the assembly process comprises the following steps:
s1, fixedly connecting a buffer seat (6) of which the upper end is fixedly connected with a rolling cambered surface wiping cylinder to the middle part of the upper end of the hair trimmer head (2);
s2, assembling the cutter (3) and the cutter net (5) on the upper ends of the hair trimmer heads (2) on the two sides of the rolling arc surface wiping cylinder;
s3, assembling the detection element (20) at the middle part of the upper end of the hair trimmer holding part (1), and assembling the driving motor (4) at the upper ends of the hair trimmer holding parts (1) at two sides of the detection element (20);
s4, assembling the hair trimmer head (2) assembled with the rolling arc surface wiping cylinder, the cutter (3) and the cutter net (5) on the upper end of the hair trimmer holding part (1);
the rolling arc surface smearing cylinder comprises a semi-cylindrical hollow cylinder (7), a massage arc surface layer (8) and a smearing arc surface layer (9), the inner side of the semi-cylindrical hollow cylinder (7) is provided with a containing chamber (10), the smearing arc surface layer (9) is positioned in the containing chamber (10), one end of the smearing arc surface layer (9) is fixedly connected with a sealing slide block (12), a sliding groove (13) matched with the sealing slide block (12) is arranged on the inner wall of the containing cavity (10) in a chiseled mode, the other end of the smearing arc surface layer (9) is fixedly connected with a sealing ring (15), the massage arc surface layer (8) is fixedly connected with the inner end of the semi-cylindrical hollow cylinder (7), and the closed cavity formed by the massage arc surface layer (8) and the semi-cylindrical hollow cylinder (7) is filled with shaving liquid, an opening is cut on the inner wall of the semi-cylindrical hollow cylinder (7), and a liquid guide layer (19) is fixedly connected to the opening.
