In order to further stably connect the exhaust tube 40 and the valve seat 10, the pressure limiting valve of the present embodiment further includes an elastic clip (not shown in the figure) fixed on the sidewall of the exhaust tube 40, the elastic clip is compressed when the exhaust tube 40 is just inserted into the third hole section 113, and the elastic clip is reset and locked on the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 21 after the exhaust tube 40 enters the mounting hole 21, so as to prevent the valve seat 10 from separating from the exhaust tube 40 and falling off.
During actual assembly, the valve cover 20 and the valve seat 10 in the embodiment are fixed together through threaded connection, so that the pressure limiting valve is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble for cleaning.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the valve cover 20 and the valve seat 10 may be fixedly connected by welding, and other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
According to the above embodiments, it can be known that the pressure limiting valve can perform the structure of controlling the exhaust in two stages by reducing the finish machining of the pressure limiting valve float valve 30 and the exhaust pipe 40, after one float valve 30 of the pressure limiting valve on the pot cover assembly floats upwards, the rest float valves 30 can exhaust the cold air in the rest pot, namely the pressure in the pot can be regulated and controlled before the maximum working pressure is reached, which can be regulated by the physical structure without the control of electric appliances depending on gravity.
In the stage before the electric pressure cooker is pressed upwards, the valve seat 10 of the pressure limiting valve is placed at the upper end of the air outlet pipe 40, the valve seat 10 is provided with a sealing gasket 50 which can seal the air outlet of the air outlet pipe 40, so that the air in the electric pressure cooker is guided into the valve cover 20 through the air outlet pipe 40 and is discharged through the air outlet channel of the floating valve 30, the floating valve 30 can be lifted upwards by air flow after the air flow is discharged, and the sealing ring 32 abuts against the mounting hole 21 on the valve cover 20 after the floating valve 30 is lifted so as to seal the air in. While the two float valves 30 have different weights, the light float valve 30 floats first and then floats heavy. Therefore, cold air in the electric pressure cooker can be exhausted as far as possible by floating upwards in different stages, and the cooking effect is better and ideal.
At the stage after the pressure of the electric pressure cooker is pressed up, the floating valve 30 floats upwards, the sealing ring 32 is also sealed, and the internal air pressure of the whole pressure limiting valve is consistent with the air pressure of the inner cooker. After the cooking procedure is finished, pressure exists in the electric pressure cooker, the whole process is sealed, gas does not flow out, and rapid exhaust is needed in a manual exhaust stage. The lid assembly has an exhaust button and other components capable of jacking up one end of the bottom of the pressure limiting valve seat 10, and a half area of the air outlet of the exhaust pipe 40 is separated from the sealing pad 50 (as shown in fig. 9, the sealing pad 50 and the air outlet of the exhaust pipe 40 have a certain angle when seen from the section directly). The gas in the electric pressure cooker is discharged in two parts, one part enters the pressure limiting valve, the pressure limiting valve 30 falls down and is discharged from the exhaust channel of the float valve 30, and the largest part of the gas is discharged from the gap between the exhaust pipe 40 and the valve seat 10.
It can be seen that the cold air in the cooking utensil of the present invention can be exhausted from the exhaust pipe 40 into the cavity 22 to blow the two float valves 30, the float valves 30 are of a valve-stop structure, an exhaust passage is arranged in the middle, the air in the exhaust pipe 40 blows the float valve 30, the float valve 30 floats up under the action of the air flow, the two float valves 30 have different weights, so that the light float valve floats up first and then the heavy float valve floats up last, and the purpose of effectively exhausting the cold air in the cooking utensil is achieved.

Claims (13)

1. A pressure limiting valve, comprising:
the valve seat (10), wherein an air inlet hole (11) is formed in the valve seat (10);
the valve cover (20) is buckled on the valve seat (10) and surrounds the valve seat (10) to form a cavity (22), at least two mounting holes (21) are formed in the top end of the valve cover (20), and the mounting holes (21) are communicated with the cavity (22);
the floating valve (30), at least two the floating valve (30) are installed one-to-one in at least two the mounting hole (21), be provided with the exhaust passage on the floating valve (30), floating valve (30) have with the sealed position of mounting hole (21) shutoff and make the exhaust passage with the exhaust position of cavity (22) intercommunication, floating valve (30) are followed the axial of mounting hole (21) is floated from top to bottom in order to switch between sealed position and exhaust position.
2. The pressure limiting valve of claim 1 wherein the float valve (30) comprises:
the valve body (31), the said exhaust passage is set up on the said valve body (31), and the inlet end of the said exhaust passage locates on side wall of the said valve body (31);
sealing washer (32), sealing washer (32) cover is established the bottom of valve body (31), just the external diameter of sealing washer (32) is greater than the internal diameter of mounting hole (21), just exhaust passage's entry end is higher than sealing washer (32).
3. Pressure limiting valve according to claim 2, characterized in that the valve body (31) comprises:
a first cylindrical section (313), the first cylindrical section (313) being inserted into the mounting hole (21);
a second cylindrical section (314), the second cylindrical section (314) being coaxially arranged with the first cylindrical section (313), the second cylindrical section (314) being located at a top end of the first cylindrical section (313), an outer diameter of the second cylindrical section (314) being larger than an inner diameter of the mounting hole (21) and an outer diameter of the first cylindrical section (313).
4. The pressure limiting valve according to claim 2, characterized in that the top of the valve body (31) is provided with a blind hole (311) recessed downwards, the valve body (31) is further provided with a connecting hole (312), the connecting hole (312) extends from the side wall surface of the valve body (31) to the blind hole (311), and the blind hole (311) and the connecting hole (312) form the exhaust passage.
5. The pressure limiting valve according to claim 4, wherein the connection hole (312) is plural, and the plural connection holes (312) are provided at intervals along the outer periphery of the blind hole (311).
6. Pressure limiting valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the float valves (30) are two, the mass of the two float valves (30) being different.
7. The pressure limiting valve of claim 1 further comprising:
an exhaust pipe (40), the exhaust pipe (40) being detachably installed at the intake hole (11).
8. The pressure limiting valve according to claim 7, characterized in that the inlet orifice (11) comprises:
a first bore section (111);
a second bore section (112), the second bore section (112) being located at a bottom end of the first bore section (111), the second bore section (112) having an inner diameter greater than the inner diameter of the first bore section (111);
the pressure limiting valve further comprises:
sealing gasket (50), sealing gasket (50) are fixed the top of second hole section (112), be provided with on sealing gasket (50) with through-hole (51) that first hole section (111) correspond.
9. The pressure limiting valve according to claim 8, wherein the air inlet hole (11) further comprises:
a third hole section (113), wherein the third hole section (113) is positioned at the bottom end of the second hole section (112), the inner diameter of the third hole section (113) is smaller than that of the second hole section (112), and a groove (114) is formed in the inner wall of the third hole section (113);
and the outer side wall surface of the exhaust pipe (40) is provided with a convex block (41) corresponding to the groove (114).
10. The pressure limiting valve according to claim 9, wherein the grooves (114) and the projections (41) are plural, and the plural grooves (114) and the plural projections (41) are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
11. Pressure limiting valve according to claim 10, characterized in that a plurality of said projections (41) are arranged at intervals along the same circumference.
12. Pressure limiting valve according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the valve cover (20) and the valve seat (10) are fixed together by a threaded connection.
13. A cooking appliance comprising a limit valve, characterized in that the limit valve is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
