Abstract
The application discloses a device for automatically adding a covering agent for tundish and a using method thereof, which consists of a storage bin, a weighing sensor, a star-shaped discharger, a feeding pipeline, an intermediate bin, a vacuum feeding machine, a feeding bin, a bin support and a swing rod, wherein the storage bin is internally provided with the covering agent and is fixed on a platform through the support; the intermediate storage bins are fixed on the platform through storage bin supports, each intermediate ladle car is provided with a swing rod, and the tail end of the swing rod is provided with a feeding bin.

The complexity of the steelmaking continuous casting operation environment determines that a large amount of manual operation content exists in the existing continuous casting production process. The device can reduce post safety risk and has the characteristics of simple structure, low maintenance cost, less dust emission in the operation process, less unorganized discharge points and the like.

the second step is that: starting a vacuum feeding machine, starting a star-shaped discharger to discharge materials according to a set value of a weighing sensor, conveying tundish covering agent materials into an intermediate storage bin through a feeding pipeline, and closing the star-shaped discharger to stop discharging after the weighing sensor reaches the set value;
the third step: discharging the tundish covering agent material in the intermediate bin into a feeding bin through a vacuum feeding machine;
the fourth step: after the feeding bin finishes feeding through the swing rod, the feeding bin resets to be right below the vacuum feeding machine, and then the next cycle is started.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the star discharger is suitable for a pressure output system.

A device for automatically adding a tundish covering agent comprises a storage bin 1, a weighing sensor 2, a star-shaped discharger 3, a feeding pipeline 4, an intermediate bin 5, a vacuum feeding machine 6, a feeding bin 7, a bin support 8 and a swing rod 9, wherein the storage bin 1 is internally provided with the covering agent, the storage bin 1 is fixed on a platform through a support, the weighing sensor 2 is arranged at the top of the storage bin 1, the star-shaped discharger 3 is arranged at the bottom of the storage bin 1, the star-shaped discharger 3 is connected with the intermediate bin 5 through the feeding pipeline 4, the vacuum feeding machine 6 is arranged inside the intermediate bin 5, and the vacuum feeding machine 6 generates vacuum suction to convey materials in the storage bin 1 to the intermediate bin 5 through the feeding pipeline 4; the intermediate bin 5 is fixed on the platform through a bin support 8, each intermediate ladle car is provided with a swing rod 9, and the tail end of the swing rod 9 is provided with a feeding bin 7. The feeding bin 7 is positioned right below the vacuum feeding machine 6.
