It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The hot melt adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40-60 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer;
3-8 parts of maleic anhydride grafted styrene-butadiene copolymer;
3-10 parts of polyphenylene oxide oligomer;
30-50 parts of a tackifier;
3-10 parts of a plasticizer;
3-10 parts of a viscosity regulator;
0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant;
the amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer is compounded by using the amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer with high softening point and low softening point, the compounded amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer has strong affinity to plastics and metals, the torque force of the hot melt adhesive for the heat-insulating cup cover is improved, and the heat-insulating cup cover finally has strong adhesive force and high temperature resistance.
The maleic anhydride grafted styrene-butadiene copolymer is matched with the main polymer to further improve the adhesion to non-polar materials and polar materials, and the grafting rate of the maleic anhydride is 2%.
The polyphenylene oxide oligomer is also called polyphenylene oxide, has the advantages of high rigidity, high heat resistance and the like, and the polyphenylene oxide oligomer has higher content and better heat resistance, and is mixed with a main polymer to further improve the high temperature resistance of the product, so that the heat-insulating cup cover bonded by the product cannot be unscrewed at high temperature.
The tackifier is selected from hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin and hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin. The hydrogenated petroleum resin is modified by hydrogenation to destroy the original double bond in the petroleum resin, so that the double bond is formed, and the performances of weather resistance, adhesion, stability and the like of the hydrogenated petroleum resin can be improved. The hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin can effectively improve initial viscosity of colloid, improve colloid wettability and the like, and the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin does not contain polar groups in the structure, has good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance and light aging resistance, has good compatibility with other resins, and also has tackifying property, caking property and plasticity. In the scheme, the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin and the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin are mixed for use, so that the peel strength of the hot melt adhesive for the heat preservation cup cover can be greatly improved.
The plasticizer is selected from polyisobutylene, and has the effects of reducing viscosity, facilitating production and moderately improving the low-temperature performance of the product.
The viscosity modifier is selected from PP wax, and is mainly used for adjusting the opening time and the curing time.
The antioxidant is at least one selected from antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 264, antioxidant BHT and antioxidant 168, and mainly prevents premature aging of the main polymer, because the colloid is oxidized and decomposed at a high temperature during melting, and the addition of the antioxidant can ensure that the bonding property is not changed under a high-temperature condition.
