The connecting port 111 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 11, and the connecting pipe 2 does not need to be accessed from the top wall of the box body 11, so that the longitudinal installation space of the detergent box 1 is saved. Further, the lower end of the connection port 111 is flush with the bottom wall of the case 11 so that the detergent in the case 11 can be drawn into the connection pipe 2 when the detergent is used.
An air outlet 112 is formed on the top wall of the box body 11, and the air outlet 112 is used for discharging air in the box body 11.
The gas vent 112 is opened on the roof of box body 11, when throwing in the detergent in the box body 11, can discharge all the air in the box body 11 gradually, and the detergent is thrown in the device and is U type structure, according to the principle of linker, behind the air discharge in the box body 11, and whole box body 11 can be filled with washing liquid, make full use of the space in the box body 11, guarantees that the memory space of detergent is not influenced, reduces the number of times that the user throws in the washing liquid, improves user's satisfaction.
In the present embodiment, the case 11 is a separate structure including an upper case 113 and a lower case 114 hermetically connected to each other, so that the detergent case 1 is mounted, dismounted, and cleaned. The upper case 113 and the lower case 114 may be connected by a snap fit or a screw or the like. The connection port 111 is provided on a side wall of the lower case 114. Of course, in other embodiments, the box 11 may be an integrally formed structure.
The detergent box 1 is arranged on the control panel 4, when the control panel 4 rotates around the shaft and is lifted, the detergent putting device is lifted along with the control panel 4, the position of the detergent putting device comprises a first position lifted along with the control panel 4, at the moment, the front end of the detergent box 1 is lifted, the height of the front end of the box body 11 is higher than that of the rear end, and the top wall of the box body 11 is in a vertical state or forms an acute angle with the horizontal plane. Therefore, in order to avoid that the washing liquid in the box 11 flows out through the air outlet 112 when the detergent dispensing device is in the first position, the air outlet 112 is provided with a smaller diameter, which is not larger than 1mm, preferably 0.5 mm.
Example two
As shown in fig. 6, the detergent dispensing device of the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the detergent box 1 further includes a gas guide tube 12, and the first end 121 of the gas guide tube 12 is connected to the gas outlet 112. The box body 11 is communicated with the atmosphere through an air duct 12. When the detergent dispensing device is in the first position, the air duct 12 is used for limiting the washing liquid in the box body 11 to flow out of the detergent box 1.
In good condition, the air outlet 112 is still vented when the box 11 is filled with detergent for the first time and is used up. In the first embodiment, in order to prevent the detergent in the box 11 from flowing out through the air outlet 112 when the detergent dispensing device is in the first position, the diameter of the air outlet 112 is small. During the use of the detergent box 1, if there are bubbles in the detergent, or the after-sales maintenance is not noticed or affected by other factors, the air outlet 112 may be blocked, so that the air cannot be completely removed, and the detergent cannot fill the box 11, thereby increasing the number of times the user injects the detergent, and affecting the user experience.

Thus, increasing the size of the exhaust port 112 avoids the exhaust port 112 becoming blocked while increasing the airway tube 12. Preferably, the diameter of the exhaust port 112 may be 1-20mm, such as 5mm, 10 mm. Of course, the diameter of the exhaust port 112 may be larger than 20mm, which is not limited herein.
The end of the airway tube 12 opposite the first end 121 is a second end 122. When the detergent dispensing device is in the first position, the height of the second end 122 of the air duct 12 is not lower than the height of the box body 11. That is, the airway tube 12 extends from the exhaust port 112 to the front end of the case 11 until the second end 122 protrudes beyond the front end of the case 11 or is flush with the front end of the case 11. When the detergent dispensing device is at the first position, the air duct 12 and the box body 11 form a communicating vessel structure, the liquid level in the box body 11 is flush with the liquid level in the air duct 12, and the height of the second end 122 is not lower than that of the box body 11, so that the washing liquid is prevented from flowing out from the second end 122 of the air duct 12.
The position of the detergent dispensing device also comprises a second position in the working position, the second position being the state in which the detergent dispensing device is located when the washing machine is in an idle state or in a laundry use. Preferably, the second position is a position where the detergent dispensing device is parallel to the horizontal plane, and of course, the second position may form an included angle with the horizontal plane according to the specific type of the washing machine.
The air duct 12 is of an L-shaped structure, and a first end 121 of the air duct 12 is bent toward the side of the box body 11 and connected with the air outlet 112. The first end 121 is bent towards the side where the box body 11 is located, so that the air duct 12 and the exhaust port 112 are convenient to install on one hand; on the other hand, when the detergent dispensing device gradually returns to the second position from the first position, the first end 121 of the air duct 12 may still have detergent residue, and the first end 121 is bent toward the side of the box body 11 so that the detergent at the first end 121 flows into the box body 11 under the action of gravity.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, to prevent the detergent dispensing device from entering the second position from the first position, the washing liquid flows out from the second end 122, and the second end 122 is bent away from the box 11, that is, taking the detergent dispensing device as an example, the second end 122 of the air duct 12 extends upward and forward, and the whole air duct 12 is in an S-shaped structure.
Preferably, the bend of the airway tube 12 is rounded in order to facilitate the flow of the washing liquid in the airway tube 12.
As shown in fig. 8, further, when the detergent dispensing device rapidly enters the second position from the first position, more detergent may remain in the air duct 12, so that, in order to prevent the detergent remaining in the air duct 12 from flowing out from the second end 122 and the detergent remaining in the air duct 12 for a long time to block the air duct 12, the air duct 12 is disposed obliquely and gradually departs from the first end 121 to the second end 122 from the box 11.
Further, when the detergent dispensing device returns to the second position, in order to facilitate the washing liquid in the air duct 12 to flow into the box 11, the inner diameter of the air duct 12 is gradually increased, and the inner diameter of the first end 121 is larger than the inner diameter of the second end 122.
Preferably, the exhaust port 112 is opened at a position close to the front end of the box 11 on the top wall of the box 11 to reduce the length of the airway tube 12, thereby facilitating cleaning of the airway tube 12.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
