The invention discloses an automatic ironing machine for clothes processing, which comprises a machine body, an ironing table top and a visual positioning system, wherein the ironing table top is arranged on the machine body; the machine body is connected with a hot iron through a mechanical arm; the two ends of the ironing iron are fixedly provided with supporting rods, the supporting rods are hinged with telescopic rods, and the telescopic rods are connected with pressing plates; the telescopic rod comprises an upper rod body and a lower rod body; a sliding groove is formed in the upper rod body, and the bottom of the sliding groove is connected with the lower rod body through a first spring; the top of the telescopic rod is a U-shaped part, and the U-shaped part is hinged with the supporting rod through a rotating shaft; two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the U-shaped part through torsion springs with opposite twisting directions; the end part of the sliding groove is provided with a snap ring, and the lower rod body is provided with an annular clamping block matched with the snap ring. As shown in fig. 1, the automatic ironing machine for processing clothes comprises a machine body 1, an ironing table top 2 and a visual positioning system 3; the machine body 1 is connected with a hot iron 5 through a mechanical arm 4; two ends of the iron 5 are fixed with support rods 6, the support rods 6 are hinged with telescopic rods 7, and the telescopic rods 7 are connected with pressing plates 8; the telescopic rod 7 comprises an upper rod body 9 and a lower rod body 10; a sliding groove 11 is formed in the upper rod body 9, and the bottom of the sliding groove 11 is connected with the lower rod body 10 through a first spring 12; the top of the telescopic rod 7 is provided with a U-shaped part 14, and the U-shaped part 14 is hinged with the support rod 6 through a rotating shaft 13; two ends of the rotating shaft 13 are respectively connected with the U-shaped part 14 through torsion springs 15 with opposite twisting directions; a snap ring is formed at the end of the sliding groove 11, and an annular clamping block matched with the snap ring is formed on the lower rod body 10. The visual positioning system 3 comprises at least two cameras 28 and one lidar 16. The first spring 12 is a compression spring.
The mechanical arm 4 comprises a first motor 17 mounted on the machine body 1, the first motor 17 is connected with a telescopic device 18, the telescopic device 18 is an air cylinder or an oil cylinder or a screw rod mechanism, the telescopic device 18 is connected with a first rotating shaft 20 through a second motor 19, and the first rotating shaft 20 is connected with a second rotating shaft 22 through a third motor 21 and is connected with the supporting rod 6.
The iron 5 is provided with a first perforated plate 23 at the bottom, a second perforated plate 24 at the middle and a steam oven 25 at the top through a hose 29.
The steam oven 25 is an electric heating oven. A temperature sensor 26 is mounted between the first perforated plate 23 and the second perforated plate 24. The bottom of the machine body 1 is provided with a roller 27.
When the ironing machine provided by the invention is used for ironing, firstly, the visual positioning system 3 is used for positioning clothes and ironing positions, then the mechanical arm 4 is used for driving the ironing iron 5 to iron, and when the ironing is carried out, the clothes at the front end and the rear end of the ironing iron 5 are pressed by the pressing plate 8 and cannot be loosened, so that the clothes cannot wrinkle when the ironing iron 5 slides. The invention also enables the ironing temperature to be easier to control by a steam heating mode, and prevents the danger of burning clothes and even fire caused by overhigh temperature.

An automatic ironing machine for clothes processing is characterized by comprising a machine body (1), an ironing table top (2) and a visual positioning system (3); the machine body (1) is connected with a hot iron (5) through a mechanical arm (4); supporting rods (6) are fixed at two ends of the ironing iron (5), the supporting rods (6) are hinged with telescopic rods (7), and the telescopic rods (7) are connected with pressing plates (8); the telescopic rod (7) comprises an upper rod body (9) and a lower rod body (10); a sliding groove (11) is formed in the upper rod body (9), and the bottom of the sliding groove (11) is connected with the lower rod body (10) through a first spring (12); the top of the telescopic rod (7) is provided with a U-shaped part (14), and the U-shaped part (14) is hinged with the supporting rod (6) through a rotating shaft (13); two ends of the rotating shaft (13) are respectively connected with the U-shaped part (14) through torsion springs (15) with opposite twisting directions.

6. An automatic ironing machine for the processing of garments according to claim 4, characterized in that a temperature sensor (26) is installed between the first perforated plate (23) and the second perforated plate (24).
