The vehicle door assembly according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle door panel (1) comprises a door panel subassembly (11), a door protective film (12), and a door panel sealing sponge strip (13); the car door protective film (12) is adhered to the car door protective plate sub-assembly (11) through butyl adhesive; the vehicle door protective plate sealing sponge strip (13) is provided with a back adhesive, and the vehicle door protective plate sealing sponge strip (13) is bonded on the outline edge of the vehicle door protective plate sub-assembly (11) through the back adhesive.

The automobile door assembly of claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of fastener seats are arranged on the front surface of the door guard plate subassembly (11), a fastener (14) is arranged on each fastener seat, and each fastener (14) is a plastic fastener; the plastic buckle can be used for installing the automobile door guard board on an installation seat of an automobile door framework.

The motor vehicle door assembly as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the door panel subassembly (11) consists of several injection-molded parts of composite material, which are welded and screwed together; and/or the vehicle door protective film (12) is formed by adopting IXPE material through plastic suction; and/or the door protection plate sealing sponge strip (13) adopts a closed-cell EPDM sponge strip.

The vehicle door assembly of claim 1, wherein the door outer panel assembly (21) comprises a door outer panel body (211), a door outer panel frame (212), and an outside handle mounting bracket assembly (213); the door outer plate framework (212) and the outward opening handle mounting bracket (213) are respectively bonded on the door outer plate body (211) through glue.

An automobile door assembly mounting structure comprises an automobile door guard board (1), an automobile door outer plate assembly (21) and an automobile door framework assembly (22); characterized in that the automobile door trim (1) is the automobile door trim of any one of the preceding claims 2 to 4; the door outer panel assembly (21) is the door outer panel assembly of claim 5 above; and the automobile door frame assembly (22) is provided with a mounting seat, and the automobile door guard board (1) and the automobile door outer plate assembly (21) are mounted on the mounting seat through plastic buckles (4), so that the automobile door guard board, the automobile door guard board and the automobile door outer plate assembly are fixed together to form the automobile door assembly.

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6; the automobile door frame assembly is characterized in that the automobile door outer plate assembly (21) is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the automobile door frame assembly (22); the automobile door guard board (1) is respectively and fixedly connected with the automobile door outer board assembly (21) and the automobile door framework assembly (22), and the automobile door guard board sealing sponge strip (13) is tightly pressed between the outline edge of the automobile door guard board sub-assembly (11) and the automobile door outer board assembly (21).

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6; the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly is characterized in that the upper end face of the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly (11) is hung on an automobile door inner windowsill beam (222) provided with an inner water blocking strip (333) of automobile door glass (8) through a clamping groove (15), and the automobile door inner windowsill beam (222) is fixedly arranged on the automobile door framework assembly (22); and/or the lower end surface of the car door guard plate sub-assembly (11) is clamped in a clamping hole of the car door framework assembly (22) through a plastic clamping buckle (4).

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6; the automobile door protection plate assembly is characterized in that one side edge of the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly (11) penetrates through a through hole in the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly (11) through a bolt (5) to be connected into a mounting nut above a lock catch area of the automobile door assembly, and therefore one side of the upper end of the automobile door protection plate (1) is connected with the side edge of the automobile door framework assembly (22); and/or one side edge of the car door guard plate sub-assembly (11) is connected into a mounting hole in the front surface of a car door lock mounting plate through a fixing plate buckle (3), so that the front surface of the car door guard plate (1) is connected with the front surface of the car door framework assembly (22); and/or one side edge of the door trim subassembly (11) is connected into a mounting hole of the door frame assembly (22) close to one side of a door hinge through a through hole on the door trim subassembly (11) by a plastic buckle (4), so that the automobile door trim (1) is connected with the side edge of the door frame assembly (22).

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6; the automobile door protection plate assembly is characterized in that the rear end of the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly (11) is clamped into a mounting hole of the automobile door outer plate assembly (21) through a clamping structure, so that the rear end of the automobile door protection plate (1) is connected with the rear end of the automobile door assembly (2); and/or the lower end of the door guard board sub-assembly (11) penetrates through a through hole at the lower end of the door guard board sub-assembly (11) through a bolt (5) to be connected into a nut hole at the lower end of the outer door panel assembly (21), so that the lower end of the automobile door guard board (1) is connected with the lower end of the door assembly (2).

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6; the automobile door protection plate assembly is characterized in that the automobile door protection plate (1) penetrates through a through hole at the rear upper end of the automobile door protection plate sub-assembly (11) and a through hole of the automobile door framework assembly (22) through a screw (6) and is connected to a nut hole at the rear end of the outer automobile door glass water retaining strip (7), so that the rear upper end of the automobile door protection plate (1) is connected with the automobile door framework assembly (22) and the rear end of the outer automobile door glass water retaining strip (7).

The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein an upper end of the outer door panel assembly (21) is hung on an outer sill beam (223) of a door in a door frame assembly (22) through a catch groove (16); the lower end of the automobile door outer plate assembly (21) is clamped on the automobile door framework assembly (22) through a buckle (14).
13. The automobile door assembly mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein the front end of the outer door panel assembly (21) is connected to a mounting bracket (224) in a door frame assembly (22) by a bolt (5).
