Abstract
A multi-roll straightener capable of quickly replacing roll boxes is used in the technical field of steel rolling equipment. Mainly comprises a straightening machine frame, a main transmission device, a roll changing trolley, an upper roll box and a lower roll box; the upper roll box, the lower roll box and the matched universal couplings can be quickly separated or combined through the roll changing positioning device fixed on the straightening machine frame, the transition shaft on the straightening roll, the spline shaft on the universal couplings and the positioning ring groove. The most obvious characteristic of the invention is that the traction rod driving roller box and the universal coupling matched with the traction rod driving roller box can be quickly separated and pulled out from the interior of the straightening machine to the frame of the roller changing trolley. The roll changing device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, convenience and quickness in roll changing, very short roll changing time, capability of effectively improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of operators.

Background
The multi-roll straightener is widely applied to steel rolling production and strip steel processing production lines, and is used as a core component of the straightener, and a multi-roll box needs to be periodically overhauled or replaced. When the roller is replaced, the universal coupling between the roller box and the gear distribution box needs to be disassembled, and then the multi-roller box is pulled out from the frame of the straightening machine. Because every leveling roller all disposes a universal joint, consequently universal joint is more, and the work load and the degree of difficulty of dismantlement are great, and down time is long, is unfavorable for production. At present, a roll changing mode is that a multi-roll box and a universal coupling are integrally pulled out, the structure can avoid dismounting each universal coupling, the roll changing process is short in occupied time and high in efficiency, but the universal coupling and the roll box are integrally pulled out, a roll changing device needs to be lengthened, and the occupied area is large. If two or more spare roller boxes are configured, each set of roller box needs to be configured with a corresponding number of universal couplings, and the production cost is higher.

An upper roller box, a lower roller box, a locking oil cylinder, a roller changing guide rail and a roller changing jacking oil cylinder are arranged in the straightening machine frame; a transition shaft is arranged on the transmission side of the straightening roller between the upper roller box and the lower roller box, and an inner hole of the transition shaft is a spline sleeve; the two sides of the lower roller box are provided with rollers which can move on the roller changing guide rail; the cylinder ends of the locking oil cylinders are uniformly fixed on the frame of the straightening machine, and the piston rod heads are connected with the upper roll box; the cylinder end of the roll-changing jacking oil cylinder is fixed on the frame of the straightening machine, and the two sides of the roll-changing guide rail are connected with the piston rod end of the roll-changing jacking oil cylinder.
The main motor of the main transmission device is fixed on the transmission base, the speed reducer is connected with the main motor through a first coupling, the gear distribution box is connected with the speed reducer through a second coupling, and the gear distribution box is connected with the straightening rollers of the multi-roller straightening machine through universal couplings; the output end of the universal coupling is provided with a spline shaft and a positioning ring groove; the output end of the universal coupling is also provided with a roll changing positioning device, a support of the roll changing positioning device is fixed on a straightening machine frame, oil cylinder bodies respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part and the lower part of the support are fixed on the support, the piston rod ends of the oil cylinders on the upper part and the lower part are respectively connected with an upper positioning plate and a lower positioning plate, the upper positioning plate and the lower positioning plate are provided with a plurality of arc grooves, and the radius of each arc groove is the same as that of a positioning ring groove at the output end of the universal coupling; the guide post is fixed on a bracket of the roll changing positioning device, and guide sleeves on two sides of the upper positioning plate and the lower positioning plate are in sliding fit with the guide post.
Linear guide rails are installed on two sides of a frame of the roll changing trolley, supporting legs are installed at the bottom of the frame, a speed reducing motor fixed on the frame is connected with a traction rod through a lead screw, and the traction rod is fixed with the operation side of a lower roll box; the speed reducing motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and the traction rod drives the lower roller box to do linear reciprocating motion under the combined action of the linear guide rail and the screw rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the most obvious characteristic that the traction rod driving roller box and the universal coupling matched with the traction rod driving roller box can be quickly separated and pulled out from the interior of the straightening machine to the frame of the roller changing trolley. The roll changing device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, convenience and quickness in roll changing, very short roll changing time, capability of effectively improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of operators.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the multi-roll straightener capable of rapidly replacing roll boxes mainly comprises a straightener frame 10, a main transmission device 30, a roll changing trolley 31, an upper roll box 8 and a lower roll box 14; the upper roll box 8, the lower roll box 14 and the universal coupling 6 matched with the upper roll box and the lower roll box can be quickly separated or combined through a roll changing positioning device 33 fixed on the straightening machine frame 10, a transition shaft 25 on the straightening roll 19, a spline shaft 22 on the universal coupling 6 and a positioning ring groove 20.
An upper roller box 8, a lower roller box 14, a locking oil cylinder 9, a roller changing guide rail 18 and a roller changing jacking oil cylinder 16 are arranged in the straightening machine frame 10; a transition shaft 25 is arranged on the transmission side of the straightening roller 19 between the upper roller box 8 and the lower roller box 14, the inner hole of the transition shaft 25 is a spline sleeve 24, and after the roller box is replaced or maintained, the roller box can be quickly combined and positioned through a spline shaft 22 at the output end of the universal coupling 6 and the spline sleeve 24 in the inner hole of the transition shaft 25; the two sides of the lower roller box 14 are provided with rollers 17 which can move on roller changing guide rails 18; the cylinder ends of the locking oil cylinders 9 are uniformly fixed on the straightening machine frame 10, and the piston rod heads 34 are connected with the upper roll box 8; the cylinder end of the roll-changing jacking oil cylinder 16 is fixed on the straightening machine frame 10, and the two sides of the roll-changing guide rail 18 are connected with the piston rod end of the roll-changing jacking oil cylinder 16.
A main motor 1 of a main transmission device 30 is fixed on a transmission base 32, a speed reducer 3 is connected with the main motor 1 through a first coupler 2, a gear distribution box 5 is connected with the speed reducer 3 through a second coupler 4, and the gear distribution box 5 is connected with a straightening roller 19 of a multi-roller straightener through a universal coupler 6; the output end of the universal coupling 6 is provided with a spline shaft 22 and a positioning ring groove 20, the design of the positioning ring groove 20 is beneficial to driving an upper positioning plate 7 to move downwards and a lower positioning plate 23 to move upwards to a limit position through an oil cylinder 21 before replacing or maintaining a roller box, the arc grooves 27 of the upper positioning plate 7 and the lower positioning plate 23 clamp the corresponding positioning ring groove 20 at the output end of the universal coupling 6, and a traction rod 13 can conveniently and quickly pull the roller box out of the straightening machine frame 10; the output end of the universal coupling 6 is also provided with a roll changing positioning device 33, a bracket of the roll changing positioning device 33 is fixed on a straightening machine frame 10, cylinder bodies of oil cylinders 21 respectively arranged at two sides of the upper part and the lower part of the bracket are fixed on the bracket, the piston rod ends of the oil cylinders 21 at the upper part and the lower part are respectively connected with an upper positioning plate 7 and a lower positioning plate 23, the upper positioning plate 7 and the lower positioning plate 23 are provided with a plurality of arc grooves 27, and the radius of the arc grooves 27 is the same as that of a positioning ring groove 20 at the output end of the universal coupling 6; the guide post 26 is fixed on the bracket of the roll-changing positioning device 33, the guide sleeves on the two sides of the upper positioning plate 7 and the lower positioning plate 23 are in sliding fit with the guide post 26, and the guide sleeves are in precise fit with the guide post 26, so that the arc grooves 27 on the upper positioning plate 7 and the lower positioning plate 23 are in butt joint with the positioning ring groove 20 on the output end of the universal coupling 6 under the driving of the piston rod of the oil cylinder 21, and the butt joint is more precise and reliable.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the roller is replaced, the main motor 1 stops working, the roller replacing jacking oil cylinder 16 jacks up the roller replacing guide rail 18, after the roller 17 contacts the roller replacing guide rail 18, the roller replacing jacking oil cylinder 16 pushes the lower roller box 14 and the roller replacing guide rail 18 to continuously rise to an upper limit position, the piston rod head 34 of the locking oil cylinder 9 moves downwards, the upper roller box 8 slowly falls on the lower roller box 14, the oil cylinder 21 drives the lower positioning plate 23 to move upwards to the upper limit position, the circular arc groove 27 of the lower positioning plate 23 clamps the positioning ring groove 20 of the output end of the corresponding universal coupling 6, the oil cylinder 21 drives the upper positioning plate 7 to move downwards to the lower limit position, and the circular arc groove 27 of the upper positioning plate 7 clamps the positioning ring groove 20 of the output end of the corresponding universal coupling 6; under the co-rotation action of the speed reducing motor 12 and the screw 29, the draw bar 13 quickly draws the upper roll box 8 and the lower roll box 14 from the interior of the straightener frame 10 to the roll changing trolley 31.
After the maintenance is finished or the spare roller box is replaced, the spline shaft 22 at the output end of the universal coupling 6 and the spline sleeve 24 of the inner hole of the transmission side transition shaft 25 of the straightening roller 19 can be quickly combined, and the upper roller box 8 and the lower roller box 14 are accurately pushed into the straightening machine frame 10 by the traction rod 13.
