When using this product as the wheelchair use, through the removal of this product of control cabinet control, the work of removal motor makes to remove output gear and rotates, and then drives rear wheel drive gear and rotate to make the rear wheel rotate, and then drive recovered personnel and remove.
When the product is used for carrying out rehabilitation training on the knee joint, a rehabilitation person sits on the body supporting plate, two feet step on the pedal respectively, and two hands hold the handrail tightly respectively. The control button corresponding to the knee joint rehabilitation on the control console is selected, then the corresponding starting button is pressed, the rod body of the electric push rod is pushed outwards, the sliding seat is abutted against the limiting part, and the rod body pushes the sliding seat to enable the leg supporting plate to turn upwards so as to drive the shank to move upwards. Then the rod body of the electric push rod is retracted inwards, the limiting column is abutted against the inner wall of the limiting track, and the rod body pulls the sliding seat to enable the leg supporting plate to turn downwards so as to drive the shank to move downwards. The console controls the electric push rod to push out and retract in a reciprocating manner, so that the lower leg moves up and down in a reciprocating manner, and the knee joint movement is realized. According to a control program arranged in the console, after a rehabilitation training course is completed, the electric push rod stops moving, and the leg support plate is located at an initial position. Through the control console, the two leg support plates can be arranged to move together or independently, the lifting amplitude and lifting time of the leg support plates can also be set, and a rehabilitation training course is set according to different rehabilitation conditions of rehabilitation personnel.
When the product is used for carrying out rehabilitation training on the legs, the rehabilitation personnel sit on the body supporting plate, two feet step on the pedal respectively, and the handrails are respectively held by two hands. The corresponding 'leg rehabilitation' control button on the console is selected, the electric push rod is pushed outwards to the limit position, and the leg supporting plate is approximately parallel to the body supporting plate. Then the rotating motor rotates positively, so that the rotating worm drives the rotating worm wheel to rotate, and the back support plate is turned downwards to be approximately parallel to the body support plate. In this process, the drive plate will promote the motion of slip push pedal, and then makes the gangbar move to keeping away from back backup pad direction, and the slip head on the gangbar will be followed the motion of drive chute, and then makes the inboard motion of locking push pedal, and the drive fixture block will drive groove synchronous motion, and then makes the inboard motion of locking part, and the locking part will drive actuating lever one end motion for the actuating lever rotates the hole around the middle part, and then makes spacing post move to the outside along spacing track. When the back support plate is turned downwards to be approximately parallel to the body support plate, the stop lug enters the stop notch, the limit column enters the communicating track, and the spring is compressed at the moment.
Then, through operating the control cabinet, carry out the adjustment of recovered time, number of movements or motion amplitude, press corresponding start button after that, the body of rod of electric putter withdraws inwards, and spacing post is through communicating the track, and the shank backup pad is under the spacing of locking lug, and shank rotating tube b can not rotate, and the shank backup pad keeps motionless in this position. The foot supporting part slides along the sliding track under the driving of the rod body of the electric push rod, so that the foot moves towards the body, and the movement of a plurality of joints of the leg part is realized. Then the rod body of the electric push rod is controlled to be pushed out, and the sliding seat slides along the sliding track, so that the feet return to the original positions. According to a control program arranged in the console, after a rehabilitation training course is completed, the electric push rod stops moving and is positioned at the outer limit position. Through the control console, two foot step supporting parts can be arranged to move together or independently, the movement amplitude and time of the foot step supporting parts can also be set, and the rehabilitation training course can be set according to different rehabilitation conditions of rehabilitation personnel. After the rehabilitation training is finished, the corresponding leg rehabilitation control key on the console is selected again, and the motor is rotated to rotate reversely, so that the back support plate moves upwards to the initial position. At the moment, the stop push plate returns to the original position under the action of the elastic force of the spring and drives the stop part and the linkage rod to return to the original position, so that the limiting column enters the limiting track, and the stop lug leaves the stop notch. The rod body of the electric push rod is controlled to be retracted inwards through the console, and the leg supporting plate is driven by the electric push rod to return to the initial position.
When the product is used for walking or standing rehabilitation training, the corresponding 'standing rehabilitation' control key on the console is selected, the electric push rod is pushed out to the limit position, and then the motor is rotated to rotate in the forward direction, so that the back support plate, the leg support plate and the body support plate are close to be parallel. Then the climbing motor rotates in the positive direction, the climbing worm rotates to drive the climbing worm wheel to rotate, the back support connecting shaft rotates, and the climbing gears located at the two ends of the back support connecting shaft rotate. The climbing gear is meshed with the climbing rack, and moves upwards along the vertical sliding groove along with the rotation of the climbing motor. And simultaneously drives the rotating wheel to slide along the horizontal sliding groove. After the climbing gear rotates for a certain number of turns, the movement stops, when the climbing gear moves to the upper end limit position along the climbing rack, the body supporting plate is close to the vertical direction with the ground, and the pedal is manually stirred upwards, so that the pedal is folded. The rehabilitation personnel can hold the handrail stably and step on the ground by feet to carry out rehabilitation training. After the rehabilitation training is accomplished, expand the footboard downwards, select again on the control cabinet corresponding "the rehabilitation of standing" control button, the motor that climbs reverse rotation for the gear that climbs moves down along vertical sliding tray, rotates the wheel simultaneously and moves along horizontal sliding tray, and after the gear that climbs rotated certain number of turns, the motion stopped, and the health backup pad moved to initial position this moment. The rotating motor rotates reversely, so that the back support plate returns to the initial position, and then the electric push rod retracts the rod body, so that the leg support plate returns to the initial position.
According to the invention, the back support connecting shaft is arranged, so that the body support plate and the back support plate are installed together, and the support plate can rotate relative to the body support plate, thereby carrying out the rehabilitation training of sitting posture or lying posture; meanwhile, the back supporting connecting shaft can be rotated by the working of the climbing motor, so that the climbing gear rotates, the climbing gear slides along the vertical sliding groove, the body supporting plate moves to be perpendicular to the ground, and the standing posture rehabilitation training is carried out.
According to the invention, through the design of the sliding seat, when the limiting column is positioned in the limiting track, the electric push rod moves to drive the leg supporting plate to reciprocate, so that the lower leg is driven to lift up in a reciprocating manner, and the knee joint is subjected to rehabilitation training; when the spacing post is located the intercommunication track, electric putter motion drives foot's supporting part along the motion of slip track, and then drives foot reciprocating motion for the shank is rehabilitation training.
According to the invention, through the design of the stopping part, when the stopping part moves until the stopping lug enters the stopping notch, the leg supporting plate and the body supporting plate are relatively horizontal and are relatively fixed, meanwhile, the stopping part drives the driving rod to move, so that the driving rod rotates around the middle rotating hole, the limiting column moves from the limiting track to the communicating track, and the movement of the electric push rod drives the sliding seat to move along the sliding track, so that the leg is driven to do rehabilitation training.
The knee joint rehabilitation training device has a knee joint rehabilitation training function, and the leg supporting plate is driven to move by the motor so as to drive the knee joint to perform rehabilitation training; the leg rehabilitation training device has a leg rehabilitation training function, and the motor drives the foot supporting part to move so as to drive the legs to perform rehabilitation training; the invention has the walking and standing rehabilitation training functions, and the patient can gradually stand and walk by holding the handrail; the switching of each function and the execution of each function are completed by an automatic process, and the invention has simple operation and convenient use.
