Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present scheme provides a method for storing camera data, including:
in step S08, the personal information captured by the first camera at the first time is received.
And step S09, receiving video data collected by the second camera after the first time.
And step S10, analyzing the human information, and performing cloud storage or local storage on the video data according to the analysis result.
Specifically, in this scheme, the first camera may be a camera in a home-to-home face recognition system, the second camera may be a home network camera, a central control system (e.g., a private switch, a gateway, etc.) of the smart home may be used to receive the character information acquired by the first camera at the first time and the video data acquired by the second camera after the first time, and perform analysis according to the character information, and determine to perform cloud storage or local storage on the video data acquired after the first time according to an analysis result.
It should be further noted that the first camera and the second camera may also be the same camera, that is, both the cameras for performing face recognition and video acquisition may be completed by a home-to-home face recognition system.
According to the scheme, different storage modes (cloud storage or local storage) of the video data can be determined under different scenes according to the analysis result of the figure information recognized by the family-in face recognition system, namely, compared with the prior art, the scheme selects the mode of cloud storage or local storage of the video information according to the figure information recognized by the family-in face recognition system, namely, the mode of combining the cloud storage and the local storage, and the technical problems that in the prior art, all data collected by a camera is stored in a local storage or a public cloud, so that the user privacy safety is poor and the cost is high are solved.
Optionally, the step S10, performing cloud storage or local storage on the video data according to the analysis result includes:
in step S101, if the personal information is face information, the face information is recognized.
And S102, locally storing the video data under the condition that the face information is recognized to be a pre-stored face.
And step S103, carrying out cloud storage on the video data under the condition that the face information is not the pre-stored face.
Specifically, if the face information is a prestored face, the home-entry face recognition system recognizes that the user has come home, and under the condition that the user has come home, the home-entry face recognition system sends the recognition structure to the central control system, the central control system controls to locally store the video data, and if the home-entry face recognition system does not recognize the prestored face, the central control system controls to cloud store the video data.
With reference to fig. 2, an alternative embodiment of the reception scheme is as follows:
s11: the family-in face recognition system collects face data entering a family in real time, and executes S12 after the face data are collected;
s12: the face recognition system is connected with an intelligent household central control system (such as a private switch, a gateway and the like). The face recognition system compares and analyzes the face data of the current user with the system database, and informs the central control system of the recognition result, the recognition result can recognize whether the user or the designated object of the user returns to the home, if the user (the user himself or the designated object of the user) returns to the home, S14 is executed; otherwise, S13 is executed.
S13: when it is detected that the user or a designated object thereof does not enter the home, the central control system sets an execution condition 2, and in this specification, the execution condition 2 is to perform cloud storage on the video data.
S14: when it is detected that the user himself or a designated object thereof enters the home, the central control system sets an execution condition 1, and in this case, the execution condition 1 is to store video data locally (private storage).
Optionally, the cloud storage or local storage of the video data according to the analysis result in step S10 may include:
and step S104, analyzing whether the personal information has a preset event or not under the condition that the personal information is not the human face information.
And step S105, carrying out cloud storage on the video data under the condition that the preset event occurs in the character information.
Specifically, in the scheme, the family-in face recognition system can analyze whether a user has a preset event according to the figure information, the preset event can be that the user leaves home, the central control system controls the video data to be stored in the cloud under the condition that the user leaves home, and the video data is stored locally under the condition that the user does not leave home.
Optionally, in the step S105, in the case that the preset event occurs in the personal information, cloud storage of the video data may include:
in step S1051, the number of persons having a predetermined event in the personal information is analyzed.
And step 1052, performing cloud storage on the video data under the condition that the number of the people meets the preset condition.
Specifically, in the scheme, whether the number of people leaving home reaches a preset number can be judged, namely, the family-in face recognition system judges whether all family members leave home, the video data are stored in the cloud under the condition that all family members leave home, and the video data are stored locally under the condition that all family members do not leave home.
An alternative embodiment of the present solution is described below with reference to fig. 3:
in step S15, the family entry face recognition system recognizes the personal information.
In step S16, the family-to-family face recognition system determines whether the user or the designated object leaves the home according to whether the preset event occurs in the personal information, and if the user does not leave the home, performs condition 1, that is, stores the video locally.
Step S17, the family-in face recognition system determines whether the designated objects of the latter user are all away from home according to the character information, if so, then condition 2 is executed to perform cloud storage on the video, and if not, then condition 1 is executed to perform local storage on the video.
Optionally, in a case that the video is stored in a cloud, the method includes: receiving a video viewing request sent by terminal equipment; and sending a viewing authority to the terminal equipment according to the video viewing request, wherein the viewing authority is used for accessing the video data.
Specifically, under the condition that the video cloud is stored, it is indicated that no one is in the home, therefore, the user can send a viewing request to the central control system through the mobile terminal, the central control system can send a viewing permission to the terminal device, and the user mobile terminal can access the video data according to the viewing permission.
An alternative embodiment of the present solution is described below with reference to fig. 4:
s21: the camera collects real-time data, the camera works all the time to collect video data in real time, the camera is connected with the central control system, the camera is responsible for collecting the video data, and the central control system is responsible for transmitting and storing the video data.
S22: the central control system judges whether a person is in the user or the designated object. If not, go to S23; if yes, go to S24.
S23: when the system detects that the user or the designated object of the user leaves home, the data collected by the camera in real time is transmitted to the central control system, the central control system stores the real-time video data in a public cloud storage mode, and allows an application (such as an App) to remotely obtain the video data in real time.
S24: the central control system detects that a user or a designated object of the user returns home, and after data collected by the camera in real time is transmitted to the central control system, the central control system selects a private memory to store video data. In this state, when the request of the video data is remotely acquired, the central control system does not respond, namely the camera real-time data is not allowed to be remotely acquired.
S25: the data of the camera in real time is stored in the private memory, and for the authority management of the private memory, the central control system only has the writing authority and does not have the reading authority, so that the data which is written in and is privately accessed cannot be obtained through the control system.
In summary, in view of the defects in the prior art, the present invention provides a method for storing a private memory and a public cloud in a coexistence manner, where video data is stored in the private memory or the public cloud according to a scene that a user is at home or away from home, so as to satisfy that the video data of the user does not flow out when the user is at home, and the user can view the video data at home remotely when the user is away from home, and specifically, the present invention determines whether the user or an object designated by the user returns to home or leaves home by using a face recognition technology; if one of the user or the designated object is at home, the data of the camera is stored in the private memory; if all the camera data leave, the camera data are stored in the public cloud, and the camera real-time video data are allowed to be remotely acquired. It should be noted that the access to the data in the private memory can only be performed locally. In the scheme, after the user or the designated object returns home, the camera data can not be stored remotely, and the camera data can be stored into the private memory at the moment. The method prevents the camera data of the user or the designated object from flowing out at home, and after the user or the designated object returns home, the data of the network camera added into the intelligent home system is stored in the designated private memory, and the data of the camera cannot be acquired through the network. Video data outflow of a user or a designated object thereof at home is prevented.
