Description

Method and device for terminal to acquire service
Technical Field

Background
5G D2D (Device-to-Device) terminal direct technology means that a nearby terminal can perform data transmission by direct communication in a short distance without forwarding through a base station. Due to the advantages of short distance and direct connection, the D2D technology can improve the use efficiency of wireless resources and expand the network coverage, so that a great deal of research is carried out in the 5G construction, and the D2D technology can be applied to more scenes in the future to improve the user experience.
When a terminal acquires a specific service resource, the traditional scheme is that a service request is forwarded to a corresponding service server through a central network, the service server responds to the service request and provides a resource downloading service for the terminal, and resource data completes downloading of data resources through a central network node, which generates little service pressure on a central network element and the service server.
In addition, in the discovery process, the D2D terminal needs the central network to reserve a part of resources for D2D discovery, which are dedicated to the transmission and detection of D2D discovery signals, and needs to perform common configuration on D2D discovery through the base station, and inform all other terminals supporting the D2D discovery function in the central network of relevant configuration information through a system broadcast message. The discovered D2D terminal randomly or purposefully selects time-frequency resources according to the public configuration information of the central network to transmit discovery signals; the discovery end device performs blind detection in the D2D discovery signal resource pool according to the central network configuration information, and completes the discovery process of D2D in this process. In addition, in the conventional D2D scheme, when a terminal wants to perform D2D communication with a target terminal, a user needs to select a specific target terminal to complete service communication, and this way cannot dynamically adjust in real time according to the load pressure of a central network, thereby achieving the purpose of traffic offloading.
The invention provides a method and equipment for acquiring service by a terminal under the background.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for a terminal to acquire a service, where the method includes the following steps:
s11, each terminal reports the monitoring report of the respective discovered D2D device to a central network node, wherein each terminal at least comprises a first terminal;
s12, receiving a service request of the first terminal;
s13, judging whether each terminal has a target terminal capable of sharing the service;
s14, if yes, judging whether the target terminal can establish direct connection communication with the first terminal;
and S15, if yes, instructing the first terminal to acquire the service from the target terminal.
It should be noted that, each terminal under the same central network node reports the monitoring report of discovering D2D device to the central network node; the central network node may be a 5G base station (5GgNB), and the corresponding central network is a 5G cellular network; the central network node can be a WiFi hotspot, and the corresponding central network is a WiFi network; the central network node may also be a 5GCPE, and the corresponding network is a 5 GCPE.
Specifically, there may be many D2D terminals in the coverage area of the central network node, and first, the central network node receives, in real time, monitoring reports of discovery D2D devices reported by the terminals, where the terminals at least include a first terminal and a target terminal;
the first terminal not only reports a monitoring report for finding the D2D device, but also generates and sends a message for acquiring some services to the central network node (the acquired some services may be an application program, a resource file, etc., that is, the first terminal intends to download the application program or the resource file, etc. to a corresponding server through the central network node, and for convenience of expression, part of the services to be acquired by the first terminal in the following text are replaced by the "resource file");
after receiving the request of the first terminal, the central network node checks whether a terminal capable of sharing the resource file exists in the network coverage range;
after checking, the central network node finds that the target terminal has the resource file and can share the resource file; and the central network checks whether a target terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the first terminal and checks whether a first terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the target terminal, and if so, the first terminal is instructed to acquire the resource file from the target terminal.
In summary, the first terminal does not need to download the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal through the corresponding server, but obtains the resource file by the second terminal under the same central network node; the method has the advantages of reducing the downloading pressure of the corresponding server and reducing the service load of the central network node.
Referring to fig. 3, preferably, the determining whether there is a target terminal that can share the service in the coverage area of the central network node is based on:
after receiving a service request of a first terminal, a central network node forwards the service request to a corresponding Server end;
the Server end replies that a central network node has a plurality of terminals to download the service;
and the central network node judges whether a target terminal capable of establishing direct communication with the first terminal exists in the plurality of terminals.
It should be noted that, the central node of the central network may be a gNB, a WiFi hotspot, a 5G CPE, etc., but the central network is a macro category, and may not only include a certain network element, such as a Server of a specific three party, but also be considered as a part of the central network.
For the central network node, it may not be able to directly know whether the target terminal has the resource file that the first terminal wants, but for the download service, the Server side Server is clear which terminals (users) have downloaded which resource files, in which case the Server side may complete the message delivery and notify the central network node of completing the D2D direct communication allocation.
The method is that the central network node obtains which terminals have the resource file through the Server end Server;
the central network node can also know that the terminal has the resource file through a specific terminal:
specifically, the terminal (user) reports to the central network node which services the terminal has can share according to its own idea (e.g. beneficiary) or requirement (e.g. profit). Assuming that the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal is in these sharable services; however, the first terminal is unaware of which terminal the resource file is in, which requires a central network node to view and distribute the resource file.
Preferably, the instructing the first terminal to acquire the service from the target terminal includes allocating corresponding channel resources to the first terminal and the target terminal, and assigning the first terminal and the target terminal to establish direct communication.
It is understood that the corresponding channel resources include an ID of the opposite terminal, an available channel, an available frequency band, and other information resources required for establishing the D2D direct communication.
The task of selecting the target terminal by the first terminal, and the task of using which channel and which frequency band are given to the central network node for doing, because the central network node has clear current network load and which terminals can become the target terminal of the first terminal; an adaptive selection can be made automatically, if at this time it finds that its network load is relatively high, and for the case that its load is relatively high, traffic offloading is made.
In summary, the method of the present invention accurately matches the target terminal related to the service intention with the available channel resource for the first terminal, and facilitates the direct connection communication between the first terminal and the target terminal D2D, so as to offload the node traffic of the central network, share the traffic pressure of the central network, improve the efficiency of the whole network, and improve the user experience.
Referring to fig. 4, a second aspect of the present invention provides a method for a terminal to acquire a service, where the method includes the following steps:
s21, the first terminal reports a monitoring report for discovering the D2D equipment to the central network node, wherein the monitoring report at least comprises the ID-2 of the target terminal;
s22, generating and sending a service request so that the central network node receives and requests to distribute the service;
s23, if the central network node indicates to obtain the service from the target terminal, and allocates the corresponding channel resource to the first terminal;
s24, the first terminal initiates direct connection communication to a target terminal;
and S25, if the target terminal receives and establishes the direct connection communication, the service is acquired from the target terminal.
Specifically, there may be many D2D terminals in the coverage area of the central network node, and first, the central network node receives, in real time, monitoring reports of discovery D2D devices reported by the terminals, where the terminals at least include a first terminal;
the first terminal not only reports a monitoring report-1 of the D2D equipment, but also generates and sends a message of a resource file to be acquired to the central network node;
after receiving the request of the first terminal, the central network node checks whether a terminal capable of sharing the resource file exists in the network coverage range;
after checking, the central network node finds that the target terminal has the resource file and can share the resource file; and the central network checks whether a target terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the first terminal and checks whether a first terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the target terminal, and if so, the first terminal is instructed to acquire the resource file from the target terminal.
In summary, the first terminal does not need to download the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal through the corresponding server, but obtains the resource file by the second terminal under the same central network node; the method has the advantages of reducing the downloading pressure of the corresponding server and reducing the service load of the central network node.
Preferably, the determining whether there is a target terminal capable of sharing the service within the coverage area of the central network node is based on:
after receiving a service request of a first terminal, a central network node forwards the service request to a corresponding Server end;
the Server end replies that a central network node has a plurality of terminals to download the service;
and the central network node judges whether a target terminal capable of establishing direct communication with the first terminal exists in the plurality of terminals.
The method is that the central network node obtains which terminals have the resource file through the Server end Server;
the central network node can also know that the terminal has the resource file through a specific terminal:
specifically, the terminal (user) reports to the central network node which services the terminal has can share according to its own idea (e.g. beneficiary) or requirement (e.g.
5, a third aspect of the present invention provides a method for a terminal to acquire a service, where the method includes the following steps:
s31, the target terminal reports a monitoring report for discovering the D2D device to the central network node, wherein the monitoring report at least comprises the ID-1 of the first terminal;
s32, receiving channel resources distributed by the central network node, and initiating or receiving direct connection communication established with the first terminal;
and S33, receiving the message that the first terminal acquires the service, and transmitting the service to the first terminal.
The target terminal is also a D2D terminal within the coverage range of the central network node, and similarly, the target terminal reports a monitoring report-2 for discovering D2D equipment to the central network node in real time, wherein the monitoring report-2 at least comprises the ID-1 of the first terminal; after receiving the channel resources distributed by the central network node, the target terminal can actively initiate or passively receive and establish D2D direct communication with the first terminal; and then receiving a message for acquiring the resource file sent by the first terminal, and if the message agrees, transmitting the resource file to the first terminal.
It is understood that the channel resources include the ID of the first terminal, available channels, available frequency bands, and other information resources required for establishing the D2D direct communication.
The task of the first terminal selecting the target terminal and the task of using which frequency band are given to the central network node for doing, because the central network node has clear how the current network load is, namely the central network node has clear which frequency bands are overloaded and which frequency bands are idle; an adaptive selection can be made automatically, if at this time it finds that its network load is relatively high, and for the case that its load is relatively high, traffic offloading is made.
In summary, the first terminal of the present invention does not need to download the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal through the corresponding server, but obtains the resource file by the second terminal under the same central network node; the method has the advantages of reducing the downloading pressure of the corresponding server and reducing the service load of the central network node.
And the target terminal related to the service intention and the available channel resources are accurately matched for the first terminal, so that the first terminal and the target terminal are promoted to establish D2D direct connection communication, further the node flow of the central network is unloaded, the service pressure of the central network flow is shared, the whole network efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The central network node can also know that the terminal has the resource file through a specific terminal:
specifically, the terminal (user) reports to the central network node which services the terminal has can share according to its own idea (e.g. beneficiary) or requirement (e.g. profit).
Referring to fig. 6, a fourth aspect of the present invention provides a central network node, comprising:
a receiving module 101, configured to receive a monitoring report of discovering D2D devices, where each terminal includes at least a first terminal, and receive a service request sent by the first terminal;
a detecting module 102, configured to detect whether there is a terminal that can share the service in each terminal;
a determining module 103, configured to determine that a target terminal in each terminal stores the service and can share the service;
an allocating module 104, configured to send corresponding channel resources to the first terminal and the target terminal, respectively, and instruct the first terminal to obtain the service from the target terminal.
Specifically, there may be many D2D terminals in the coverage area of the central network node, and first, the central network node receives, in real time, monitoring reports of discovery D2D devices reported by the terminals, where the terminals at least include a first terminal and a target terminal;
the first terminal not only reports a monitoring report for finding the D2D device, but also generates and sends a message for acquiring some services to the central network node (the acquired some services may be an application program, a resource file, etc., that is, the first terminal intends to download the application program or the resource file, etc. to a corresponding server through the central network node, and for convenience of expression, part of the services to be acquired by the first terminal in the following text are replaced by the "resource file");
after receiving the request of the first terminal, the central network node checks whether a terminal capable of sharing the resource file exists in the network coverage range;
after checking, the central network node finds that the target terminal has the resource file and can share the resource file; and the central network checks whether a target terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the first terminal and checks whether a first terminal exists in the monitoring report reported by the target terminal, and if so, the first terminal is instructed to acquire the resource file from the target terminal.
In summary, the first terminal does not need to download the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal through the corresponding server, but obtains the resource file by the second terminal under the same central network node; the method has the advantages of reducing the downloading pressure of the corresponding server and reducing the service load of the central network node.
Preferably, the determining whether there is a target terminal capable of sharing the service within the coverage area of the central network node is based on:
after receiving a service request of a first terminal, a central network node forwards the service request to a corresponding Server end;
the Server end replies that a central network node has a plurality of terminals to download the service;
and the central network node judges whether a target terminal capable of establishing direct communication with the first terminal exists in the plurality of terminals.
It should be noted that, the central node of the central network may be a gNB, a WiFi hotspot, a 5G CPE, etc., but the central network is a macro category, and may not only include a certain network element, such as a Server of a specific three party, but also be considered as a part of the central network.

the Server end replies that a central network node has a plurality of terminals to download the service;
and the central network node judges whether a target terminal capable of establishing direct communication with the first terminal exists in the plurality of terminals.
The method is that the central network node obtains which terminals have the resource file through the Server end Server;
the central network node can also know that the terminal has the resource file through a specific terminal:
specifically, the terminal (user) reports to the central network node which services the terminal has can share according to its own idea (e.g. beneficiary) or requirement (e.g.
A sixth aspect of the present invention provides a target terminal, including:
the reporting module is used for reporting the monitoring report of the D2D device to the central network node;
the receiving module is used for receiving the channel resources distributed by the central network node;
and the connection module is used for establishing direct connection communication with the first terminal according to the channel resources distributed by the central network node, and agreeing to and transmitting the service content requested by the first terminal to the first terminal.
The target terminal is also a D2D terminal within the coverage range of the central network node, and similarly, the target terminal reports a monitoring report for discovering the D2D equipment to the central network node in real time, wherein the monitoring report at least comprises the ID-1 of the first terminal; after receiving the channel resources distributed by the central network node, the target terminal can actively initiate or passively receive and establish D2D direct communication with the first terminal; and then receiving a message for acquiring the resource file sent by the first terminal, and if the message agrees, transmitting the resource file to the first terminal.
In summary, the first terminal of the present invention does not need to download the resource file to be obtained by the first terminal through the corresponding server, but obtains the resource file by the second terminal under the same central network node; the method has the advantage of relieving the downloading pressure of the corresponding server.
The central network node can also know that the terminal has the resource file through a specific terminal:
specifically, the terminal (user) reports to the central network node which services the terminal has can share according to its own idea (e.g. beneficiary) or requirement (e.g. profit).
The seventh aspect of the present invention further provides a Server, where the Server includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving a task downloading request sent by the central network node;
and the replying module is used for replying the central network node which terminals download the task.
It should be understood that equivalents and modifications of the technical solution and inventive concept thereof may occur to those skilled in the art, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the scope of the appended claims.
