A plurality of air holes are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the bottom shell and provide hot air for the conveyed sheet materials. An air pipe is arranged on the central hole and is upwards connected with an air heater.
Furthermore, the top surface of the boss is lower than that of the conveying part, so that the green sheets conveyed from the conveying part can smoothly move onto the boss.
Furthermore, the height of the lower end face of the scraper is flush with the height of the lower end face of the scraper, and the scraper scrapes the surface of the flat sheet material of the scraper, so that the surface of the sheet material is smoother.
Furthermore, a baffle is arranged below the air pipe, and the baffle blocks the air direction at the bottom of the light pipe, so that hot air from the air pipe flows to four sides, and the hot air is prevented from directly flowing to the air holes of the bottom shell.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the green sheet scraper forming device includes a base 10, a conveying portion 20, a feeding portion 30 and a drying portion 40, wherein the conveying portion 20 is mounted on the base 10, the feeding portion 30 is located above the rear portion of the conveying portion 20, and the drying portion 40 is located above the middle portion of the conveying portion 20.
The base 10 comprises an underframe 11, upright posts 12, a side frame 13, a table top 14, a support 15 and a boss 16, wherein the bottom of the underframe 11 is placed on the ground through four upright posts 12, one side of the underframe 11 is provided with the side frame 13, the side frame 13 is a pair of lifting frames arranged in front and back, the side frame 13 is connected with the table top 14, and a drying part 40 is arranged on the table top 14. The two ends of the underframe 11 are respectively provided with the support 15 in extension parts, the support 15 is provided with the conveying part 20, the front end of the underframe 11 is provided with the boss 16, the top surface of the boss 16 is lower than that of the conveying part 20, the green sheets transmitted from the conveying part 20 can smoothly move to the boss 16, the rolling device is arranged in front of the boss 16, and the green sheets which are just dried are rolled into rolls, so that the subsequent cutting operation is facilitated.
The conveying part 20 comprises a pair of rollers 21, a polyester belt 22 and a rotating shaft 23, wherein the rollers 21 are provided with a pair of rollers 21, the pair of rollers 21 are respectively arranged on the support 15, the polyester belt 22 is erected between the pair of rollers 21, and the polyester belt 22 circularly rolls between the pair of rollers 21 to provide transportation conditions for the green sheets. The roller 21 has a rotation shaft 23 at the center thereof, and the roller 21 is mounted on the support 15 through the rotation shaft 23. Of course, the rotating shaft 23 of one of the rollers 21 is connected to a power source to drive the roller 21 to rotate and drive the polyester tape 22 to move.
The feeding part 30 comprises a side pipe 31, a scraper 32, a support 33 and a scraper 34, wherein the side pipe 31 is positioned above the rear part of the conveying part 20, the side pipe 31 is used for providing slurry for the forming device, the bottom of the side pipe 31 is open, the slurry directly falls on the polyester belt 22, the slurry moves forwards along with the forward movement of the polyester belt 22, the front of the side pipe 31 is open, the scraper 32 is arranged at the front opening of the side pipe 31, the scraper 32 scrapes the slurry on the polyester belt 22 into a sheet material with a certain thickness, the support 33 is arranged on the front end surface of the scraper 32, the scraper 34 is arranged on the support 33, the height of the lower end surface of the scraper 34 is flush with that of the lower end surface of the scraper 32, and the scraper 34 scrapes the surface of the sheet material which is scraped by the scraper 32 to enable.
The drying part 40 includes a housing 41, a central hole 42, a bottom shell 43, an air hole 44, an air duct 45 and a baffle 46, the housing 41 is installed above the platform 14, the front and rear ends of the housing 41 are open for the polyester tape 22 and the scraped sheet material to pass through, the central hole 42 is formed in the top center of the housing 41, the bottom shell 43 is installed inside the top surface of the housing 41, and the bottom shell 43 is an upper open structure, that is, a space is formed between the top surface of the housing 41 and the bottom shell 43 after the bottom shell 43 is installed, and the space is used for transmitting. The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the whole forming device is installed according to the attached drawing, a power source and a hot air source are connected, a conveying part 20 is started, slurry is input from a side pipe 31, and the sheet material output from the boss 16 enters a rolling device to be collected, so that the forming operation of the green sheet is completed.
