2. by starting the third hydraulic telescopic cylinder, pushing the first support unit, the second support unit and the hardware fitting to move by using the third hydraulic telescopic cylinder, and contracting by starting the fourth hydraulic telescopic cylinder in the first support unit to enable the hardware fitting to slide into the third support unit, and then starting the sixth hydraulic telescopic cylinder in the third support unit and the fourth support unit to enable the second rotating plate to rotate, then fixing the two pairs of hardware fittings by using the rotating plate, accelerating the drying rate of an anticorrosive coating in the hardware fitting by using a dryer, and enabling the hardware fitting to fall off by starting the contraction of the sixth hydraulic telescopic cylinder in the third support unit, the hardware fitting is convenient to collect, by using the spraying machine convenient for surface treatment of the hardware fitting, the spraying rate of the hardware fitting during anticorrosive spraying is increased, and the spraying effect of the hardware fitting during anticorrosive spraying is increased, the human body is prevented from being inhaled by the anticorrosive spray during hardware spraying, and the human body health is prevented from being influenced.

The working principle is as follows: when the anti-corrosion spraying device is used, a hardware fitting with a hole is sleeved with the first supporting unit 330, the first supporting unit 330 and the fourth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 331 in the second supporting unit 340 are started, the first connecting block 334 and the first rotating seat 335 are pushed by the fourth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 331, the second rotating seat 336 is pushed by the first pushing rod 333, the first rotating plate 332 is rotated, the hardware fitting is limited and fixed, the anti-corrosion material is sprayed on the hardware fitting by starting the extraction pump 120 and the spraying head 321, the third hydraulic telescopic cylinder 310 is started after spraying is finished, the first supporting unit 330, the second supporting unit 340 and the hardware fitting are pushed by the third hydraulic telescopic cylinder 310 to move, the second baffle 170 is moved by starting the second hydraulic telescopic cylinder 152, the first transmission mechanism 300 and the hardware fitting are moved to the position of the second transmission mechanism 400, the fourth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 331 in the first supporting unit 330 is contracted, one end of a first rotating plate 332 is close to each other, so that hardware fittings slide down into a third supporting unit 430, then a second rotating plate 435 and a fourth rotating seat 436 move by starting a sixth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 431 in the third supporting unit 430 and a fourth supporting unit 440, a third rotating seat 433 moves by using a second push rod 434, so that a second rotating plate 432 rotates, the hardware fittings are fixed by using the second rotating plate 432, the drying rate of the anticorrosive material is increased by using the dryer 210, the third supporting unit 430, the fourth supporting unit 440 and the hardware fittings are driven to move by using a fifth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 410 by starting the fifth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 410, the first hydraulic telescopic cylinder 142 is started, a first baffle 160 moves, the hardware fittings fall off by starting the sixth hydraulic telescopic cylinder 431 in the third supporting unit 430, and the spraying rate of the hardware fittings during anticorrosive spraying is increased, and the spraying effect of the hardware fitting during anticorrosive spraying is increased, and the influence on human health caused by the fact that a human body inhales an anticorrosive spray during hardware spraying is avoided.
