Therefore, in the air guide plate assembly 1 and the air conditioner provided by this embodiment, the convex point groups 1210 and the concave point groups are matched to realize the accurate positioning of the air guide cover plate 12 and the air guide plate 11 when the air guide cover plate 12 shields the air hole 101 on the air guide plate 11 or the air hole 101 on the air guide cover plate 12 is communicated with the air hole 101 on the air guide plate 11, and the accidental sliding between the air guide cover plate 12 and the air guide plate 11 is avoided in the breeze mode and the non-breeze mode, and finally the air conditioner can be ensured to realize the stable conversion between the breeze mode and the non-breeze mode according to the user requirements, or be maintained in the mode required by the user, so as to further improve the user experience.
In a preferred embodiment of the air deflection assembly 1 according to the present embodiment, the pitch between two adjacent positioning pits in the pit group is an odd multiple of half the pitch between two adjacent air holes 101 in the longitudinal direction of the sliding groove 111.
For example, the pitch between two adjacent positioning pits in the pit group may be 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 times the half pitch between two adjacent wind holes 101 in the length direction of the sliding groove 111. In particular, if the ease of implementation is taken into consideration, the factor of 1.5 can be selected with priority. With the arrangement, when the positioning point 1211 in the bump group 1210 moves from one positioning pit to the adjacent previous or next positioning pit in the pit group in the process that the air guide cover plate 12 slides relative to the air guide plate 11, the air guide cover plate 12 can cover the air hole 101 in the air guide plate 11 or the air hole 101 in the air guide cover plate 12 can be communicated with the air hole 101 in the air guide plate 11.
As a preferred embodiment of the air deflection assembly 1 provided in this embodiment, in order to better achieve the accurate positioning of the air deflection cover plate 12 and the air deflection plate 11 when the air deflection cover plate 12 shields the air holes 101 on the air deflection plate 11 or when the air holes 101 on the air deflection cover plate 12 are communicated with the air holes 101 on the air deflection plate 11, and to avoid the accidental sliding between the air deflection cover plate 12 and the air deflection plate 11 in the breeze mode and the non-breeze mode, a plurality of dimple groups may be provided on the sliding groove 111, and a plurality of bump groups 1210 may be provided on the sliding bar 121. Specifically, when the air conditioner is started, if the air conditioner is refrigerated, the general air guide plate assembly 1 guides air to the upper side of the space, so that cold air is not directly applied to a human body; if heating is carried out, the air guide plate component 1 generally guides wind to the lower part of the space, so that a human body can feel warm airflow in a short time. The circular arc structure of the air guide plate assembly 1 enables the air guide angle to be larger, the wind direction to be divergent, the air quantity to be certain, the wind is not so strong, and the human body feels soft.
In the air conditioner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air outlet panel 21 is provided at the front side of a casing 2 of the air conditioner, the air guide plate assembly 1 is provided on the air outlet panel 21, and hanging legs 23 for fixing to an indoor wall are further provided at both sides of the casing 2. The casing 2 is also provided with a fan 7 and an indoor heat exchanger 5, the lower part of the indoor heat exchanger 5 is also provided with a water pan 6, and the water pan 6 is used for receiving condensed water generated on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger 5 during heating. In the working process of the air conditioner, air enters an air inlet part (not shown in the figure) on the casing 2, the air in the casing 2 sequentially passes through a fan 7 (a cross-flow fan in the figure) and the indoor heat exchanger 5, and then is blown to the indoor through an air outlet formed by opening the air guide plate assembly 1, or is blown to the indoor through an air outlet 101 formed by communicating an air guide plate 11 with an air hole 101 in an air guide cover plate 12, so that the indoor is cooled or heated.
As a preferred embodiment of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air outlet panel 21 of the air conditioner is provided with one air guide plate assembly 1 at least at each of the left and right portions thereof; each air deflector assembly 1 is controlled by an independent driving motor (not shown in the figure), wherein the two air deflector assemblies 1 on the left side can be synchronously controlled, and the two air deflector assemblies 1 on the right side can be synchronously controlled.
As a preferred embodiment of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a swinging air assembly 3 is disposed inside the air conditioner, and the swinging air assembly 3 includes a swinging vane 31, a connecting rod 32 hinged to the swinging vane 31, and a swinging air motor (not shown in the figure) for driving the connecting rod 32 to reciprocate along its own length direction; the wind swinging assembly 3 is arranged to face the air deflector assembly 1 and is positioned at the inner side of the air deflector assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 4, a human sensing module 4 is further disposed in the air conditioner, and the human sensing module 4 may be a radar detection module, an infrared sensing module, a camera, or other devices capable of detecting dynamic information of a person. The people detecting module 4 is used for detecting dynamic information of people in the air outlet area of the air deflector assembly 1, such as whether people exist in the air outlet area of the air deflector assembly 1 and the distance between a user and the air conditioner, or the air outlet area can be further divided into a far area, a middle area and a near area according to the distance. Therefore, the air guide plate assembly 1 and the air swinging assembly 3 in the air conditioner of the embodiment can be controlled according to the dynamic information of the person detected by the human detection module.
Of course, the above alternative embodiments, and the alternative embodiments and the preferred embodiments can also be used in a cross-matching manner, so that a new embodiment is combined to be suitable for a more specific application scenario.
[ second embodiment ]
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the existing air conditioner has a microporous structure on the air deflector, although the function of blowing out the breeze by the air conditioner can be realized, the function of the air conditioner is limited to a certain extent due to air leakage under the condition that the breeze is not needed, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner and a control method thereof.
First, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner, which includes an air outlet panel 21, an air guiding plate assembly 1 is disposed on the air outlet panel 21, the air guiding plate assembly 1 includes an air guiding plate 11 and an air guiding cover plate 12, and a plurality of air holes 101 are respectively disposed on the air guiding plate 11 and the air guiding cover plate 12; the air guide plate 11 is rotatably connected to the air outlet panel 21, and the air guide cover plate 12 is slidably connected to the inner side of the air guide plate 11 through the matching of the sliding strip 121 and the sliding groove 111; the air guide cover plate 12 is arranged to be capable of sliding relative to the air guide plate 11 under the driving of the adjusting motor group 13; the controller of the air conditioner is set to realize the adjustment of the non-breeze mode and the breeze mode of the air conditioner by controlling the air guide cover plate 12 to slide relative to the air guide plate 11 according to the working mode of the air conditioner, whether the air guide plate assembly 1 is closed, the actual indoor temperature and the target indoor temperature; in the non-breeze mode, the wind guide cover plate 12 shields the wind holes 101 on the wind guide plate 11; in the breeze mode, the air holes 101 in the air guiding cover plate 12 are communicated with the air holes 101 in the air guiding plate 11.
For example, in the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the air deflector assembly 1 includes an air deflector 11 and an air deflector cover 12, the air deflector 11 is rotatably connected to the air outlet panel 21, the air deflector cover 12 can slide relative to the air deflector 11 under the driving of the adjusting motor set 13, and the air deflector cover 12 can shield the air holes 101 on the air deflector 11 or the air holes 101 on the air deflector cover 12 can communicate with the air holes 101 on the air deflector 11 during the sliding of the air deflector cover 12 relative to the air deflector 11. Therefore, the air conditioner can start the breeze mode according to different requirements of users to enable the air outlet to be soft, or start the non-breeze mode to avoid air leakage, so that the functions of the air conditioner are more complete, and the use experience of the users is improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the human sensing module 4 in the air conditioner is configured to detect dynamic information of people in the air outlet area of the air deflector assembly 1; the controller of the air conditioner is configured to control the opening angle of the air deflection assembly 1 according to the dynamic information of the person.
The human detection module 4 may be a radar detection module, an infrared sensing module, a camera, or other devices capable of detecting dynamic information of a person. Therefore, the air guide plate assembly 1 and the air swinging assembly 3 in the air conditioner of the embodiment can be controlled according to the dynamic information of the person detected by the person detection module 4.
Then, the present embodiment further provides a control method of an air conditioner, where the air conditioner is the air conditioner of any of the above embodiments, and as shown in fig. 10, the control method includes:
s1, acquiring the working mode of the air conditioner, whether the air deflector assembly 1 is closed or not, the actual indoor temperature and the target indoor temperature; the working modes comprise a heating mode and a cooling mode.
It can be understood that, in general, when the actual indoor temperature is greater than the target indoor temperature, the operation mode of the air conditioner is the cooling mode; when the actual indoor temperature is less than the target indoor temperature, the operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode.
S11, if the working mode is the heating mode and the air deflector assembly 1 of the air conditioner is not closed, adjusting the air conditioner to be in a non-breeze mode;
and S12, if the working mode is the heating mode and the air deflector assembly 1 of the air conditioner is closed, adjusting the air conditioner to be in the breeze mode.
And S13, if the working mode is the cooling mode and the actual indoor temperature does not reach the target indoor temperature, adjusting the air conditioner to be in the non-breeze mode. That is, the wind guide cover plate 12 shields the wind holes 101 of the wind guide plate 11.
And S14, if the working mode is the cooling mode and the actual indoor temperature reaches the target indoor temperature, adjusting the air conditioner to be in the breeze mode. That is, the air holes 101 of the air guide cover plate 12 communicate with the air holes 101 of the air guide plate 11.
Exemplarily, according to the control method of the air conditioner of the present embodiment, if the operation mode is the heating mode and the air guide plate assembly 1 of the air conditioner is not closed, the air conditioner is adjusted to the non-breeze mode, so that the transmission distance of the hot air is further increased; if the working mode is the heating mode and the air guide plate assembly 1 of the air conditioner is closed, the air conditioner is adjusted to be in a breeze mode so that blown hot air is softer; if the working mode is a refrigeration mode and the actual indoor temperature does not reach the target indoor temperature, the air conditioner is adjusted to be in a non-breeze mode, and after the air deflector assembly 1 is opened for a certain angle, cold air with large air volume can enter the room and the actual indoor temperature can be rapidly reduced to the target indoor temperature; if the working mode is the cooling mode and the actual indoor temperature reaches the target indoor temperature, the air conditioner is adjusted to be in the breeze mode, at the moment, the air guide plate assembly 1 is closed, and cold air is blown into the room from the air holes 101 communicated with the air guide cover plate 12 and the air guide plate 11, so that the blown cold air is softer. Therefore, the breeze mode and the non-breeze mode of the air conditioner can be adjusted according to the requirements of users, so that the purposes that the blown cold air is soft through the breeze mode, the air leakage is avoided through the non-breeze mode, and the actual indoor temperature can be quickly adjusted to the target indoor temperature are achieved.
