The ceiling lamp according to claim 1, wherein a limiting mounting column is arranged on a contact surface of a housing of the mounting seat and a base of the ceiling lamp body, and a mounting groove is formed in the limiting mounting column; the base of the ceiling lamp body is provided with an installation groove rail, the groove wall on one side is provided with a protruding part, and the height of the protruding part is matched with that of the installation groove; the installation groove rail is inserted into the starting wall end of the installation groove rail, the protruding portion of the installation groove rail is inserted into the installation groove along with the rotation process of the ceiling lamp body with the center line of the ceiling lamp body, when the ceiling lamp rotates to a specified angle, the limiting installation column contacts with the stop wall of the installation groove rail, and the protruding portion is connected with the stop wall.

The ceiling lamp according to claim 1, wherein the E-pole electrical guide rail is a linear conductive strip or a circular conductive strip, the E-pole groove is provided with an E-limit portion, the E-pole electrical guide rail is clamped at the E-limit portion, and the E-pole electrical guide rail and the E-limit portion are 2 in number, are respectively arranged at two sides of the E-pole groove, and are symmetrically arranged.
7. The ceiling lamp of claim 1, wherein the E-pole connector is an E-pole pin; the E pole contact pin is inserted into a gap formed between the two E pole guide rails and is in tight fit.

The ceiling lamp according to claim 1, wherein the mounting base is provided with a connection terminal, and a zero line, a fire power line and a ground line of the commercial power are respectively connected with an N pole, an L pole and an E pole of the connection terminal, and the connection terminal is respectively connected with the corresponding N pole electric guide rail, the L pole electric guide rail and the E pole electric guide rail.
9. The method of installing a ceiling lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method of installing comprises the steps of:
s1, taking the ceiling lamp body out of a package to determine an N-pole connector and an L-pole connector after the ceiling lamp body is finished being shipped;
s2, fixing the mounting base on a mounting wall surface (such as a ceiling) by using expansion screws, and simultaneously connecting a live wire, a zero wire and a bottom wire of mains supply with an L pole, an N pole and an E pole of a connecting terminal of the mounting base to determine the directions of the N pole electric guide rail and the L pole electric guide rail;
s3, an operator supports the ceiling lamp body, an N-pole connector, an L-pole connector and an E-pole connector enter the mounting groove 11, the limiting mounting column enters the mounting groove rail, and the base of the ceiling lamp body contacts with the shell of the mounting seat;
s4, inserting the E pole contact pin into the E pole groove, rotating the ceiling lamp body by a specified angle after the E pole contact pin is rotated in the certain direction, namely, the limiting mounting column is contacted with the stop wall of the mounting groove rail, and the protruding part is screwed into the mounting groove of the mounting groove rail; the L-pole electric guide rail is inserted into the L-pole slot, and the N-pole electric guide rail is inserted into the N-pole slot; the two hands are loosened after the ceiling lamp body is stably installed.
