Description

Household appliance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to household electrical equipment such as a dish-washing machine, an electric cooker, a cooking machine and the like.
Background
Kitchen things are something that every family life needs to face. The kitchen electric equipment comprises an electric rice cooker, a frying machine, a dish washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a smoke exhaust ventilator, a cooking range and the like.
The present inventors have disclosed patents relating to dishwashers, including application numbers CN201610349611.6 and CN201610950684.0, which are related patents of the present invention, and relate to dishwashers and sinks. Another dishwasher patent, previously disclosed by the inventor, with application No. cn201710204044.x, also related to the present invention, relates to sink-type and drawer-type basket rotary dishwashers. The current mainstream in the industry is that the bowl basket is fixed, the dish washing machine depending on the rotary spray arm and the rotary spray head has fewer bowl basket rotary dish washing machines and the total number is about dozens, and the columnar spray head mainly relates to the bowl basket rotary dish washing machine.
The existing dish-washing machine adopts a rotary spray arm, and most of the existing dish-washing machines relate to a water separator or a distributor which divides a water path 1 into 2. CN107970010 and CN207654126 are two different forms of water separators. However, when considering a dishwasher with a basket rotating, the bottom, side and top mounted spray heads may all be equipped with spray heads, in which case three solenoid valves would be required if the spray pressure was increased by using solenoid valves to achieve isolation between the spray heads. The dish washer is not compact due to the plurality of electromagnetic valves.
In addition, gaps are reserved among spray holes of the columnar spray head with the washing function of the dish washing machine, and when the quantity of the spray holes is large, the gaps are small, but the water spraying pressure is reduced; on the contrary, the adopted jet holes are small in number, the water spraying pressure is high, and the gaps among the jet holes are larger. The solution is as patent CN109124523/CN109124524, which adopts mechanical movement device to drive the spray head to move, and solves the above problems well. The above patent and the present inventors have come to mind the same problem. But the structure is complicated and occupies a large space.
Patent CN108135434 relates to a two-way water separator (distributor) and a cylindrical spray head. The spray holes of the columnar spray head of the patent are separated and fixed, so that a gap exists between the spray water columns.
In view of the above, there is a need for further simplification of water separators in appliances, making them more compact. And, improve the influence of the jet gap on the cleaning.
While addressing the above problems, other seemingly unrelated problems have also emerged. For example, a water pump system for washing a dishwasher and a hot air condensing system for drying dishes are two systems. Including water and air pumps, water and air channels, water and air heating plates, and wind heating plates, see patents CN197157421 and CN 208481315. Typically, one set of systems (associated with water) is at the bottom of the dishwasher and another set of systems (hot oven drying and condensate drain) is at the side wall of the dishwasher. The two systems obviously present cost and volume problems.

CN2448232 and CN 1364436.
The household appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a dish washer, a cooking machine, a washing machine, a water tank and the like.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1A is a top schematic view of a sink-type bowl basket rotary dishwasher of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a side schematic view of the sink-type bowl basket rotary dishwasher of the present invention. The water tank includes a first water tank 91 and a second water tank 92. Basin formula bowl basket rotary dishwasher includes the waterproof cavity of compriseing first basin 91 and basin apron 2, and apron 2 relies on pivot 26 can open or close. The bowl basket rotating device 70 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, and the motor 708 drives the hexagonal rotating shaft 701 to rotate through the coupling 707. The driven rotating shaft 441 of the bowl basket 44 is matched with the hexagonal rotating shaft 701, the bowl basket outer ring 442 of the bowl basket 44 is provided with the idler wheel 443 at the bottom, a bowl to be washed is placed in the bowl basket 44, and the rotating shaft 701 rotates to drive the bowl basket 44 to rotate, so that the bowl to be washed in the bowl basket 44 is driven to rotate.
The cleaning module 71 of the present invention can be a water pump, a gas pump, or a compatible pump of a water pump and a gas pump (i.e., it can be a water pump, a water pump for cleaning bowls, a gas pump, or a gas-jet drying bowl), but in some descriptions, for the sake of brevity, the water pump is often taken as an example.
The cleaning module 71 pressurizes the water/air to the shower head 74a at the bottom of the water tank, the shower head 74b at the side of the water tank, and the shower head 74c on the cover plate, respectively. One type of spray head is a cylindrical spray head module, without loss of generality, configured as a cylindrical spray head with spray orifices or single spray heads 74ak, 74bk and 74ck on the sides. The installation position of the cylindrical spray head is that the cylindrical spray head 74c on the theoretical upper cover plate 2 is along the diameter direction of the bowl basket; the cylindrical spray head 74a at the bottom of the water tank is difficult to follow the radial direction of the bowl basket because of the influence of the driven rotating shaft of the bowl basket, but should be as close to the radial direction of the bowl basket as possible; the side cylindrical spray head 74b is oriented vertically, the invention being selected at the corner 915 of the trough. The single heads 74ak, 74bk, and 74ck may also employ a fan head, a self-rotating head, or the like.
The drain tub 51 is generally located at the lowest portion of the dishwasher, and has a screen, which is generally movable, and a drain pipe therein. Food residue is filtered by the filter screen, and waste water is discharged out of the dishwasher by the drain pipe. The drain pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve to control the on-off of the drain pipe. The bowl basket rotating device 70 discharges the accumulated water into the water leakage bucket 51 through the pipe 709.
The sink-type basket rotary dishwasher of the present invention further includes a faucet 42, another sink 92.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the time-sharing water/air spraying of the multiple spray heads of the dishwasher using the solenoid valves according to the present invention, and the following description will be given by taking the cleaning module 71 as a water pump.
In FIGS. 1A and 1B (bowl basket rotating), the dishwasher has 1-3 cylindrical spray head modules, assuming three cylindrical spray head modules. Generally, the water flow output by the water pump is divided into three parts and is sent to three cylindrical spray head modules. The structure has the advantages of simplicity and the disadvantages that the water pressure and the water flow of each cylindrical spray head module are reduced, and the bowls are not easy to clean.
In fig. 2 of the present invention, water is pressurized by a water pump 71 and then sent from a water outlet 71a to a five-way head 61a, i.e., an inlet and four outlets (in addition, the embodiment of the invention exceeding the three-way head is shown schematically in fig. 7). Three outputs of the five-way head are connected to solenoid valves 617a, 618a and 621a, respectively, and then to cylindrical showerhead modules 74a, 74b and 74 c. When the electromagnetic valves are all opened, the three columnar spray head modules work simultaneously; when the electromagnetic valves are opened successively, the cylindrical head modules 74a, 74b and 74c work in a time-sharing manner, so that the head has a large water spraying pressure, and a better cleaning effect is achieved. Unlike the bowl basket rotating dishwasher, to which the present invention is primarily directed, the existing dishwasher takes the form of a rotating spray arm,
the other port of the five-way head 61a is connected to the solenoid valve 620a, which is an alternative consideration, namely, to guide the water remaining in the five-way head or the washing module 71 to the leaking tub, or to discharge the water out of the dishwasher.
Fig. 3 includes fig. 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, and 3I. FIG. 3A is a schematic top view of a rotary filter cartridge according to the present invention as an integrated solenoid valve, and FIG. 3B is a schematic side view of a rotary filter cartridge according to the present invention as an integrated solenoid valve.
Referring to figures 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D, the rotary leak filtration device or diverter 61 includes an outer housing or outer cylinder 611 and an inner rotor or inner cylinder 613. For simplicity of description, the rotary leak-off device is a cylinder, and the cylindrical surface of the housing 611 has the outlet 617/620, etc., and the end surface has the outlet 618, etc. The end face of the housing has an input hole 616 in the center. The shaft 612 drives the inner rotor 613 to rotate, the cylindrical surface of the inner rotor 613 is provided with one or more notches 614, and the inner rotor is provided with an opening 619, which can be respectively connected with or separated from the output port on the housing. The input hole 616 is on the upper or lower face of the rotary leak-off device. The design ensures that the input end of the rotary filter device is not influenced by the rotation of the inner rotor. In most cases, the inlet hole is integrated with the inlet. But is sometimes connected to input hole 616 by a communication conduit 671, which forms a formal input port 6711. The tubing 671 is shortened to form a column connected to the water separator 61, which for brevity is a small cylinder without loss of generality. In extension, the small cylinder may have multiple input ports, which may be evolved into the rotary plug of fig. 9 and 10.
In fig. 3C, the inner cylindrical rotating shaft 612 is connected with the ferromagnetic material 615, and the driving ferromagnetic material 610 can drive the rotating shaft 612 outside the water separator 61, even the rotating shaft 612 is driven by separating the dishwasher cavity 91, so as to maintain the water tightness of the water separator 61 or the dishwasher.
Fig. 3D is a schematic view of the water inlet 616 at the top, with the axis of rotational symmetry 51 z. Likewise, the inner cylinder can also be driven to rotate by the inner cylinder ferromagnetic material 615 and the outer drive ferromagnetic material 610.
Fig. 3E is a schematic view of water inlet 616 from above, entering through water conduit 671.
FIG. 3F is a schematic view of the diverter of FIG. 3E with the addition of a rotating shaft 701. The spindle 701 may act as a bowl basket drive spindle. Ferromagnetic materials 615 and 610 internal cylinders may still be used. In special cases (e.g. where the outer cylinder is used as a cap for the rotating plug), it is also possible to drive the outer cylinder with ferromagnetic material.
Fig. 3G is a schematic view of the rotation shaft 701 added in fig. 3H, and the rotation shaft 701 passes through the water separator and can be used as a bowl basket rotation driving shaft. Fig. 3H shows that the shaft 701 drives the internal blades 713a and 713b, which is equivalent to an integrated water pump in the water separator. The outer and inner cylindrical water inlets 6711a and 6711b of the small cylinder correspond to each other, and in some cases, can be selected from one of them. The small cylinder allows multiple water inlets, such as water inlets 6712a/6712 b. The description is the same as for the water inlet 6711a/6711 b.
Fig. 3I is a variation of fig. 3H, namely with the inner rotor/cylinder 613a/613b of fig. 3H removed. Fig. 3I does not constitute a rotary filter, but is also a significant form of the tire removal from fig. 3H.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a rotatable or movable cylindrical showerhead module, referred to as a "moving cylindrical showerhead" for short. A cylindrical jet is a jet or a jet having a series of orifices on the side (cylindrical surface) of the cylinder. Without loss of generality, the cylinder case is discussed without a single interest. Several groups of spray heads are arranged on the outer cylinder or the inner cylinder of the movable columnar spray head 74a, and the groups of spray heads are respectively conducted through the relative rotation or sliding between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, so that the blind area covered by a single group of spray heads can be eliminated. Fig. 4 is illustrated with the inner cylinder rotating.
As shown in fig. 4 including fig. 4A, 4B and 4C, three sets of heads are built in the inner cylinder of the columnar head 74A, and the spray coverage of the three sets of heads complement each other. Fig. 4A, 4B and 4C represent three operating states of the dynamically changing cylindrical showerhead module 74A. The outer shell 74aa of the columnar spray head module 74a is provided with a spray window, the inner rotor 74ab rotates in the outer shell 74aa, three groups of spray heads 74ak, 74ak1 and 74ak2 are arranged on the inner rotor, and the three groups of spray heads can be staggered and/or different spray heads can be selected. By rotating inner rotor 74ab at different angles, one or more groups of nozzles can be selected for cleaning (fig. 4A, 4B), or three groups of nozzles 74ak, 74ak1, and 74ak2 can be all closed (fig. 4C).
Fig. 5 includes fig. 5A, 5B and 5C, which are schematic views of the variable-column showerhead.
Referring to fig. 5A, the moving-cylinder nozzle includes an outer cylinder (outer rotor) 74w and an inner cylinder (inner rotor) 74n, the outer cylinder 74w has a slot 74wk, and the inner cylinder 74n has a slot 74 nk. Typically, the two are not parallel. The outer cylinder 74w and the inner cylinder 74n can rotate relative to each other (e.g., the shaft 51c rotates the inner cylinder 74n, the axis 51z), and when the outer cylinder slot 74wk and the inner cylinder slot 74nk are not intersected, the outer cylinder slot 74wk and the inner cylinder slot 74nk are isolated from each other. When the outer cylinder slot 74wk and the inner cylinder slot 74nk intersect, the outer cylinder slot 74wk and the inner cylinder slot 74nk form a common nozzle 74wnk, and the common nozzle 74wnk is able to move or scan continuously as the rotation between the outer cylinder 74w and the inner cylinder 74n continues. Fig. 5 has only one opening 74wnk, so the spray pressure is at a maximum, but at a certain point in time the cleaning surface is smaller.
Obviously, the spray head with the variable cylinder may also be provided with a plurality of slots, for example, an inner cylinder slot 74nk (not shown) is added. The two are different in width, one is used for spraying water, and the other is used for spraying air. The application scenario is illustrated in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 5B, the inner cylinder is slotted with a series of parallel angled slots 74nk such that, when the outer cylinder 74w and the inner cylinder 74n are rotated relative to each other, a series of openings 74wnk (7 openings in fig. 5B) are formed and these openings 74wnk are capable of continuous small-scale scanning. The slot 74nk may also be other shapes, such as a "V" shape. The outer cylindrical slot 74wk may also be other shapes. Fig. 5B provides a plurality of orifices scanning continuously.
It will be apparent that if the inner cylinder 74n slides, a series of sequential scans of the aperture can also be made.
Fig. 5C is a schematic view of the nozzle inlet of the moving cylindrical nozzle, such as the inlet 31a on the outer cylindrical surface and the inlet 31b on the end surface. Openings in the inner cylinder correspond to the openings 31a/31b in the outer cylinder to provide communication or isolation, and thus, a rotational leakage-filtering relationship is also contemplated. The outer cylinder 74w and the inner cylinder 74n may be in the form of a grid 7431, which not only ensures various conduction functions, but also reduces friction between the outer cylinder 74w and the inner cylinder 74n, and also ensures the strength of the outer cylinder 74w or the inner cylinder 74 n.
Fig. 6, including fig. 6A and 6B, are schematic diagrams of a shared water vapor conduit. The current dish-washing machine is a water-gas two-set system. The invention introduces the water-gas pipeline to share and/or the water pump and the air pump to share. As shown in FIG. 6A, the nozzle holes 74ak/74bk of the columnar nozzles 74a/74 b. The water pump and/or air pump 71m pumps water or air from the input port 31 into the water vapor common conduit 3. Alternatively, the water vapor common pipe 3 can be conducted or isolated (high water/air pressure is obtained, but not necessarily) from the column-shaped shower head 74a or 74b by time division by the solenoid valve 3a or 3 b. The heater 31m can heat water or gas. For dishwashers, circulation filter spray washing is common. The water pump and/or air pump 71m represents a "water pump, or air pump, or water-air pump". The water vapor pipeline is called as a shared water vapor pipeline. The water pump and the air pump are called as a shared water-air pump. Although the technical features were derived from the "moving cylindrical showerhead passages" heuristic of FIG. 6B, careful analysis of the technical features can be claimed as independent claims.
Fig. 6B is a further evolution of fig. 6A (the study procedure is in reverse order). First, a desirable configuration is to construct a "shared dynamically varying cylindrical showerhead conduit" using a "dynamically varying cylindrical showerhead" as in fig. 4, 5, to eliminate the water vapor conduit 3. Secondly, obviously, it can be considered to use "shared column-shaped nozzle pipe" or "shared moving column-shaped nozzle pipe" to multiplex the water spray pipe and the air injection pipe, so as to realize "shared water vapor pipe".
For example, look first at "shared moving pillar showerhead lines". The horizontal direction columnar nozzle 74a, the vertical direction columnar nozzle 74b, and the top columnar nozzle 74c are connected (in series or in parallel), and the water pump and/or the air pump 71m pumps water or air from the input port 31 into any one of the "shared columnar nozzle pipes" (not limited to the columnar nozzle 74 a). Taking the example where water or gas is introduced from the column-shaped head 74a, when the nozzle holes 74bk of the vertical column-shaped head 74b and the nozzle holes 74ck of the top column-shaped head 74c are closed, water or gas is sprayed from the nozzle holes 74ak of the column-shaped head 74 a. Similarly, when the spray holes 74ak and 74ck are closed, water or gas is sprayed from the spray holes 74bk of the columnar nozzle, and the columnar nozzle 74a serves as a water or gas transmission pipeline; when the spray holes 74ak and 74bk are closed, water or gas is sprayed from the spray holes 74ck of the column-shaped spray head, and the column-shaped spray heads 74a and 74b serve as water or gas delivery pipes. In this way, the water transport conduit 3 in fig. 6A is saved.
And then a shared water vapor pipeline is used. Because the density of water and gas is greatly different, if the requirements of sharing the movable columnar nozzle pipeline and simultaneously coordinating the water delivery and the gas delivery are required, the method mainly relates to the thickness of the pipeline, the flow of an output port of the pipeline, the water inlet of the pipeline and the air inlet amount of the pipeline. Therefore, for example, on the premise of ensuring that water delivery is not influenced, the thickness of the columnar nozzle pipeline is close to the air delivery pipe and is as thick as possible so as to meet the air delivery requirement as far as possible. Secondly, the pipe of the columnar nozzle may still be unable to be thick enough, at this time, the problem of insufficient air volume caused by the limited diameter of the columnar nozzle is solved by utilizing the time-sharing conduction of the movable columnar nozzle, the reduction of the number of the columnar nozzles (fig. 4 and fig. 5), and the different sizes of the water jet and the air jet of the movable columnar nozzle. Thirdly, the water inflow or the air inflow of the shared dynamic variable columnar nozzle pipeline is adjusted, so that the pipeline with the same diameter can adapt to the requirements of water delivery and gas delivery. Finally, the 'shared columnar spray head pipeline' or the 'shared movable columnar spray head pipeline' can be compatible with the 'shared water-gas pipeline'.
Obviously, to realize "sharing a column-shaped nozzle pipeline" by using a column-shaped nozzle, it is necessary to control the nozzle holes on the column-shaped nozzle to realize on or off. The most cumbersome method is to add an electromagnetic valve on each spray hole for control, so as to realize the conduction or the cut-off. The 'dynamic change columnar spray head' shown in the figures 4 and 5 of the invention skillfully realizes the control of the spray holes on the columnar spray head in a low-cost mode.
Finally, the invention also provides a shared water-air pump, which realizes water and air delivery to a shared water-air pipeline, a shared columnar spray head pipeline or a dynamic columnar spray head pipeline by using the same water-air pump. Obviously, when the water pump of the existing dishwasher is used as an air pump, the flow rate of the generated air is usually insufficient (for example, the blade of the water pump is generally small in diameter, and the blade of the fan is required to be large in diameter). In order to enable the water pump to meet the requirements of the air pump, a 'water-air pump' is formed, and comprehensive design is further carried out on the basis of 'sharing the dynamic variable columnar nozzle pipeline'. For example, firstly, the blades of the water pump are designed slightly larger, and the secondary water-air pump adopts different rotating speeds (for example, the rotating speed of a driving motor is adjusted by using a frequency converter and a speed regulator so as to adjust the rotating speed of the blades of the water-air pump), and usually, when the water-air pump is used as the water pump, the rotating speed of the blades can be selected to be lower; when the water-air pump is an air pump, the rotating speed of the blades of the water-air pump is increased. In addition, the size of the spray holes of the columnar spray head can be changed, for example, two sets of spray holes (shown in the description of fig. 5A) are designed on the 'dynamic columnar spray head', and are respectively suitable for spraying water or spraying air.
Other benefits can be obtained by using the shared water vapor conduit (including the shared moving variable column nozzle conduit) and the shared water vapor pump. For example, sharing a "water gas heater" 31 m; the inner cylindrical (inner rotor) rotation motors 74am, 74bm, and 74cm sharing the water/air cylindrical nozzles 74a/74b/74 c. Thus, the product cost can be reduced, and the structure is more compact.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a dishwasher sharing a water vapor pipe, sharing a variable-column-shaped spray nozzle pipe, sharing a water air pump, sharing a water air heating device. Referring to fig. 1, a dishwasher chamber 91, a basket 44.
In fig. 7, the "shared water vapor pipeline" means that the same pipeline 74a or the shared moving column-shaped spray head pipeline 74a is used for water or gas. At this time, there is still the option of sharing or not sharing the water and air pump. When water or gas is supplied by the same "water/gas pump" 71m, the "water/gas pump" 71m supplies water/gas to the "shared water vapor pipe" 74a via the pipe 71 a. When water or air is not supplied to the same "water/air pump" 71m, the water pump and the air pump supply water or air to the columnar nozzle 74a, respectively.
Fig. 7 also shows a schematic diagram of the different conduits for water and gas, water spray 74a, and air spray 74 af. The "water/air pump" 71m supplies water from the water supply pipe 71a to the water spray pipe 74a, and supplies air to the air spray pipe 74af through the pipe 71 b. Alternatively, the "water/air pump" 71m supplies water or air to the water separator 61 through the pipe 71c, and then the water separator 61 supplies water to the water spray pipe 74a or the like according to the water supply or air supply, and supplies air to the air spray pipe 74 af. The advantage of using the water separator 61 is that a heating device 31m is installed in the water separator. A water-gas sharing heating device may be formed.
As can also be seen in FIG. 7, the cylindrical spray head 74a at the bottom of the dishwasher is preferably oriented along a radius of the basket 44. Similarly, referring to FIG. 6B, when the dishwasher has a top cylindrical spray head 74c, the cylindrical spray head 74c is preferably also along the radius of the basket 44.
When the bowls are dried by air injection, the water tank type dish washer can quickly dry the bowls by rotating the bowl basket and opening the upper cover plate. For a desktop, built-in dishwasher, the bowls can be quickly dried by opening the front door panel.

For example, when the outer cylinder 8 selects the opening 810, the solid portion 51d, the screen 51b and/or the opening 51c of the inner cylinder 51 are/is opposite to the outer cylinder opening 810, respectively, and form an isolation, filtration (drainage) and/or through-flow relationship (slag leakage).
