In the process of advanced maintenance of the motor train unit, the maintenance process is divided into an assembly stage, a single train debugging stage and a train debugging stage, the assembly and maintenance stage is used for carrying out state inspection on parts of the train, and the faults are timely processed or the parts are replaced after the faults are found, so that the replacement operation is more convenient in the stage; once the train finds the problem part after entering the train debugging stage, the train needs to be replaced, and the replacement process has great difficulty.
In the maintenance stage, a problem that the air tightness of the window glass cannot be well solved is always verified after the window glass is replaced so as to ensure the safety of the train in high-speed operation. After the train is marshalled, the possibility of verifying the air tightness of the whole train does not exist, only the compartment of the train can be disassembled, then windshields at two ends of the compartment are plugged by using air-tight equipment, the interior of the train body is respectively pressurized and decompressed to +/-4 KPa by using an air blower, and a pressure change value is detected in a 60s period, so that the air tightness of the compartment is judged.
The existing air tightness detection method can only be limited to the state of a single carriage, if window glass is replaced in a train debugging stage, a large amount of time and labor are consumed in the process of train decompiling and regrooving, a large amount of related tests are required to be made after the train is regrooved, unnecessary reworking is caused, and the overhaul period of the train is seriously influenced.
