Abstract
The invention discloses a plunger type valve, which is used for material conveying control and comprises a main pipe platform, a valve body assembly, a plunger assembly and a supporting assembly, wherein the valve body assembly comprises a sealing surface end inserted into and sealed with the main pipe platform and a filler cavity end sealed with a plunger of the plunger assembly; when the plunger retracts into the valve body assembly, the conical sealing surface of the valve body assembly close to the main pipe platform and the conical sealing surface of the plunger form a line seal to ensure the closing position of the plunger type valve. The plunger type valve can obtain high-performance material control under severe working conditions such as high temperature, strong abrasion, particle flow and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of material conveying control valves, in particular to a plunger type valve.
Background
In the prior art, there are a variety of valve body uses in material delivery control, such as the gate valve disclosed in CN203699085, the specific ball valve disclosed in CN209977315, and the long barrel discharge valve disclosed in CN 204328012.
However, the common sampling and discharging valve is limited by the use conditions, and is only suitable for sampling and discharging fluid media under a certain pressure difference condition, and the flow direction control effect of materials cannot be well exerted on solid, liquid and solid-liquid mixed media at special positions such as a vertical main pipeline under the conditions of small pressure difference and severe working conditions. Therefore, a valve with a special structure and special materials is needed to cope with the special working condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: overcomes the defects of the prior art, and provides a plunger type valve which can well play the role of controlling the material flow direction under the conditions of small pressure difference and severe working conditions.
In a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plunger type valve for material transportation control, comprising a main pipe platform, a valve body assembly, a plunger assembly and a support assembly, wherein the valve body assembly comprises a sealing face end inserted into and sealed with the main pipe platform, and a packing cavity end sealed with a plunger of the plunger assembly, the support assembly is connected with the packing cavity end, the interior of the plunger comprises a "Z" shaped cavity, when the plunger extends into the main pipe platform from the valve body assembly, one port of the "Z" shaped cavity close to the main pipe platform is engaged with an internal flow passage of the main pipe platform, and the other port of the "Z" shaped cavity is communicated with a discharge port of the valve body assembly, so as to ensure an open position of the plunger type valve; when the plunger is retracted into the valve body assembly, the conical sealing surface of the valve body assembly near the main pipe platform forms a line seal with the conical sealing surface of the plunger to ensure the closed position of the plunger valve.
In a second aspect of the invention, the conical sealing surface of the valve body assembly and the conical sealing surface of the valve body assembly are weld overlay welded with cobalt-based, nickel-based, and Inconel and Hastelloy alloy materials.
In a third scheme of the invention, the main pipe platform is provided with a purging device, and the purging direction of the purging device is a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the valve body of the plunger type valve or a direction forming an included angle of 45-135 degrees with the central axis.
In a fourth aspect of the invention, the centerlines of the two ports of the "Z" shaped cavity are in the same plane.
In a fifth aspect of the present invention, the center lines of the two ports of the "Z" shaped cavity are coplanar straight lines.
In a sixth aspect of the present invention, the plunger assembly further includes a drive rod and a stem nut for driving the plunger, one end of the drive rod away from the valve body assembly is provided with a shoulder, the shoulder is provided with double thrust bearings on both sides in an axial direction of the drive rod, and the double thrust bearings are clamped by a support plate of the support assembly and a bracket flange of the plunger valve.
In a seventh aspect of the present invention, the plunger valve further includes an anti-rotation pointer, and the stem nut is fixed to the plunger by the anti-rotation pointer.
In an eighth aspect of the present invention, the plunger linearly or spirally moves up and down during opening and closing of the plunger valve.
In a ninth aspect of the present invention, the engagement between the transmission rod and the stem nut is trapezoidal thread engagement.
In the tenth aspect of the invention, the packing chamber end is sealed by tightly embracing the packing pad, the packing, the pressing sleeve and the pressing cover with the plunger.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the plunger type valve has the advantages of high modularization degree of components, simple structure, convenience in operation, high material control efficiency and convenience in assembly and maintenance; particularly, the device has the characteristics of high material control efficiency, accurate material selection and the like under the condition of dense particle flow under the high-temperature no-pressure difference condition under the condition of vertical installation of a pipeline; meanwhile, special materials are welded on the sealing surface of the plunger and the valve body in a surfacing mode, and the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments to be described below.
As shown in fig. 1, the plunger type valve comprises a main pipe platform 1, a valve body assembly 2, a plunger assembly and a support assembly.
The main pipe platform 1 is a pipeline with a special boss. A purge port and a purge device (not shown) are provided in the main pipe platform 1. The purge flange of the plunger valve is located on the main pipe platform 1 and communicates with the main pipe platform 1. In addition, the purge port is close to the sealing surface of the plunger, and the central axis L2 of the purge port forms an included angle of 45-135 degrees with the central axis L1 of the valve body assembly 2, so that the medium at the sealing surface is effectively purged when the valve is opened and closed, and the sealing surface is protected and the closed position sealing of the valve is ensured.
The valve body assembly 2 is in a circular barrel shape, and both ends of the valve body assembly are connected through flanges. At one end of the valve body assembly 2, a circular tube with a cambered surface is extended, which contains a sealing surface end 20, which is inserted into the main pipe platform 1. The root of the end flange is provided with a ring groove, and the sealing surface end is matched, buckled and sealed with the main pipe platform 1 through a sealing ring 18 arranged in the groove to jointly form a valve body assembly. In particular, the end portion is provided with an annular conical sealing surface. Additionally, the valve body assembly 2 further includes a packing chamber end 30 at the other end.
The plunger assembly is mainly composed of a plunger 3, and a stem nut 10 and a transmission rod 9 for driving the plunger 3.
The packing cavity end of the valve body assembly 2 is tightly embraced with the plunger 3 through matching with the packing pad 4, the packing 5, the pressing sleeve 6 and the pressing cover 7 to form reliable external sealing.
The drive rod 9 is provided with a shoulder 40 at one end thereof, i.e. the end remote from the valve body assembly 1. The shoulder is fitted with double thrust bearings 13 on both sides thereof in the axial direction of the transmission rod 9. The transmission rod 9 is confined in the cavity of the bracket flange 14 and only performs the rotation movement with the axis as the center by the butt clamp of the supporting disk 12 and the bracket flange 14, and thus the torque applied to the manual device 16 can be effectively transmitted through the key way connection of the end part. As shown in fig. 1, this key-and-groove connection is realized by means of a flat key 17. Further, in the cavity of the support disc 12, the double thrust bearing 13 and the shouldered transmission rod 9 are in a clip-on type installation on both sides of the shoulder, which limits the transmission rod 9 to only rotate axially, thus effectively transmitting torque to the plunger 3.
The plunger valve further comprises an anti-rotation pointer 11. The stem nut 10 is fixed to the plunger 3 by means of an anti-rotation pointer 11 and cooperates with the transmission rod 9 by means of trapezoidal threads. Under the limit of the anti-rotation pointer 11, the torque applied to the manual device 16 is transmitted to the plunger 3 through the transmission rod 9 and the valve stem nut 10, and the plunger 3 is driven to move, so that the plunger type valve is opened and closed.
Oil filling holes are provided in the bracket flange 14 so that the double thrust bearing 13 can be lubricated by oil through the oil cup 15.
As shown in fig. 1, the interior of the plunger 3 contains a "Z" shaped cavity that serves as the primary flow passage of the plunger valve. The two ports of the "Z" shaped cavity of the plunger 3 can be in the same plane, with the centerlines of the two ports being parallel or non-parallel, which is arranged according to practical requirements. In addition, the two ports may not be in the same plane, that is, the center lines of the two ports are non-coplanar straight lines. The spiral lifting motion of the plunger is realized by the guide of the spiral groove and the guide device arranged on the outer surface of the end of the plunger provided with the valve rod nut 10, so that the Z-shaped flow channel is ensured to be effectively protected and hidden in the valve body when the valve is closed and the maximum flow of the sampling and discharging channel when the valve is opened.
When the plunger 3 extends into the main pipe platform 1 from the main pipe assembly 2, one port of the Z-shaped cavity close to the main pipe platform 1 is jointed with the internal flow channel of the main pipe platform 1, the other port of the Z-shaped cavity is communicated with the discharge port of the main pipe platform 2, and a medium flows to the discharge port of the main pipe platform 1 from the main pipe platform 2, so that the opening position of the plunger valve is ensured. In addition, when the plunger 3 retracts into the valve body assembly 2, the conical sealing surface 50 at the end of the plunger 3 forms a line seal with the conical sealing surface 60 of the valve body assembly 2 close to the main pipe platform 1, so that the channel of the Z-shaped cavity inside the plunger 3 and the internal flow channel of the main pipe platform 1 is cut off, and the closing position of the plunger valve is ensured. Specifically, the conical sealing surface of the plunger 3 is an annular inverted conical sealing surface.
Preferably, the conical sealing surface overlaying material is made of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant cobalt-based and nickel-based alloy materials, Inconel and Hastelloy alloy materials.
In addition to the support disc 12 described above, the support assembly also comprises a support bar 8. As shown in fig. 1, the support assembly is connected to the packing chamber end of the valve body assembly 2 by means of a support rod 8.
