Different from the prior art, the automatic control stainless steel tank type circulating closed pickling system has the advantages that the automation degree is high, manual operation is reduced, acid mist generated in the pickling process can be effectively absorbed, and the influence on the environment is reduced.

the circulating pickling device comprises a pickling tank for pickling stainless steel pipes and an acid storage tank for storing acid liquor, wherein the acid storage tank is communicated with a hydrofluoric acid tank and a nitric acid tank and is used for adding the acid liquor, a heating tank is connected between the pickling tank and the acid storage tank, the acid liquor in the acid storage tank is fed into the heating tank through a variable frequency motor driving hydraulic pump and then enters the pickling tank after being heated, a cover body which is opened or closed through a hydraulic device is arranged on the pickling tank, an acid mist air outlet is formed in the cover body and the pickling tank, a valve for adjusting the opening size of the acid mist air outlet is arranged on the acid mist air outlet, a cover plate is arranged on the upper side of the air outlet, an air suction cavity is formed between the cover plate and the air outlet, the acid mist is sucked out through a pickling absorption and purification device, after the stainless steel pipes are hung in the pickling tank, the, when the set liquid level is reached, the liquid level meter sends a signal, and the intelligent control device reduces the speed of the frequency converter, so that the pickling solution runs under the circulating working condition;
the pickling absorption and purification device comprises a variable frequency fan, a waste gas treatment part and an exhaust part, wherein the variable frequency fan collects acid mist discharged from an acid mist outlet and discharges the acid mist through the exhaust part after the acid-base neutralization by the waste gas treatment part, the waste gas treatment part comprises a waste gas treatment box, a recovery tank is arranged in the waste gas treatment box, a liquid spraying pipe set is also connected in the waste gas treatment box and is communicated with an alkali liquor pool through an alkali liquor pump, and alkali liquor in the alkali liquor pool is sprayed out from a liquid spraying pipe through the alkali liquor pump and is neutralized with acid mist in the waste gas treatment box;
the intelligent control device realizes dynamic display of acid mist purification, acid liquor circulation and heating, the real-time position of a pickling tank cover body, the state of an acid discharge valve, the air suction amount, the PH value in the tower, the liquid level state, the exhaust PH indicating value and the like, and technological parameter setting, real-time monitoring, fault and overrun alarming of the flow rate, the heating temperature and the PH indicating value of the pickling solution;
the automatic control stainless steel groove type circulation closed pickling system is characterized in that alkali liquor and water are added into a pickling absorption and purification device in proportion, a variable frequency fan is started, a stainless steel pipe is hoisted to enter a pickling tank, a cover body is closed, pickling time is set, a hydraulic pump is started, the acid liquor is heated and then enters the pickling tank, after pickling is completed, the hydraulic pump is closed, the stainless steel pipe is hoisted out, and acid mist is discharged into the pickling absorption and purification device to complete pickling process circulation.

The automatic control stainless steel tank type circulation closed pickling system of claim 1, wherein the acid storage tank, the heating tank and the hydraulic pump input acid liquor into the pickling tank through an acid inlet pipe, an acid outlet pipe is further connected between the pickling tank and the acid storage tank, the acid liquor after pickling in the pickling tank flows back to the acid storage tank through the acid outlet pipe, a steam type heating coil is arranged in the heating device and heats the acid liquor, and the temperature of the acid liquor is controlled within the range of 60 +/-2.5 ℃.

The automatic control stainless steel tank type circulation closed pickling system of claim 3, wherein a PH set value of an acid-base concentration meter of the alkali liquid tank is 9-14, water and alkali liquid are added into the alkali liquid tank before the pickling absorption purification device is started, and when an upper limit HP value of the water acid-base concentration meter is set, an alkali liquid pump is started to spray and fill the spraying liquid.

6. The automatic control stainless steel tank type circulation closed pickling system of claim 5, wherein when the pH value of the alkali liquor tank is lower than 9, the liquid adding system is started to supplement alkali liquor to the upper limit value set by the pH value.

The automatic control stainless steel tank type circulation closed pickling system of claim 6, wherein a set value of a PH value concentration meter of the exhaust part is 7, and when the PH value of the exhaust is higher than the set value, an upper industrial personal computer automatically controls the rotating speed of a variable frequency fan and the addition amount of alkali liquor.
