Abstract
A composite elastic mattress comprises a body unit. The body unit includes a cushion body made of a foam material. The body unit also comprises a plurality of positioning holes which penetrate through the cushion body. The pad body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are arranged oppositely. Each positioning hole has a first opening and a second opening. The composite elastic mattress also comprises a supporting unit, a first covering layer and a second covering layer. The supporting unit comprises a plurality of independent cylinders which are respectively arranged in the positioning holes and can constantly provide supporting force towards the outside of the first opening and the second opening. The first covering layer is arranged on the first surface. The second cover layer is disposed on the second surface. The first cover layer can transfer the weight of a user lying on the upper side to the cushion body and the independent cylinders, each independent cylinder can constantly provide supporting force and absorb most of the weight, and the cushion body can disperse the rest weight, so that good support and comfortable touch feeling can be provided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to bedding, in particular to a composite elastic mattress.
Background
The mattress is used for people to lie when sleeping so as to improve the comfort level and the supporting force of lying, and therefore the mattress is a key for influencing the sleeping quality.
There are a variety of mattresses on the market today, and among them, memory mattresses made of polyurethane foam are highly popular among the public (especially, people in house renters, students …, etc. who have a need to move mattresses) due to their characteristics of light weight, softness, comfort, etc. However, since the memory mattress has a relatively poor supporting force, a burden on the spine is large under long-term use.

The invention aims to provide a composite elastic mattress with good support.
The composite elastic mattress of the invention comprises a body unit. The body unit includes a cushion body made of a foam material. The body unit also comprises a plurality of positioning holes which penetrate through the cushion body. The pad body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are arranged oppositely. Each positioning hole is provided with a first opening formed on the first surface and a second opening formed on the second surface. The composite elastic mattress also comprises a supporting unit, a first covering layer and a second covering layer. The supporting unit comprises a plurality of independent cylinders which are respectively arranged in the positioning holes and can constantly provide supporting force towards the outside of the first opening and the second opening. The first covering layer is arranged on the first surface and shields the first opening. The second covering layer is arranged on the second surface and shields the second opening.
The first covering layer is made of materials selected from foam, sponge, latex, silica gel, cotton or a composition thereof.
The second covering layer is made of materials selected from foam, sponge, latex, silica gel, cotton or a composition thereof.
According to the composite elastic mattress, the mattress body of the body unit is made of polyurethane foam materials.
According to the composite elastic mattress, each independent cylinder of the supporting unit comprises a spring and a sleeve member coated outside the spring.
In the composite elastic mattress of the present invention, each of the individual tubes of the support unit is a tubular air cell.
According to the composite elastic mattress, the independent cylinders of the supporting unit are arranged in a matrix.
According to the composite elastic mattress, the independent cylinders of the supporting units are arranged in a honeycomb shape.
The composite elastic mattress further comprises a wrapping unit which is detachably wrapped outside the first covering layer, the body unit and the second covering layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by arranging the first covering layer, the cushion body and the independent cylinders, the first covering layer can transfer the weight of a user lying on the first covering layer to the cushion body and the independent cylinders, each independent cylinder can constantly provide the supporting force and absorb most of the weight, and the cushion body can disperse the rest weight to avoid the over-concentration of the force transferred to the user, so that good support and comfortable touch feeling can be provided.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the composite elastic mattress of the present invention includes a body unit 1, a supporting unit 2, a first cover layer 3, a second cover layer 4, and a covering unit 5.
The body unit 1 includes a cushion body 11 made of a foam material, and a plurality of positioning holes 12 penetrating through the cushion body 11. The pad body 11 has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112 which are oppositely arranged. Each positioning hole 12 has a first opening 121 formed on the first surface 111 and a second opening 122 formed on the second surface 112. In the present embodiment, the cushion body 11 is made of a polyurethane foam material.
The supporting unit 2 includes a plurality of independent cylinders 21 respectively installed in the positioning holes 12 and capable of constantly providing a supporting force to the outside of the first opening 121 and the second opening 122. In the present embodiment, the independent cylinders 21 are arranged in a matrix, and each of the independent cylinders 21 includes a spring 211 and a sleeve 212 covering the spring 211.
The first cover layer 3 is disposed on the first surface 111 and covers the first opening 121. In the present embodiment, the first cover layer 3 is made of a polyurethane foam material.
The second cover layer 4 is disposed on the second surface 112 and covers the second opening 122. In the present embodiment, the second cover layer 4 is made of a polyurethane foam material.
The covering unit 5 is detachably covered outside the first covering layer 3, the body unit 1 and the second covering layer 4, and includes a covering member 51, a placing opening 52 provided in the covering member 51, and a zipper group 53 provided in the covering member 51 and operable to open and close the placing opening 52. The covering member 51 covers the first covering layer 3, the body unit 1, and the second covering layer 4. The placing opening 52 allows the body unit 1, the first cover layer 3, and the second cover layer 4 to pass through at the same time.
When a user lies over the first cover layer 3, the first cover layer 3 can transfer the user's weight down to the pad body 11 and the independent cartridge 21. Since each of the independent tubes 21 can constantly provide the supporting force to the outside of the first opening 121 and the second opening 122, and the process that each of the independent tubes 21 is compressed by the weight of the user can absorb most of the weight, and the cushion body 11 is made of soft material to disperse the rest weight to avoid the concentration of the force transmitted to the user, thereby providing the user with good support and comfortable touch.
In addition, since the mattress body 11 is made of polyurethane foam, the composite spring mattress has a lighter weight than a general spring bed and is suitable for transportation.
When the covering member 51 is to be cleaned, the body unit 1, the first covering layer 3 and the second covering layer 4 can be easily taken out through the placing opening 52 to clean the covering member 51 only by operating the zipper set 53 to open the placing opening 52.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first cover layer 3 and the second cover layer 4 are both made of polyurethane foam material, however, in other embodiments, the material of the first cover layer 3 and the second cover layer 4 may be selected from foam, sponge, latex, silica gel, cotton or a combination thereof, and the composite elastic mattress can also be turned over to make the second cover layer 4 face upward and allow the user to lie down.
In addition, the first cover layer 3 and the second cover layer 4 may also be made of different materials, such as: the first covering layer 3 can be made of 3D upright cotton with good ventilation, and the second covering layer 4 is made of warm-keeping latex, so that the composite elastic mattress can be turned over for use according to season changes or personal requirements.
It should be noted that, when the first cover layer 3 and the second cover layer 4 are made of air-permeable material, the positioning holes 12 allow air to pass therethrough, and the sleeve member 212 used in the independent tube 21 is generally made of air-permeable cloth, so that air can pass through between the first cover layer 3, the positioning holes 12, and the second cover layer 4, thereby making the composite elastic mattress more air-permeable than a general memory mattress.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, each of the independent cylinders 21 of the supporting unit 2 includes a spring 211 and a sleeve 212 covering the spring 211, however, in other variations, each of the independent cylinders 21 of the supporting unit 2 may be a cylindrical airbag, and the same effect can be achieved as long as a supporting force towards the outside of the first opening 121 and the second opening 122 is constantly provided.
In the present embodiment, the individual tubes 21 of the support unit 2 are arranged in a matrix, however, in other variations, the individual tubes 21 may be arranged in a honeycomb shape or in other manners.
In summary, by providing the first covering layer 3, the cushion body 11 and the independent tube 21, the first covering layer 3 can transmit the weight of the user lying on the first covering layer 3 to the cushion body 11 and the independent tube 21. Since each of the independent cylinders 21 can constantly provide the supporting force to the outside of the first opening 121 and the second opening 122, and the process that each of the independent cylinders 21 is compressed by the weight of the user can absorb most of the weight, and the cushion body 11 is soft and can disperse the rest weight to avoid the concentration of the force transmitted to the user, thereby providing the user with good support and comfortable touch, and indeed achieving the purpose of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A composite elastic mattress comprising a body unit including a cushion body made of a foam material, characterized in that: the composite elastic mattress further comprises a supporting unit, a first covering layer and a second covering layer, wherein the supporting unit comprises a plurality of independent cylinders which are respectively arranged on the positioning holes and can constantly provide supporting force towards the outside of the first opening and the second opening, the first covering layer is arranged on the first surface and covers the first opening, and the second covering layer is arranged on the second surface and covers the second opening.
2. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: the first covering layer is made of materials selected from foam, sponge, latex, silica gel, cotton or a composition thereof.
3. The composite spring mattress of claim 2, wherein: the second covering layer is made of materials selected from foam, sponge, latex, silica gel, cotton or a combination thereof.
4. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: the pad body of the body unit is made of polyurethane foam material.
5. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: each independent cylinder of the supporting unit comprises a spring and a sleeve member coated outside the spring.
6. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: each individual tube of the support unit is a cylindrical airbag.
7. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: the independent cylinders of the supporting unit are arranged in a matrix.
8. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: the independent cylinders of the supporting unit are arranged in a honeycomb shape.
9. The composite spring mattress of claim 1, wherein: the composite elastic mattress further comprises a coating unit detachably coated outside the first coating layer, the body unit and the second coating layer.
