Abstract
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a machining center protection device, which includes a housing, wherein a receiving cavity is disposed inside the housing, a slide rail is disposed at a bottom of the receiving cavity, a first door body and a second door body are mounted on the slide rail in a fitting manner, the first door body and the second door body are respectively connected to a position detection mechanism, a first electromagnetic stripe is disposed on the first door body, a second electromagnetic stripe is disposed on the second door body, two sets of the position detection mechanisms respectively detect whether the first door body and the second door body are closed, when the first door body and the second door body are closed, a power supply of the protection device is turned on, and the first electromagnetic stripe and the second electromagnetic stripe are electrified and attracted, when the first door body and the second door body are opened, the power supply of the protection device is turned off, a first handle is disposed on the first door body, a lock body is disposed on the first handle, and the lock body controls the first electromagnetic stripe and the second electromagnetic stripe to be turned on or off, and a second handle is arranged on the second door body. The numerical control machining center is a high-efficiency automatic machine tool which consists of mechanical equipment and a numerical control system and is suitable for machining complex parts.
