The principles and spirit of the present invention will be described below with reference to several exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that these embodiments are presented merely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and practice the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

The cloud gaming technology mentioned in this context is briefly described below:
cloud game (Cloud game): is an online game technology based on cloud computing technology. In the running mode of the cloud game, all games run in a cloud server, the cloud server renders game scenes into video and audio streams, and the video and audio streams are transmitted to a player game terminal through a network. The player game terminal does not need to have strong graphic operation and data processing capability, and only needs to have basic streaming media playing capability and the capability of acquiring player input instructions and sending the player input instructions to the cloud server.
In the technical field of cloud games, when a terminal interacts with a cloud server, a large amount of data is transmitted, where the data transmission can be divided into two types of streams: control flow and data flow. The control flow circulates in a specific transmission channel (i.e., a target control channel and a current control channel in the text) between the terminal and the cloud server, and is responsible for transmitting control signals, when the terminal uses an input device such as a keyboard, a mouse and a rocker, the control signals are encoded and sent to the cloud server through the control channel, and after the cloud server receives the control signals, decoding is performed and the control signals are used for controlling game operation of the cloud. In the game running process, the cloud server encodes the newly generated audio/video data (called data stream), transmits the encoded audio/video data to the terminal through the network, and the terminal decodes the encoded audio/video data and presents the encoded audio/video data on a screen. In addition, in the mode of combining the cloud game with the live video, the cloud server also transmits newly generated audio/video data to the live video server through a network, so that other terminals connected to the live video server receive the audio/video data.
Fig. 1 shows a network schematic diagram of one application scenario of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in any way. Rather, embodiments of the invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Referring to fig. 1, a player 1 manipulates a first terminal, and has a manipulation token for manipulating a game as a manipulator of the game; player 2 handles the second terminal without possession of the handling token and becomes a spectator of the game. At this time, the first terminal transmits the control flow to the control controller on the cloud server through the control input device (such as a touch screen, a handle, a mouse or a keyboard) therein, and then the control controller can control the game to run based on the control signal of the first terminal. Generating a video stream of the game on a cloud server in the process of controlling the game running by the player 1; the video stream is directly pushed to the first terminal by the cloud server, so that the player 1 can watch a game picture through the first terminal; in addition, the video is pushed to the live broadcast server by the cloud server, and the live broadcast server pushes the video stream to the second terminal, the third terminal, … and the nth terminal. So that player 2 can view the game screen of player 1 for manipulating the game through the second terminal. However, the second terminal cannot control the game at this time.
In this context, it should be understood that the number of terminals in the application scenario described above does not have any limiting meaning, and the embodiment of the present invention may of course also implement control transfer between multiple terminals. The game application is taken as the target application for exemplary description in the embodiment of the present invention, and it should be understood that the target application to which the embodiment of the present invention is applicable should not be limited to games, but may be other application software running on a cloud server, such as video software. The cloud server may be a server dedicated to running cloud game applications, or may be a server for running other application software.
The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments thereof.
Exemplary method
A method of controlling right transfer according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method of control transfer according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s201, a first terminal sends a token transfer instruction to a cloud server;
in some possible embodiments, the cloud server is provided with a control controller for controlling game running, and the first terminal has a control token and is in communication connection with the control controller of the cloud server through a current control channel.
In some possible embodiments, the token transfer instruction is used to notify the cloud server to transfer game control. Alternatively, before S201, the first terminal may generate a token transfer instruction in response to a predetermined trigger operation. For example, a control transfer icon is displayed on the game interface of the first terminal, and when the player 1 wants to actively transfer all or part of the control of the game to other players, the control transfer icon may be clicked and a receiving target of the manipulation token (for example, a second terminal that has been connected to the live server at present) is selected, thereby generating the token transfer instruction.
In some possible embodiments, the token transfer instruction may carry second account information, where the second terminal and the second account information have an association relationship in the live server. The association relationship may be determined by access information and/or login information of the live broadcast server. For example, after player 1 clicks the control right transfer icon, the avatars of a plurality of players that are currently connected to the live server may be displayed on the game interface, and then player 1 may click on the avatars of player 2, so as to generate a token transfer instruction carrying the second account information. Further, the address of the second terminal may be determined using the second account information and access information and/or login information of the live server. Optionally, the token transfer instruction may further carry identification information of the live broadcast server, and it should be understood that the cloud server may be in communication connection with a plurality of live broadcast servers, and send the generated video stream to a different live broadcast server, and the message can be correctly transferred by using the identification information of the live broadcast server.
In some possible embodiments, before S201, the method may further include: the second terminal sends a token application to the live broadcast server; the live broadcast server receives and forwards the token application to the cloud server; the cloud server receives and forwards the token application to the first terminal; the first terminal receives the token application and responds to the preset feedback operation of the token application to generate a token transfer instruction. For example, after the first terminal receives the token application, the game application interface of the first terminal pops up the application notification (the interface has two buttons of "allow" and "reject") of the second terminal for the control token, and the predetermined feedback operation may be, for example, that the player 1 clicks the "allow" button, and then the first terminal releases the current control token or copies the current control token, and generates a token transfer instruction and sends the token transfer instruction to the cloud server. By using the token application, not only can the first terminal actively transfer the game control right to other terminals, but also the second terminal can apply for transferring the game control right to the first terminal by itself.
In some possible embodiments, the token application may at least carry first account information and second account information, where the first terminal and the first account information have a preset association relationship in the cloud server, and the second terminal and the second account information have an association relationship in the live broadcast server. It should be understood that the above-mentioned association relationship may be determined by current login account information, current access account information, and the like of the cloud server or the live server. Therefore, the token application and the control token can be correctly transmitted between the first terminal and the second terminal, and information loss is avoided.
In some possible embodiments, the token application may further comprise device information of the second terminal. Alternatively, the device information of the second terminal may include information of an operating system version, resolution, peripheral configuration, etc. installed by the second terminal. Further, the cloud server may verify the device information of the second terminal after receiving the token application, and discard the token application if the verification is not passed. For example, if the cloud game running by the cloud server requires that the game terminal device has a specific peripheral (such as a camera), then if the cloud server detects that the second terminal does not have the peripheral in the token application, the token application of the second terminal may be directly discarded.
S202, responding to a token transfer instruction by the cloud server, acquiring a control token from a first terminal, and forwarding the control token to a live broadcast server;
in some possible implementations, before the cloud server responds to the token transfer instruction, the method further includes: the first terminal releases the manipulation token or replicates the manipulation token. It should be appreciated that the control channel to the cloud server can only be established if the terminal has a manipulation token and the manipulation token is valid. Therefore, if the first terminal executes the operation of releasing the control token, the current control channel between the first terminal and the cloud server is disconnected; accordingly, if the first terminal performs the operation of copying the control token, the current control channel between the first terminal and the cloud server is maintained, and the first terminal can maintain the control right on the game through the current control channel.
In some possible implementations, the manipulation token is obtained from the first terminal by a manipulation controller on the cloud server.
In some possible embodiments, the token transfer instruction at least carries preset authority information. The preset authority information can be at least used for limiting the control authority of the second terminal, so that actions such as malicious tampering of information, infringement of privacy information and the like of other users are avoided.
In some possible embodiments, if the first terminal releases the manipulation token (i.e. the current control channel between the first terminal and the cloud server is disconnected), the method may further include: and the cloud server responds to the token transfer instruction and determines a second control right corresponding to the second terminal based on the preset right information. Alternatively, the second manipulation authority may include an action such as a read-only authority for specific information, a disabled read authority for specific information, or the like, so that possible malicious tampering of information, infringement of private information, or the like after the second terminal acquires the game control authority may be prevented. Optionally, the second controlling authority may further include an authority to control a preset game character, an authority to control a preset game subtask, and the like. Alternatively, the second manipulation authority may be all manipulation authorities.
In some possible embodiments, if the first terminal replicates the manipulation token (i.e. the current control channel between the first terminal and the cloud server remains connected), the method may further include: and the cloud server responds to the token transfer instruction, and determines a first control right corresponding to the first terminal and/or a second control right corresponding to the second terminal based on preset right information. Optionally, the first manipulation authority and the second manipulation authority may also each include a read-only authority such as for specific information, a disabled read authority for specific information, an authority to manipulate a preset game character, an authority to manipulate a preset game subtask, and the like. For example, the first control authority and the second control authority may be used to define a first character in the first terminal control game, define a second character in the second terminal control game, and perform information interaction with each other, where the first character and the second character may have a teammate or opponent relationship in the game, so that during the live game, player 1 may directly invite player 2 currently watching live game to participate in the game by transferring part of the game control authority.
S203, the live broadcast server sends the control token to the second terminal;
s204, the second terminal receives the control token, and establishes a target control channel with the cloud server according to the control token, so that the second terminal controls the running of the game on the cloud server through the target control channel.
In some possible embodiments, the second terminal sends a connection request carrying the control token to the control controller of the cloud server after receiving the control token, the control controller judges the validity of the control token carried by the control controller after receiving the connection request sent by the second terminal, if the control token is verified to be valid, the connection is allowed to be established, a target control channel is established between the second terminal and a designated network port of the control controller, and if the control token is verified to be invalid, the connection is refused. Optionally, the connection request may also carry device information of the second terminal. Alternatively, the device information of the second terminal may include a physical address, a network address, an installed operating system version, resolution, peripheral information, and the like of the second terminal. Optionally, when the manipulation controller receives the connection request, it may be detected whether the device information of the second terminal matches with the manipulation controller; if the device information is detected to be unsatisfactory, the connection is denied. Optionally, when the manipulation controller receives the connection request, it may be detected whether the device information of the second terminal matches with the manipulation controller; if necessary, the setting information is adjusted to enable the control controllers of the equipment of the second terminal to be matched, so that the situation that the second terminal cannot acquire the control right can be avoided.
In some possible embodiments, the controlling, by the second terminal, the running of the game on the cloud server through the target control channel in S204 may include: the second terminal sends a control signal by using a target control channel; the cloud server responds to the control signal to control the game to run; generating a video stream in the game running process, and sending the video stream to the first terminal, the second terminal and the live broadcast server. Therefore, the second terminal can acquire the control right of the game and can continue playing the live game.
In some possible embodiments, the controlling, by the second terminal, the running of the game on the cloud server through the target control channel in S204 may include: displaying a game interface corresponding to the second control authority on the second terminal; capturing a control action acting on the second terminal to generate a control signal; the second terminal sends a control signal through a target control channel; and the cloud server receives the control signal and controls the game to run based on the second control authority. For example, if the second control authority prohibits the second terminal from reading the private record of the game, the private record page of the game is not displayed on the game interface of the second terminal; if the second control authority limits the second terminal to only execute the appointed task in the game, only displaying an interface related to the appointed task on a game interface of the second terminal, capturing a control action which is executed by the second terminal and is used for completing the appointed task, generating a control signal and sending the control signal to the cloud server, and controlling the game to run by the cloud server according to the control signal.
In some possible embodiments, if the first terminal replicates the manipulation token (i.e. the current control channel between the first terminal and the cloud server remains connected), the controlling, by the second terminal of S204, the operation of the target application on the cloud server through the target control channel may include: displaying a game interface corresponding to the first control authority on the first terminal, and displaying a game interface corresponding to the second control authority on the second terminal; capturing a control action acting on a first terminal, generating a control signal a, and sending the control signal a to a cloud server through a target control channel; capturing a control action acting on a second terminal, generating a control signal b, and sending the control signal b to a cloud server through a current control channel; the cloud server receives the control signal a and the control signal b and controls the game to run based on the corresponding first control authority and second control authority.
In some possible embodiments, the first manipulation authority and/or the second manipulation authority each corresponds to one or more of a preset character, a preset subtask, and a preset operation type in the game. For example, the following is an exemplary description taking the example that the first manipulation right and the second manipulation right respectively correspond to a preset character in the game: a game scene and graphical representations of the first character and the second character in the game scene are displayed at the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively. For example, in a collaborative game, the game scenes displayed at the first and second terminals may be views from different angles, respectively, for the same game scene, e.g., the game scene displayed at the first terminal may be a view presented from the perspective of the first character, while the game scene displayed at the second terminal may be a view presented from the perspective of the second character, to increase realism and interest. Further, the control input devices (touch screen, handle, mouse or keyboard, etc.) of the first terminal and the second terminal are utilized to capture the control actions acting on the first terminal and the second terminal respectively, for example, clicking operation (which can be used for indicating the position moving direction of the character) at the designated position of the touch screen can be captured, so that the first terminal and the second terminal respectively send the generated control signals to the cloud server through the target control channel and the current control channel respectively; the cloud server receives control signals from the first terminal and the second terminal respectively, and controls the positions of graphic representations of the first character and the second character in the game scene based on the corresponding first control authority and second control authority. Optionally, wherein the first character and the second character have a teammate or opponent relationship. Optionally, the first control authority and the second control authority may also be different preset subtasks that the first terminal and the second terminal respectively control the same preset role. For example, in a collaborative game, different control interfaces of the same game scene are respectively displayed at a first terminal and a second terminal, and then the first terminal controls the position change of a preset role, and the second terminal controls the execution of the preset action of the preset role, so as to increase the interest of the game.
In some possible embodiments, it should be understood that another application scenario of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention may also be that the same player controls the first terminal and the second terminal simultaneously, for example, the first terminal may be a smart phone, a wearable smart device, or another portable device, and the second terminal may be a notebook computer, a tablet computer, or another device, so that the player may actively select a terminal more suitable for the current scenario, and transfer the game control right to the terminal more suitable for the current scenario based on the above scheme, so that the terminal more suitable for the current scenario may be switched without interrupting the game and live broadcasting, and convenience is high.
In some possible implementations, the first terminal or the second terminal provided by the embodiments of the present invention may be any existing smart phone, non-smart phone, tablet computer, personal computer, etc. that is being developed or developed in the future. All terminals may communicate with the server via wired means (e.g., USB cable) or via wireless means (e.g., bluetooth or wireless lan).
In this way, the control token is obtained from the first terminal, and is transmitted to the second terminal after being forwarded by the cloud server and the live broadcast server in two stages, so that the second terminal can establish a new control transmission channel with the control controller of the cloud server more conveniently and rapidly, and the control right of the target application is obtained. Therefore, the control right transfer of the target application can be realized more conveniently and rapidly, the operation flow is simplified, the operation efficiency is improved, and the Internet resources are saved.
Exemplary apparatus
Having described the method of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, reference is next made to FIG. 3 for a schematic diagram of a system for control transfer of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a schematic diagram of a system for control transfer according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system 300 may include: a first terminal 301, a cloud server 302, a live server 303 and a second terminal 304.
As shown in fig. 3, in a system 300,
the first terminal 301 is configured to send a token transfer instruction to the cloud server 302;
in some possible embodiments, the cloud server 302 is provided with a control controller for controlling game running, and the first terminal 301 has a control token and is further in communication connection with the control controller of the cloud server 302 through a current control channel.
In some possible implementations, the token transfer instruction is used to notify the cloud server 302 to transfer game control. Alternatively, the first terminal 301 may generate the token transfer instruction in response to a predetermined trigger operation. For example, a control transfer icon is displayed on the game interface of the first terminal 301, and when the player 1 wants to actively transfer all or part of the control of the game to other players, the control transfer icon may be clicked and a receiving target of the manipulation token (for example, the second terminal 304 that has been currently connected to the live server 303) is selected, thereby generating the token transfer instruction.
In some possible embodiments, the token transferring instruction may carry second account information, where the second terminal 304 and the second account information have an association relationship in the live server 303. The above-described association relationship may be determined by the access information and/or login information of the live server 303. For example, after player 1 clicks on the control right transfer icon, the avatars of a plurality of players that are currently connected to the live server 303 may be displayed on the game interface, and then player 1 may click on the avatars of player 2, thereby generating a token transfer instruction carrying the second account information. Further, the address of the second terminal 304 may be determined using the second account information and the access information and/or login information of the live server 303. Optionally, the token transfer instruction may further carry identification information of the live server 303, and it should be understood that the cloud server 302 may be communicatively connected to a plurality of live servers 303, and send the generated video stream to a different live server 303, and the message can be correctly transferred by using the identification information of the live server 303.
In some possible implementations, the second terminal 304 is configured to: before the first terminal 301 sends a token transfer instruction to the cloud server 302, the second terminal 304 sends a token application to the live broadcast server 303; the live server 303 is configured to: receiving and forwarding a token application to the cloud server 302; cloud server 302 is configured to: receiving and forwarding a token application to the first terminal 301; the first terminal 301 is configured to: and receiving a token application, and generating a token transfer instruction in response to a predetermined feedback operation of the token application. For example, after the first terminal 301 receives the token application, the game application interface of the first terminal 301 pops up the application notification (there are two buttons "allow" and "reject" on the interface) of the second terminal 304 for the manipulation token, where the predetermined feedback operation may be, for example, that the player 1 clicks the "allow" button, and then the first terminal 301 releases the current manipulation token or copies the current manipulation token, and generates a token transfer instruction to send to the cloud server 302. With the token application described above, not only the first terminal 301 can actively transfer the game control right to other terminals, but also the second terminal 304 can apply for transferring the game control right to the first terminal 301 by itself.
In some possible embodiments, the token application may at least carry first account information and second account information, where the first terminal 301 and the first account information have a preset association relationship in the cloud server 302, and the second terminal 304 and the second account information have an association relationship in the live broadcast server 303. It should be appreciated that the above-mentioned association relationship may be determined by the current login account information, the current access account information, and the like of the cloud server 302 or the live server 303. The token application and handling of the token can thus be correctly transferred between the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304, avoiding information loss.
In some possible implementations, the token application may also include device information for the second terminal 304. Alternatively, the device information of the second terminal 304 may include information of an operating system version, resolution, peripheral configuration, and the like installed in the second terminal 304. Further, the cloud server 302 may verify the device information of the second terminal 304 after receiving the token application, and discard the token application if the verification is not passed. For example, if the cloud game running by the cloud server 302 requests that the game terminal device has a specific peripheral (such as a camera), then if the cloud server 302 detects that the second terminal 304 does not have the peripheral in the token application, the token application of the second terminal 304 may be directly discarded.
As shown in fig. 3, in a system 300,
cloud server 302 is configured to: in response to the token transfer instruction, acquiring a manipulation token from the first terminal 301, and forwarding the manipulation token to the live server 303;
in some possible implementations, the first terminal 301 is configured to: before the cloud server 302 obtains the manipulation token from the first terminal 301 in response to the token transfer instruction, the manipulation token is released or copied. It should be appreciated that the control channel to the cloud server 302 can only be established if the terminal has a manipulation token and the manipulation token is valid. Thus, cloud server 302 is configured to: if the first terminal 301 executes the operation of releasing the control token, disconnecting the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302; accordingly, if the first terminal 301 performs the operation of copying the control token, the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302 is maintained, and thus, the first terminal 301 may retain some or all of the control rights to the game.
In some possible embodiments, the manipulation controller of the cloud server 302 obtains the manipulation token from the first terminal 301, where the manipulation controller is disposed on the cloud server 302 and is used for controlling the game running.
In some possible embodiments, the token transfer instruction at least carries preset authority information. The preset permission information is used for limiting the control permission of the second terminal 304, so as to avoid actions such as malicious tampering of information, infringement of privacy information, and the like of other users. Optionally, if the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302 is not disconnected after the target control channel between the second terminal 304 and the cloud server 302 is established, the preset permission information may also set differentiated control permissions for the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 respectively.
In some possible implementations, the cloud server 302 is configured to: if the first terminal 301 releases the manipulation token (i.e., the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302 is disconnected), the second manipulation right corresponding to the second terminal 304 is determined based on the preset right information in response to the token transfer instruction. Alternatively, the second manipulation authority may include an action such as a read-only authority for specific information, a disabled read authority for specific information, or the like, so that possible malicious tampering of information, infringement of privacy information, or the like after the second terminal 304 acquires the game control authority may be prevented. Optionally, the second controlling authority may further include an authority to control a preset game character, an authority to control a preset game subtask, and the like. Alternatively, the second manipulation authority may be all manipulation authorities.
In some possible implementations, the cloud server 302 is configured to: if the first terminal 301 replicates the manipulation token (i.e., the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302 remains connected), the first manipulation right corresponding to the first terminal 301 and/or the second manipulation right corresponding to the second terminal 304 is determined based on the preset right information in response to the token transfer instruction. Optionally, the first manipulation authority and the second manipulation authority may also include, for example, a read-only authority for specific information, a disabled read authority for specific information, an authority to manipulate a preset game character, an authority to manipulate a preset game subtask, and the like. For example, the first control authority and the second control authority may be used to define a first character in the game controlled by the first terminal 301, define a second character in the game controlled by the second terminal 304, and perform information interaction with each other, where the first character and the second character may have a teammate or opponent relationship in the game, so that during the live game, the player 1 may directly invite the player 2 currently watching live game to participate in the game through transferring part of the game control authority.
As shown in fig. 3, in a system 300,
the live server 303 is configured to: transmitting the manipulation token to the second terminal 304;
the second terminal 304 is configured to: and receiving the control token, and establishing a target control channel with the cloud server 302 according to the control token, so that the second terminal 304 controls the running of the game on the cloud server 302 through the target control channel.
In some possible implementations, the second terminal 304 is configured to: after receiving the manipulation token, sending a connection request carrying the manipulation token to a manipulation controller of the cloud server 302, wherein the manipulation controller is configured to: after receiving the connection request sent by the second terminal 304, judging the validity of the control token carried by the second terminal, if the control token is verified to be valid, allowing connection to be established, establishing a target control channel between the second terminal 304 and a designated network port of the control controller, and if the control token is verified to be invalid, rejecting connection. Optionally, the connection request may also carry device information of the second terminal 304. Alternatively, the device information of the second terminal 304 may include a physical address, a network address, an installed operating system version, resolution, peripheral information, and the like of the second terminal 304. Alternatively, when the manipulation controller receives the connection request, it may be detected whether the device information of the second terminal 304 matches the manipulation controller; if the device information is detected to be unsatisfactory, the connection is denied. Alternatively, when the manipulation controller receives the connection request, it may be detected whether the device information of the second terminal 304 matches the manipulation controller; if necessary, the setting information is adjusted to match the manipulation controllers of the devices of the second terminal 304, so that the situation that the second terminal 304 cannot acquire the control right can be avoided.
In some possible implementations, the second terminal 304 is configured to: after a target control channel between the cloud server and the cloud server is established, a control signal is sent by using the target control channel; cloud server 302 is configured to: controlling game play in response to the control signal; a video stream is generated during the game play and transmitted to the first terminal 301, the second terminal 304 and the live server 303.
In some possible implementations, the second terminal 304 is configured to: in the process that the second terminal 304 controls the running of the game on the cloud server 302 through the target control channel, displaying a game interface corresponding to the second control authority, capturing the control action acted on the second terminal 304, generating a control signal, and sending the control signal through the target control channel; cloud server 302 is configured to: and receiving a control signal and controlling the game to run based on the second control authority. For example, if the second control authority prohibits the second terminal 304 from reading the private record of the game, the private record page of the game is not displayed on the game interface of the second terminal 304; if the second control authority limits the second terminal 304 to execute only the designated task in the game, only the interface related to the designated task is displayed on the game interface of the second terminal 304, and the control action performed by the second terminal 304 for completing the designated task is captured, so as to generate a control signal and send the control signal to the cloud server 302, and the cloud server 302 controls the game to run according to the control signal.
In some possible embodiments, the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 are respectively configured to: if the first terminal 301 replicates the control token (i.e. the current control channel between the first terminal 301 and the cloud server 302 remains connected), during the process of controlling the game on the cloud server 302 by the second terminal 304 through the target control channel, displaying a game interface corresponding to the first control right at the first terminal 301, and displaying a game interface corresponding to the second control right at the second terminal 304; capturing a control action acting on the first terminal 301, generating a control signal a, and sending the control signal a to the cloud server 302 through a target control channel; capturing a control action acting on the second terminal 304, generating a control signal b, and sending the control signal b to the cloud server 302 through a current control channel; cloud server 302 is configured to: and receiving the control signal a and the control signal b, and controlling the game to run based on the corresponding first control authority and second control authority.
In some possible embodiments, the first manipulation authority and/or the second manipulation authority each corresponds to one or more of a preset character, a preset subtask, and a preset operation type in the game. For example, the following is an exemplary description taking the example that the first manipulation right and the second manipulation right respectively correspond to a preset character in the game: a game scene and graphical representations of the first character and the second character in the game scene are displayed at the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304, respectively. For example, in a collaborative game, the game scenes displayed at the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 may be views from different angles, respectively, for the same game scene, for example, the game scene displayed at the first terminal 301 may be a view presented from the perspective of a first character, and the game scene displayed at the second terminal 304 may be a view presented from the perspective of a second character, to increase reality and interest. Further, the control input devices (such as a touch screen, a handle, a mouse, or a keyboard) of the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 are utilized to capture the control actions of the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304, for example, the clicking operation (which can be used to indicate the position moving direction of the character) at the designated position of the touch screen can be captured, so that the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 respectively send the control signals generated by the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 to the cloud server 302 through the target control channel and the current control channel respectively; the cloud server 302 receives control signals from the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304, and controls the positions of graphic representations of the first character and the second character in the game scene based on the corresponding first control authority and second control authority.
In some possible embodiments, it should be understood that another application scenario of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention may be that the same player controls the first terminal 301 and the second terminal 304 simultaneously, for example, the first terminal 301 may be a smart phone, a wearable smart device, or other portable devices, and the second terminal 304 may be a notebook computer, a tablet computer, or other devices, so that the player may actively select a terminal more suitable for the current scenario, and transfer the game control right to the terminal more suitable for the current scenario based on the above scheme, so that the terminal more suitable for the current scenario may be switched without interrupting the game and live broadcasting, and convenience is high.
In some possible implementations, the first terminal 301 or the second terminal 304 provided by the embodiments of the present invention may be any existing, developing or future developed smart phone, non-smart phone, tablet computer, personal computer, etc. All terminals may communicate with the server via wired means (e.g., USB cable) or via wireless means (e.g., bluetooth or wireless lan).
In this way, by acquiring the control token from the first terminal 301 and transmitting the control token to the second terminal 304 after two-stage forwarding through the cloud server 302 and the live broadcast server 303, the second terminal 304 can more conveniently and rapidly establish a new control transmission channel with the control controller of the cloud server, and obtain the control right of the target application. Therefore, the control right transfer of the target application can be realized more conveniently and rapidly, the operation flow is simplified, the operation efficiency is improved, and the Internet resources are saved.
