness of the interlocking action of the simulation equipment;
and completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool test result.
2. The method for debugging the all-electronic interlocking system according to claim 1, further comprising, during the factory test phase:
performing primary detection on each interlocking device in the all-electronic interlocking system;
the primary test includes at least one of qualification document review, instrumentation inspection, process and appearance inspection, hardware and monomer inspection, and interlock performance testing.
3. The method for debugging the all-electronic interlocking system according to claim 1, wherein the step of respectively constructing the debugging tools of the interlocking devices in the all-electronic interlocking system specifically comprises:
respectively acquiring connection state information of each interlocking device according to the framework of the all-electronic interlocking system, wherein the connection state information comprises annunciator information, switch machine information, track circuit information and general input/output information;
constructing the debugging tool according to the connection state information of each interlocking device;
correspondingly, the debugging tool comprises simulation equipment corresponding to each interlocking equipment, and the simulation equipment comprises:
the debugging tool comprises signal simulation equipment, switch simulation equipment, track circuit simulation equipment and a relay unit.
4. The debugging method of the all-electronic interlocking system according to claim 3, wherein a signal module, a switch module, a track circuit module and a general input/output module are arranged on the all-electronic interlocking module board card;
the annunciator module and the annunciator simulation equipment, the switch module and the switch simulation equipment, the track circuit module and the track circuit simulation equipment, and the general input/output module and the relay unit are respectively in communication connection through a plug interface layer;
the full-electronic interlocking module board card generates an interlocking control action signal according to the interlocking control command signal and controls the analog equipment to carry out interlocking action according to the interlocking control action signal, and the interlocking control action signal comprises the following steps:
the annunciator module, the switch machine module, the track circuit module and the general input/output module respectively generate corresponding annunciator signals, switch machine signals, track circuit signals and general input/output signals according to the interlocking control action signals so as to respectively control the annunciator simulation equipment, the switch machine simulation equipment, the track circuit simulation equipment and the relay unit to carry out interlocking action according to a time sequence corresponding to the interlocking control action signals.
5. The method for debugging the all-electronic interlocking system according to claim 1, further comprising, after completing one debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system:
performing field test on the all-electronic interlocking system;
and finishing secondary debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the field test result.
6. The method for commissioning an all-electronic interlock system according to claim 5, wherein said field testing said all-electronic interlock system comprises:
and respectively carrying out appearance and installation inspection and/or system integration debugging on the all-electronic interlocking system.
7. An all electronic interlock system commissioning system, comprising:
the tool testing unit is used for carrying out tool testing on the full electronic interlocking system in a factory testing stage;
carry out the frock test to full electronic interlocking system, include:
respectively constructing debugging tools of all interlocking devices in the full electronic interlocking system, wherein the debugging tools comprise analog devices corresponding to all the interlocking devices;
sending an interlocking control command signal to a full electronic interlocking module board card, so that the full electronic interlocking module board card generates an interlocking control action signal according to the interlocking control command signal, controls the analog equipment to carry out interlocking action according to the interlocking control action signal, and judges the correctness of the interlocking action;
determining the tool test result according to the correctness of the interlocking action of the simulation equipment;
and the factory debugging unit is used for completing one-time debugging of the all-electronic interlocking system according to the tool testing result.

An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements the steps of the all electronic interlocking system debugging method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for commissioning an all-electronic interlocking system according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
