(1) The method comprises the following steps that a filament mosaic artwork mounting position is arranged on a pot lid 1 of a green body, a mounting hole and two fixing holes are formed in the filament mosaic artwork mounting position, the side walls of the mounting hole and the two fixing holes are rough surfaces, for example, external threads are drawn or arranged on the side walls of the mounting hole and the two fixing holes, the centers of the three holes are located on seven end points of the same equilateral heptagon, the side length of the equilateral heptagon is 6.6mm, the mounting hole is circular, and the diameter of the mounting hole is 3.5-4 mm; the mounting position of the filament mosaic artware is specifically a groove which is arranged on a pot cover 1 of a green body and has an opening facing the outside of the pot body, and the depth of the groove is 1.8-2.2 mm, preferably 2 mm; the mounting position of the filament mosaic artware also comprises a groove arranged on the outer wall of the calcined kettle body, the depth of the groove is 1.5-3.5 mm, and is specifically determined according to the capacity of the kettle, for example, the depth of the groove on the outer wall of a 400mL kettle can be 3.5mm, and the groove is shallower when the capacity is smaller;
(2) the filigree is clamped and molded to obtain a filigree inlaying handicraft 4, a combining part is preset on the filigree inlaying handicraft 4, and the filigree is made of alloy with over 75% of gold and alloy with over 92.5% of silver;
(3) preparing an external fixing piece 5 and an internal fixing piece 6, wherein seven fixing piece through holes are formed in the fixing piece, the seven fixing piece through holes respectively correspond to the mounting hole and the two fixing holes in the green body, the shape of the fixing piece is matched with that of the pot cover 1, and the size of the fixing piece is matched with that of the filament mosaic handicraft 4;
(4) the hollow sleeve 2 penetrates through the mounting hole, one end of the hollow sleeve 2 is welded with the filament mosaic artwork 4 outside the kettle cover, the other end of the hollow sleeve 2 is fixed on the internal fixing piece 6, the hollow sleeve 2 can be arranged in the fixing hole to increase the air circulation inside and outside the kettle, the screw 3 can also be arranged, the internal filament 7 is welded with one end of the hollow sleeve 2/screw 3 and is welded and reinforced with the internal fixing piece 6, and the external filament mosaic artwork 4 is welded with the other end of the hollow sleeve 2/screw 3 and is welded and reinforced with the external fixing piece 5; the welding mode is spot welding, and the filament of the filament mosaic handicraft 4 is very thin, so that the welding can be carried out by means of a magnifying lens of 10 times.
It should be noted that, in order to adapt to modern life and requirements, the teapot body can also be a cup body, namely the purple sand teapot is improved into a purple sand cup, and the cup with the filament inlaid product is prepared by matching with the process. the effect I is that the filament mosaic artware 4 is a gold product, if the filament mosaic artware 4 is directly fixed on the purple sand teapot in a punching mode, although the fixing effect can be achieved temporarily, the gold product can be softened and deformed by the use environment of high-temperature water vapor-condensation-high-temperature water vapor in the purple sand teapot along with the increase of the use time, and the filament mosaic artware 4 can shake or rotate along with the use environment to influence the use; however, the hollow sleeve 2 is arranged in the mounting hole, and the hollow sleeve 2 is only limited to be used by a kettle cover, so that the basic practicability of the purple sand kettle is guaranteed, the water flowing smoothness of the purple sand kettle is guaranteed, and then the filament mosaic artware 4 is fixedly connected with one end of the hollow sleeve 2, for example, the filament mosaic artware 4 can be firmly fixed on the purple sand kettle, and the phenomenon that the filament mosaic artware 4 shakes or rotates along with the prolonging of the service time is avoided; the filament mosaic handicraft 4 can shield the fixing hole and the mounting hole from the outside, and the internal filament 7 can shield the fixing hole and the mounting hole from the inside, so that the ventilation and the fixation can be ensured by arranging the fixing hole and the mounting hole, and the attractiveness of the external forms of the dark-red enameled pottery and the filament mosaic handicraft 4 can not be influenced;
the hollow sleeve 2 also ensures the communication between the inside and the outside air of the dark-red enameled pottery, so that the dark-red enameled pottery added with the filament inlaid handicraft 4 does not influence the water outflow smoothness, and the basic use function of the dark-red enameled pottery is kept;
the preparation process of the filament-inlaid purple clay teapot provided by the invention has the advantages that pottery clay artware such as the purple clay teapot and the like is combined with the filament in an inlaid manner for the first time, so that a brand-new artware is prepared, the practicability of the filament inlaying is improved, the artistic appreciation of the pottery clay artware is improved, and the process can be suitable for modern production and is more suitable for modern life.
The hollow sleeve 2 is arranged in the mounting hole, the hollow sleeve 2 can be arranged in the fixing hole, the screw 3 can also be arranged in the fixing hole, the hollow sleeve 2 can be ventilated and has a certain fixing function, the fixing performance of the screw 3 is superior to that of the hollow sleeve 2, and the practicability and firmness of the screw 2 are better.

forming a mounting hole on the green body, and calcining to obtain a dark-red enameled pottery body;
the filigree is inlaid and molded to obtain a filigree inlaid handicraft;
and (3) installing the hollow sleeve in the mounting hole, welding one end of the hollow sleeve with the filament mosaic handicraft, and fixedly connecting the other end of the hollow sleeve with the inner wall of the dark-red enameled pottery body to obtain the filament mosaic dark-red enameled pottery.
2. The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the blank is further provided with a plurality of fixing holes, screws or hollow sleeves are arranged in the fixing holes, and the filament mosaic artware is connected with the ends of the hollow sleeves or the screws.

7. The process of claim 2, further comprising an internal fixture and an internal filament, wherein the other end of the hollow sleeve or screw is welded to the internal filament through the internal fixture, and the internal filament is welded to the internal fixture.
8. The manufacturing process according to claim 2, wherein the side wall of the mounting hole or the fixing hole is a rough surface.

The preparation process according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein a mounting position for the filament mosaic artwork is arranged on the green body before or after calcination, and the mounting position for the filament mosaic artwork is matched with the shape of the filament mosaic artwork.
10. The process according to claim 9, wherein the mounting holes and the fixing holes are formed in the filament mosaic workmanship mounting positions.

The preparation process of claim 9, wherein the filament mosaic artwork mounting locations comprise grooves arranged on the outer wall of the green body and having outward openings, grooves arranged on the outer wall of the dark-red enameled pottery body and having outward openings, protrusions arranged on the surface of the green body and/or protrusions arranged on the surface of the dark-red enameled pottery body.
12. The preparation process of claim 11, wherein the depth of the groove formed in the lid body of the green body or the dark-red enameled pottery body is 1.8-2.2 mm.
