A self-propelled semitrailer, comprising: the semi-trailer comprises a frame (1), a driving wheel mechanism (2) used for driving the semi-trailer to steer, lift and walk and a driven wheel mechanism (3) used for supporting the semi-trailer, wherein the driving wheel mechanism (2) and the driven wheel mechanism (3) are correspondingly installed on the front side and the rear side of the frame (1) respectively.

Self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 1, characterized in that said driving wheel mechanism (2) comprises: the semitrailer steering device comprises a steering device (4) for driving the semitrailer to steer, a walking device (5) for driving the semitrailer to walk and a lifting device (6) for driving the walking device to lift, wherein the steering device (4) is installed at the bottom of the front side of the frame (1), and the walking device (5) is installed on the steering device (4) through the lifting device (6).

Self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 2, characterized in that said steering device (4) comprises: the lifting device comprises a slewing bearing (7) and a first driving component (8) for driving the slewing bearing (7) to rotate, wherein an inner ring of the slewing bearing (7) and the first driving component (8) are installed at the bottom of the front side of the frame (1), the first driving component (8) is meshed with an outer ring of the slewing bearing (7), and the lifting device (6) is installed on the outer ring of the slewing bearing (7).
4. A self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 3, characterised in that said first drive component (8) is a hydraulic motor.

A self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 3, characterised in that said lifting device (6) comprises: first connecting rod (9), second connecting rod (10) and second drive disk assembly (11), the one end of first connecting rod (9) with the outer lane of slewing bearing (7) is connected, the one end of second connecting rod (10) with the other end of first connecting rod (9) is articulated, the other end of second connecting rod (10) with walking equipment (5) are articulated, the one end of second drive disk assembly (11) with first connecting rod (9) are articulated, the other end of second drive disk assembly (11) with second connecting rod (10) are articulated.

Self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 5, characterized in that said walking device (5) comprises: the bicycle comprises an axle (12), a pair of wheels (13) and a third driving component for driving the wheels (13) to rotate, wherein the pair of wheels (13) are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the axle (12), the other end of a second connecting rod (10) is hinged with the middle part of the axle (12), the third driving component and a planetary reducer are arranged on the axle (12), and the third driving component is connected with the pair of wheels (13) through the planetary reducer.

Self-propelled semitrailer according to claim 7, characterized in that said driving wheel mechanism (2) comprises: the oil-supply vehicle-mounted oil machine comprises a hydraulic pump station (14) for supplying oil, a vehicle-mounted oil machine (15) for generating electricity and an electric cabinet (16), wherein the hydraulic pump station (14), the vehicle-mounted oil machine (15) and the electric cabinet (16) are installed at the top of the front side of the frame (1), and the vehicle-mounted oil machine (15), the electric cabinet (16) and the hydraulic pump station (14) are sequentially connected.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: a self-propelled semitrailer and a tractor as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, said tractor (17) being coupled to said semitrailer.
