Description

Bicycle speed variator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bicycle transmission.
Background
In order to meet the requirements of different slopes and speeds of the riding road, the conventional bicycle is provided with toothed discs at the front and rear ends of the chain and the chain is shifted by using the transmission, for example, the front toothed disc has a 3-stage shifting function, the rear toothed disc has a 6-stage shifting function, and thus 18 stages can be achieved. However, when the bicycle is required to have more speed changing functions, the number of the gear stages is increased, so that the thickness of the gear is increased, which causes inconvenience during riding, and the excessive number of the gear stages makes the transmission unable to precisely change to each stage, which has a drawback to be improved.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved bicycle shifting device that solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a bicycle speed changing device, which can greatly increase the speed changing section of a bicycle, and prevent the gear plate from being too thick to cause the gear jumping of a transmission smoothly, thereby facilitating the use of the bicycle speed changing device.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a bicycle transmission device, which includes a housing, a spindle, a coupling member, a transmission assembly, a shifting assembly and a clutch assembly. The shell is provided for a bicycle. The spindle is pivoted to the shell along an axial direction, and two ends of the spindle along the axial direction are respectively used for being assembled with a crank of the bicycle. The assembly member is used for assembling a fluted disc of the bicycle, and the assembly member is additionally provided with a driving gear which is linked with the assembly member. The transmission assembly is pivoted on the shell and meshed with the driving gear. The speed changing assembly comprises a first speed changing gear and a second speed changing gear which can rotate relative to the shell, and the first speed changing gear and the second speed changing gear are respectively connected with the transmission assembly in a rotating mode. The clutch component comprises a clutch piece which is connected with the mandrel in a linkage way and can move between a first position and a second position along the axial direction. When the clutch piece is positioned at the first position, the clutch piece is rotationally connected with the first speed change gear, and the mandrel can drive the first speed change gear, the transmission assembly and the driving gear to rotate; when the clutch member is at the second position, the clutch member is rotationally connected with the second speed change gear, and the mandrel can drive the second speed change gear, the transmission assembly and the driving gear to rotate.
The invention has the advantages that:
the bicycle speed changing device provided by the invention can greatly improve the speed changing section of the bicycle, and can not cause the gear jumping of the speed changer to be smooth due to the over-thick fluted disc, thereby being more convenient to use.
