Abstract
The invention discloses a quick opening mechanism of a flange cover and a flange device. The quick flange cover opening mechanism is used for connecting a flange cover and a fixed flange and comprises a first axial connection part, a second axial connection part and a connecting piece, wherein the first axial connection part is connected with the side surface of the fixed flange, the second axial connection part is connected with the side surface of the flange cover, the first axial connection part comprises a first short lug connected with the fixed flange and a first long lug connected with the first short lug at a preset angle, the first long lug extends towards the direction far away from the flange cover, and the connecting piece is in axial connection with the first long lug and the second axial connection part so that the first axial connection part can rotate relative to the second axial connection part; the flange device comprises the quick flange cover opening mechanism. The quick opening mechanism for the flange cover is easy to open the flange cover and can reduce the occupied space.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flange quick opening, in particular to a flange cover quick opening mechanism and a flange device.
Background
During the on-line cleaning of large and medium-sized horizontal vessels, it is often necessary to open the flange cover and access the vessel. Due to the fact that the flange cover is too large in mass and is not easy to open, corresponding equipment is needed for assistance, manpower and material resources are wasted, large force is needed in the opening process, and the risk of injury is possible. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a quick flange opening mechanism 100 for connecting a flange cover 101 and a fixing flange 102 so that the flange cover 101 can be opened quickly. This quick-opening mechanism of blind flange 100 is including the first shaft coupling portion 10 of the side of connecting fixed flange 102, the second shaft coupling portion 20 and the connecting piece 30 of the side of connecting blind flange 101, first shaft coupling portion 10 is including the first short ear 11 of connecting blind flange 101 and the first long ear 12 of connecting first short ear 11 with predetermineeing the angle, first long ear 12 extends towards the direction of keeping away from blind flange 101, the first long ear 12 of connecting piece 30 coupling and second shaft coupling portion 20 to make first shaft coupling portion 10 can rotate relative second shaft coupling portion 20.
When in use, referring to fig. 3, the flange cover 101 is in a closed state, that is, the flange cover 101 is in contact with the fixed flange 102; when the flange cover 101 needs to be opened, the flange cover 101 can be opened by directly rotating the flange cover 101 by the rotation center O, referring to fig. 4, the flange cover 101 is gradually opened to the maximum opened state, and since the rotation center O is in the normal direction of the flange end face and has a certain distance from the flange cover 101, the axial space (the direction indicated by the arrow) of the flange cover 101 is correspondingly reduced when the flange cover 101 is opened or closed, thereby reducing the occupied space. The longer the first long ear 12, the more the axial space can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the second coupling portion 20 includes a second short lug 21 coupled to the flange cover 101 and a second long lug 22 coupled to the second short lug 21 at a predetermined angle, the second long lug 22 extends toward a direction close to the fixed flange 101, and the connecting member 30 is coupled to the first long lug 12 and the second long lug 22. This allows the second shaft coupling portion 20 to have a structure similar to that of the first shaft coupling portion 10, and to be better fitted to the first shaft coupling portion 10, thereby rotating the flange cover 101. Of course, the second shaft connecting portion 20 may have another structure, and the rotation of the flange cover 101 may be realized as long as the first shaft connecting portion 10 is coupled and the flange cover 101 is rotated to abut against the fixed flange 102.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the first long ear 12 is vertically connected to the first short ear 11, and the second long ear 22 is vertically connected to the second short ear 21. Such a configuration also occupies less lateral space and does not interfere with the mating relationship of the flange cover 102 and the mounting flange 102 with one another. Of course, the first long ear 12 may be connected to the first short ear 11 at an angle close to 90 degrees, and the second long ear 22 may be connected to the second short ear 21 at an angle close to 90 degrees. It is understood that the length of the second long ear 22 is greater than the length of the first long ear 12, so that the flange cover 101 can be fixed with the fixing flange 102 when the first long ear 12 is overlapped with the second long ear 22.
In one embodiment, the connection between the first long ear 12 and the first short ear 11 and the connection between the second long ear 22 and the second short ear 21 are both arc-shaped. Such a structure makes the first and second shaft connecting parts 10 and 20 more smooth and smooth, and facilitates contact with a human body without injuring the human body.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the number of the first shaft connecting portions 10 and the second shaft connecting portions 20 is two and the first shaft connecting portions and the second shaft connecting portions are arranged at intervals. This makes the construction of the lid quick-opening mechanism 100 more robust.
In an embodiment, the two first coupling portions 10 are distributed on two sides of the center of the flange cover 101, and the two second coupling portions 20 are distributed on two sides of the center of the fixing flange 102, so that the structure of the quick flange opening mechanism 100 is more stable, and the opening force is more conveniently applied to the flange cover 101.
In one embodiment, the distance between the two second shaft coupling portions 20 is greater than the distance between the two first shaft coupling portions 10, so that the two first shaft coupling portions 10 are located between the two second shaft coupling portions 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the two second shaft connecting portions 20 and the two first shaft connecting portions 10 may be disposed alternately without affecting the function thereof.
In one embodiment, a first reinforcing shaft 40 is connected between the first shaft connecting portions 10. This makes the construction of the lid quick-opening mechanism 100 more robust. Similarly, a second reinforcing shaft 50 is connected between the two second shaft connecting portions 20. The first reinforcing shaft 40 may be connected at any position between the first coupling parts 10, and the second reinforcing shaft 50 may be connected at any position between the second coupling parts 20. In this embodiment, the first reinforcing shaft 40 is connected to the connection between the first short ear 11 and the first long ear 12, and the second reinforcing shaft 50 is connected between the second long ears 22.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the connecting element 30 includes a connecting pin 31 and a plug-in post 32, one end of the connecting pin 31 is provided with a stopping portion 33, a position of the connecting pin 31 near the other end is provided with a locking cavity 34 penetrating through the connecting pin 31 in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the connecting pin 31, the first pivot portion 10 is provided with a first pivot hole 13, the second pivot portion 20 is provided with a second pivot hole 23, the connecting pin 31 penetrates through the first pivot hole 13 and the second pivot hole 23, and the plug-in post 32 penetrates through the locking cavity 34 to prevent the connecting pin 31 from axially sliding out of the first pivot portion 10 and the second pivot portion 20.
In this embodiment, the first long ear 12 has a first pivot hole 13, and the second long ear 22 has a second pivot hole 23.
In one embodiment, the inner end surface of the stopping portion 33 abuts against the outer end surface of one of the second shaft connecting portions 20 or the outer end surface of one of the first shaft connecting portions 10, and one side of the plug column 32 abuts against the outer end surface of the other of the second shaft connecting portions 20 or the outer end surface of the other of the first shaft connecting portions 10. This allows the connecting member 30 to be stably engaged with the first and second shaft coupling portions 10 and 20, preventing the connecting member 30 from being moved.
In this embodiment, when the two first shaft connection portions 10 are located between the two second shaft connection portions 20, the inner end surface of the stopping portion 33 abuts against the outer end surface of one of the second long lugs 22, and one side of the insertion column 32 abuts against the outer end surface of the other second long lug 22.
Of course, the connecting member 30 may have other structures, and may serve as a shaft coupling. For example, the connecting member 30 may be a screw connection or a pin connection.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention further provides a flange device 200, which includes a flange cover 101 and a fixing flange 102, and further includes the above-mentioned flange cover quick-opening mechanism 100.
