Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a help-seeking calling method, a help-seeking calling device and a help-seeking calling system for an elevator based on an advertising machine, which can fully utilize the existing advertising machine of the elevator to alarm and warn the elevator fault, fully play the function of the existing equipment, send out the fault alarm and warn in time and reduce the loss.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an elevator trapped help calling method based on an advertisement machine, where the method includes:
after receiving a triggering request of a user, a button terminal arranged in an elevator plays a preset voice signal for guiding the user to operate the button terminal according to a preset playing mode;
the button terminal receives an alarm signal generated by a user based on the voice signal operation and sends the alarm signal to an advertising machine;
the advertising machine judges the ID of the received alarm signal, and generates a notification instruction to notify a background system of the advertising machine after judging that the button terminal sends the alarm signal;
the advertisement machine background system retrieves all advertisement machines in a preset range around the advertisement machine generating the notification instruction based on the notification instruction;
respectively issuing alarm instructions which are set to have the highest priority and are executed immediately to all the searched advertisement machines;
and all the retrieved advertising machines carry out alarm warning based on the alarm instruction.
Optionally, the sending the alarm signal to an advertising machine includes:
sending the alarm signal to an advertising machine based on a wireless network;
the advertising machine is arranged inside the elevator or at the entrance of each floor of the elevator, and is in communication connection with a button terminal arranged in the elevator based on a wireless network.
Optionally, the alarm signal includes a signal ID uniquely identified by the button terminal and an electric signal generated by the user based on the voice signal operation.
Optionally, the judging, by the advertisement player, of the signal ID of the received alarm signal includes:
the advertising machine analyzes the received alarm signal to obtain a signal ID which is uniquely identified by the button terminal in the alarm signal;
and performing matching judgment by using the uniquely identified signal ID and a signal ID in an ID database in the advertising machine.
Optionally, the generating a notification instruction by the advertiser to notify the advertiser background system includes:
the advertising machine generates the notification instruction based on the equipment ID of the advertising machine and the signal ID, and sends the notification instruction to the advertising machine background system for notification.
Optionally, the advertisement machine background system retrieves all advertisement machines within a preset range around the advertisement machine generating the notification instruction based on the notification instruction, including:
the advertising machine background system obtains the equipment ID of the advertising machine in the notification instruction based on the notification instruction;
searching and matching the equipment ID in the background system of the advertising player to obtain corresponding position information;
and retrieving all advertisement machines in the peripheral preset range based on the position information.
Optionally, the alarm instruction includes alarm elevator ID information, information display level, warning words, and alarm telephone information;
all retrieved advertisement machines alarm based on the alarm instruction, including:
after receiving the alarm instruction, all the searched advertisement machines analyze the alarm instruction to obtain the ID information, the information display grade, the warning words and the alarm telephone information of the alarm elevator in the alarm instruction;
all the retrieved advertisement machines obtain monitoring picture SDK interfaces through monitoring exposure;
acquiring a monitoring picture in the elevator in a monitoring picture SDK interface based on the ID information of the alarm elevator in the alarm command;
and displaying the ID information, information display grade, warning words and warning telephone information of the warning elevator in the monitoring picture and the warning command on all the searched advertising machines, and synchronously flashing and displaying the SOS on the display interfaces of all the searched advertising machines.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the advertisement background system obtains a record on-duty telephone, a manager telephone and an emergency contact telephone according to the ID information of the alarm elevator;
the advertisement background system starts an outbound program to carry out outbound operation based on the record duty telephone, the administrator telephone and the emergency contact telephone until the call is connected;
and playing the elevator position and the alarm condition corresponding to the alarm elevator ID information through the synthesized voice after the elevator is switched on.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides an elevator trapped help calling device based on the advertising machine, which comprises:
the guiding operation module: the system comprises a button terminal, a voice playing module and a voice playing module, wherein the button terminal is used for playing a preset voice signal for guiding a user to operate the button terminal according to a preset playing mode after receiving a triggering request of the user;
a generation and transmission module: the button terminal is used for receiving an alarm signal generated by a user based on the voice signal operation and sending the alarm signal to an advertising machine;
a judgment notification module: the advertising machine is used for judging the ID of the received alarm signal and generating a notification instruction to notify a background system of the advertising machine after judging that the button terminal sends the alarm signal;
the retrieval module: the advertisement machine background system is used for retrieving all advertisement machines in a preset range around the advertisement machine generating the notification instruction based on the notification instruction;
setting a module: the system comprises a searching module, a display module and a display module, wherein the searching module is used for respectively issuing alarm instructions which are set to have the highest priority and are executed immediately to all searched advertising machines;
the alarm warning module: and all the advertising machines used for searching carry out alarm warning based on the alarm instruction.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides an elevator trapped help calling system based on the advertising machine, which comprises a button terminal arranged in the elevator, the advertising machine arranged in the elevator or at each floor entrance of the elevator and an advertising machine background system; wherein,
the button terminal arranged in the elevator is connected with an advertising machine arranged in the elevator or at each floor entrance of the elevator through a wireless network, and the advertising machine arranged in the elevator or at each floor entrance of the elevator is connected with the advertising machine background system; the elevator trapped help call system is configured to perform the elevator trapped help call method of any one of the above.
In the embodiment of the invention, the button terminal is additionally arranged in the elevator and is connected with the advertising machine terminal, and the advertising machine terminal receives the signal of the button terminal to call the elevator to help, so that the existing advertising machine resources can be effectively utilized to call the elevator fault and exert the force of people, that is, the existing advertising machine of the elevator can be fully utilized to alarm the elevator fault, the function of the existing equipment can be fully exerted, the fault alarm can be timely sent out, and the loss is reduced.

in the specific implementation process of the invention, the signal ID judgment of the received alarm signal by the advertising player comprises the following steps: the advertising machine analyzes the received alarm signal to obtain a signal ID which is uniquely identified by the button terminal in the alarm signal; and performing matching judgment by using the uniquely identified signal ID and a signal ID in an ID database in the advertising machine.
Further, the advertisement player generates a notification instruction to notify the advertisement player background system, including: the advertising machine generates the notification instruction based on the equipment ID of the advertising machine and the signal ID, and sends the notification instruction to the advertising machine background system for notification.
Specifically, the advertisement player inputs the received alarm signal into the terminal software, and analyzes the alarm signal in the terminal software, so as to obtain a signal ID uniquely identified by the button terminal in the alarm signal; and then, matching judgment is carried out by utilizing the uniquely identified signal ID and the signal ID in the ID database in the advertising machine, and when the corresponding signal ID is matched, the button terminal is judged to send an alarm signal, namely, the advertising machine generates a notification instruction to notify a background system of the advertising machine.

the button terminal 31 arranged in the elevator is connected with an advertising machine 32 arranged in the elevator or at each floor entrance of the elevator through a wireless network, and the advertising machine 32 arranged in the elevator or at each floor entrance of the elevator is connected with the advertising machine background system 33; the elevator trapped help call system is configured to perform the elevator trapped help call method of any one of the above.
