Abstract
The invention provides a diagnosis suggestion feedback system based on user voice and a medical intelligent voice robot, wherein the diagnosis suggestion feedback system based on the user voice comprises the following components: establishing a word bank containing a plurality of keywords; establishing a scheme library containing corresponding feedback suggestions according to the keywords in the word library; reading voice information of a user; searching corresponding keywords in the word stock according to the voice information to obtain matched keywords; and searching corresponding feedback suggestions in the scheme library according to the matched keywords, and pushing the feedback suggestions to the user. According to the invention, the keyword and the feedback suggestion are associated, and the matching of the voice information of all fields is not needed, so that the calculation amount of searching the feedback suggestion according to the voice information is greatly reduced, and the interaction efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of voice processing, and particularly relates to a diagnosis suggestion feedback system based on user voice and a medical intelligent voice robot.
Background
The voice recognition function can enable a user to liberate both hands, simplify equipment operation, and enable interaction of the intelligent equipment and the user to be faster. Particularly, the intelligent voice robot in the medical aspect can make users obtain professional health care and prevention suggestions without going out.
The working principle of the existing medical intelligent voice robot is that voice collection equipment collects user voice, then the user voice is sent to a voice recognition system, and the voice recognition system recognizes a whole sentence, analyzes the sentence, feeds back information and carries out interaction.
In the prior art, the voice recognition interaction system needs to match the user voice with a large number of words, which not only increases the matching calculation amount, but also increases the analysis difficulty during information feedback, resulting in a slow interaction speed.

After the voice of the user is recognized and converted into the text information, the text information can be disassembled, the keywords in the text information can be extracted, the extracted keywords can comprise some disease names, such as keywords in a word stock, preferably, some query word keywords, and the matched keywords and the query word keywords are combined, so that the intention of the user can be understood more accurately.
And S5, retrieving corresponding feedback suggestions from the scheme library according to the matched keywords, and pushing the feedback suggestions to the user.
Specifically, the keywords obtained in the previous steps are searched in the established word stock, and then the diagnosis suggestions in the scheme stock corresponding to the keywords which are successfully matched are pushed to the user. The invention only searches corresponding keywords, but not searches and matches the whole field, thereby obviously reducing the calculated amount and quickly obtaining the feedback suggestion.
As a preferred scheme of the above scheme, when keywords in the word stock are set, some application scenarios may be associated at the same time, so that a more detailed scheme stock for feedback suggestions may be established for different application scenarios, and thus, more accurate pushing of diagnosis suggestions may be implemented, so as to avoid that the pushed information is too numerous and complicated. In the embodiment of the medical intelligent voice robot, when the keywords in the word bank are set, some application scenes are associated at the same time, so that a more detailed scheme library of feedback suggestions can be established for different application scenes, and more accurate pushing of diagnosis suggestions can be realized so as to avoid the situation that the pushed information is too numerous and complicated.

searching corresponding keywords in the word stock according to the voice information to obtain matched keywords;
and searching corresponding feedback suggestions in the scheme library according to the matched keywords, and pushing the feedback suggestions to the user.
2. The user voice-based diagnostic advice feedback system of claim 1, wherein the reading of the user's voice information comprises:
judging the language type of the user;
and acquiring the user voice information under the language type.
3. The user speech based diagnostic advice feedback system of claim 2, wherein the determining the language category of the user is based on voice information of the user.
4. The user speech based diagnostic advice feedback system of claim 3, wherein the voice information comprises one or more of a mood word, a tail, a pace, and a tone.
5. The user speech-based diagnostic suggestion feedback system of claim 1, wherein the establishing a thesaurus comprising a plurality of keywords comprises:
establishing a word bank containing a plurality of keywords, and associating the keywords with more than one related application scene;
the searching corresponding keywords in the word stock according to the voice information to obtain matched keywords comprises: and determining the application scene of the user according to the voice information, and retrieving corresponding keywords in a word bank associated with the application scene to obtain matched keywords.
6. A medical intelligent voice robot, comprising:
the word stock module is used for establishing a word stock containing various keywords;
the scheme library module is used for establishing a scheme library containing corresponding feedback suggestions according to the keywords in the word library;
the voice information acquisition module is used for reading the voice information of the user;
the matching module is used for searching corresponding keywords in the word stock according to the voice information to obtain matched keywords;
and the information pushing module is used for retrieving corresponding feedback suggestions from the scheme library according to the matched keywords and pushing the feedback suggestions to the user.
