Abstract
The invention discloses a rotary display cabinet, which is driven by a driving mechanism to drive a connecting rod to move, wherein the connecting rod drives a plurality of turntables to synchronously rotate, the turntables drive a plurality of rotating shafts to synchronously rotate, and the plurality of rotating shafts can simultaneously drive corresponding display articles to rotate. The display mode can simultaneously display a plurality of display objects in a rotating mode, and the display effect is better.

The existing rotary display cabinet drives the turntable to rotate through the motor, and the display model is placed on the turntable and synchronously rotates along with the turntable. This kind of rotatory show cupboard only can demonstrate single show model, when needs a plurality of show models rotatory show simultaneously, current rotatory show cupboard can not satisfy the demand.

As shown in fig. 1, a partition 13 is provided in the display space 11, and the partition 13 partitions the display space 11 into an upper display space 14 and a lower display space 15. The spacers 13 may not be provided, or the number of spacers 13 may be greater, as needed, and is not limited thereto. Also, the installation space 12 is located above the display space 11, i.e., the installation space 12 is located at the top end of the display case 10. As shown in fig. 2, the display cabinet 10 includes a left side plate 101, a right side plate 102, a bottom plate 103, a rear side plate 104 and a top frame 105, the left side plate 101, the right side plate 102, the bottom plate 103, the rear side plate 104 and the top frame 105 are fixedly connected to each other, and the installation space 12 is disposed in the top frame 105.
In this embodiment, the installation space 12 is provided with a guide rod 30 disposed transversely and a guide seat 40 capable of moving transversely along the guide rod 30, and the guide seat 40 is provided with a longitudinal movable space 41 for moving the connecting rod longitudinally. As shown in fig. 7, the guide bar 30 and the guide holder 40 are provided in two and are arranged in a front-rear interval.
In this embodiment, at least two first bearings 42 are disposed at the top end of the guide seat 40, and the longitudinal movable space 41 is formed between the two first bearings 42. As shown in fig. 7, the first bearings 42 are provided in four and two-by-two spaced arrangement.
The connecting assembly comprises a connecting rod 50 and a plurality of turntables 60, wherein the connecting rod 50 is movably installed in the installation space 12 and is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism, and the turntables 60 are rotatably installed in the installation space 12 and are simultaneously in transmission connection with the connecting rod 50; each rotating shaft 20 is connected with a corresponding rotating disc 60, and a plurality of rotating shafts 20 can simultaneously drive corresponding display articles to rotate.
The connecting rod 50 can longitudinally move along the longitudinal movable space 41 and can transversely move along with the guide seat 40; each turntable 60 is provided with an eccentric fixed shaft 61, the connecting rod 50 is provided with a plurality of through holes 51, each fixed shaft 61 is in rotary fit with the corresponding through hole 51, and the connecting rod 50 can drive the turntable 60 to rotate through the transmission of the fixed shaft 61 in the transverse and longitudinal directions. As shown in fig. 7, the turntable 60 is provided with a protrusion 62, and the fixed shaft 61 is fixedly connected above the protrusion 62. And, the rotation axis 20 is fixedly connected at the bottom center of the turntable 60, and the turntable 60 rotates to drive the rotation axis 20 to synchronously rotate. In this embodiment, the link 50 longitudinally passes through the longitudinal movable space 41.
In this embodiment, the rotary display case further includes a plurality of flanges 70, each flange 70 is fixedly connected in a corresponding through hole 51, and each fixing shaft 61 is in rotational fit with the flange 70.
In this embodiment, a plurality of shaft sleeves 16 are further disposed in the installation space 12, the top end of each rotating shaft 20 is fixedly connected with the corresponding turntable 60, and the bottom end of each rotating shaft 20 passes through the corresponding shaft sleeve 16 and then extends into the display space 11.
In this embodiment, a second bearing 21 is disposed between the sleeve 16 and the rotating shaft 20.
The drive mechanism is mounted in the mounting space 12.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a driving motor 80, a gear assembly and a driving shaft 81, the driving motor 81 is in transmission connection with the gear assembly, the driving shaft 81 is fixedly connected to the gear assembly, the connecting rod 50 is provided with a driving shaft hole 52, and the driving shaft 81 is in running fit with the driving shaft hole 52.
In this embodiment, the gear assembly includes a first gear 82, a second gear 83 and a driving disc 84, the first gear 82 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 80, the second gear 83 is meshed with the first gear 82, the driving disc 84 is fixedly connected to the second gear 83, and the driving shaft 81 is fixedly connected to a top end of the driving disc 84. As shown in fig. 7, a rotation shaft 20 is also fixed to the center of the bottom end of the second gear 83, and the rotation shaft 20 has the same function as the other rotation shafts 20.
In this embodiment, the rotary display case further includes a plurality of display models 90, and each display model 90 is hung on the corresponding rotary shaft 20 through a hanger 91.
The transmission process of the rotary display cabinet is as follows:
the driving motor 80 is started, the second gear 83, the driving shaft 81 and the driving disc 84 are driven to rotate through the meshing fit of the first gear 82 and the second gear 83, the connecting rod 50 can longitudinally move along the longitudinal movable space 41 under the rotating fit of the driving shaft 81 and the driving shaft hole 52, and can also transversely move along the guide rod 30 along the guide seat 40, the turntable 60 is driven to rotate through the fixing shaft 61, the turntable 60 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 20 to rotate, and the display model 90 is driven to rotate.
Because the plurality of rotating shafts 20 are driven to rotate simultaneously and synchronously by one connecting rod 60, larger visual impact is given to consumers when the articles are displayed, and the purchasing desire of the consumers can be stimulated.
