The method for assisting in installing the subscriber identity module card and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an auxiliary installation method for a subscriber identity card according to the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may specifically include:
step 101: and acquiring the plugging state of the card support, wherein the card support is provided with at least two card slots.
Specifically, the card holder may be a device for placing a SIM card in an electronic device, the card holder may be connected to the electronic device in a pluggable manner, and when the SIM card needs to be installed on the card holder or the SIM card on the card holder needs to be replaced, the card holder may be pulled out from the electronic device, and after the installation or replacement of the SIM card is completed, the card holder may be reinserted into the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may include, but is not limited to, at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a wearable device, and the specific type of the electronic device may not be limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, the card holder may have at least two card slots, and each card slot may be used to mount one SIM card.
For example, two card slots may be disposed on the card holder, and the two card slots may include a primary card slot and a secondary card slot, where a SIM card installed on the primary card slot may serve as a primary card of the electronic device, a SIM card installed on the secondary card slot may serve as a secondary card of the electronic device, and functions and signal strengths of the primary card and the secondary card may be the same or different, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, only the case where the card holder includes two card slots is shown, and in practical applications, a plurality of card slots, for example, may be disposed on the card holder according to practical needs. 3, 4, or 6, etc., and the number of the card slots on the card holder is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, a stress sensor, a displacement sensor and other hardware devices can be arranged in the card support or a card support groove for accommodating the card support to obtain the plugging device of the card support, so that the follow-up operation is triggered by the pulling-out action of the card support.
In practical application, when a user uses a card pin to eject the card holder, or ejects the card holder from the electronic device through a touch instruction, or inserts the card holder into the electronic device, stress applied to the card holder may change, and the card holder may also change in position in the card holder groove.
Step 102: and displaying a position display interface of the card slot on a display interface under the condition that the card support is in the pulled-out state.
Specifically, when the card holder is pulled out, it is considered that the user may need to attach the SIM card to the card holder, or need to replace the SIM card on the card holder. In this case, a position display interface of the card slot may be displayed on a display interface of the electronic device, and the position display interface may display information such as a position and a name of the card slot on the card holder, and an installation state of the SIM card in the card slot, so as to assist a user to install the SIM card in a proper card slot, and improve installation efficiency of the SIM card under the condition that the SIM card is prevented from being installed in a wrong card slot.
For example, if the card holder is provided with the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot, when the card holder is in a pulled-out state, a display interface of the position of the card slot may be displayed on a display interface of the electronic device, and the display interface of the position may include the position of the main card slot, the position of the auxiliary card slot on the card holder, the name of the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot, and whether the SIM card is installed on the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot, so that a user may conveniently and accurately install the SIM card into a card slot desired by the user, and the installation efficiency of the SIM card may be improved.
In practical application, in order to facilitate a user to view the position display interface, the position display interface may be displayed in a central area of a display interface of an electronic device, and the display interface may be a display screen of the electronic device. Of course, in a specific application, the position display interface may also be displayed at any position of the display interface according to actual needs, for example, a position near a top edge of the display interface, or a position near a left edge of the display interface.
Specifically, for electronic devices of different models, the form of the card holder is usually different, and correspondingly, the layout manner of the card slot on the card holder is also different, so that for electronic devices of different models, the display interfaces of the corresponding card slot are usually different, and several possible position display interfaces are shown below.
Example one:
the card support of the electronic device may include a main card support and an auxiliary card support, wherein the main card support is provided with a main card slot, the auxiliary card support is provided with an auxiliary card slot, the main card support and the auxiliary card support are arranged in the electronic device in an up-down listed manner, the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot are also correspondingly arranged in the electronic device in an up-down listed manner, and the position display interface may be as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the position display interface 200 may be displayed in a central area of the display interface 100, and the position display interface 200 may display: the top card slot is a primary card slot 300 and the bottom card slot is a secondary card slot 400 to assist the user in mounting the SIM card to the appropriate card slot.
In practical application, under the condition that the electronic device comprises a main card support and an auxiliary card support, the plugging and unplugging states of the main card support and the auxiliary card support can be obtained, under the condition that any card support is in the unplugging state, the position display interface 200 can be displayed on the display interface 100, and for the card support which is not unplugged, special marks can be carried out on the card slot on the card support, so that a user can conveniently and quickly distinguish the card slot on the currently unplugged card support, and the installation efficiency of the SIM card is further improved.
For example, when the main card holder is pulled out and the sub card holder is not pulled out, the color of the sub card slot 400 in the position display interface may be deepened, or an animation effect of "sub card slot-move" may be displayed, so that the user may quickly determine that the card slot on the currently pulled-out card holder is the sub card slot 400.
Example two:
the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 of the electronic device may be tiled on the same card holder, but are located at different positions on the card holder, and the position display interface 200 may be as shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the position display interface 200 may be displayed in a central region of the display interface 100, and in the position display interface 200, the main card slot 300 may be disposed at an inner position on the card holder, and the sub card slot 400 may be disposed at an outer position on the card holder.
In practical applications, the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 displayed in the position display interface 200 may be real appearance shapes of the main card slot and the sub card slot after being enlarged in equal proportion, so that a user can more intuitively know the positions of the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 in the card holder, and the position display interface may be suspended on the display interface 100 in a transparent manner in order to improve the appearance appreciation of the position display interface 200.
Example three:
the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 of the electronic device may be disposed on the same card holder, and are respectively disposed on the front side and the back side of the card holder, and the position display interface 200 may be as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the position display interface 200 may be displayed in a central region of the display interface 100, and in the position display interface 200, the main card slot 300 may be disposed on a front surface of the card holder, and the sub card slot 400 may be disposed on a rear surface of the card holder.
In practical applications, the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 displayed in the position display interface 200 may be real appearance shapes of the main card slot and the sub card slot after being enlarged in equal proportion, so that a user can more intuitively know the positions of the main card slot 300 and the sub card slot 400 in the card holder. In addition, the front and the back of the card holder can be distinguished according to the shape characteristics of the protrusion, the unfilled corner and the like of the card holder, and the front and the back of the card holder are displayed in the position display interface 200, in addition, besides the names of the main card slot 300 and the auxiliary card slot 400 are marked, the user can be reminded by using text prompt messages such as 'front' and 'back', and the like, on the current card holder, the main card slot 300 can be arranged on the front of the card holder, and the auxiliary card slot 400 can be arranged on the back of the card holder, so that the user can rapidly judge the positions of the main card slot 300 and the auxiliary card slot 400 on the card holder.
Specifically, a cancel operation button, for example, a cross mark shown in fig. 2 to 4, is further provided in the position display interface 200. In the case where the input of the user on the cancel operation button is detected, the display position presentation interface 200 may be cancelled to avoid the position presentation interface 200 from affecting the display of the display interface 100. In practical applications, the display position display interface 200 may be cancelled when the user is familiar with the position of the card slot.
In an optional embodiment of the application, the step of displaying the position display interface of the card slot on the display interface may specifically include the following substeps:
sub-step S11: and reading the pre-stored position display interface information of the card slot.
Specifically, for the electronic device in the manufacturing or testing stage, the position display interface information of the card slot may be stored in the memory of the electronic device in advance, so that when the card holder is in the pulled-out state, the position display interface information stored in the memory in advance may be directly read. In practical applications, the location presentation interface information includes data that can be parsed into the location presentation interface.
Substep S12: and displaying the position display interface of the card slot on a display interface according to the position display interface information.
Specifically, since the position display interface information may include data parsed into the position display interface, after the position display interface information is read, the position display interface may be directly displayed on the display interface, and the display efficiency of the position display interface is high.
In another optional embodiment of the present application, the step of displaying the position display interface of the card slot on the display interface may specifically include the following sub-steps:
sub-step S21: and sending acquisition request information to a server, wherein the acquisition request information comprises the equipment model.
Specifically, for an electronic device that has been shipped from a factory, since the information of the position display interface of the card slot is not stored in the memory in advance, before the position display interface of the card slot needs to be displayed, it is necessary to send acquisition request information to a server to acquire the information of the position display interface of the card slot, where the acquisition request information may include a device model of the electronic device.
In practical applications, the server may be a server provided by a vendor of the electronic device for providing computing or application services. The electronic equipment can be internally provided with a plug-in unit used for triggering communication with the server, and when the position display interface of the card slot needs to be displayed for the first time, the plug-in unit can be triggered to send acquisition request information to the server, and the equipment model of the electronic equipment is sent to the server.
Substep S22: and receiving the position display interface information of the card slot returned by the server according to the equipment model.
Specifically, the server prestores position display interface information corresponding to electronic devices of various types, where the position display interface information includes data that can be parsed into the position display interface. And after receiving the equipment model sent by the electronic equipment, the server obtains the corresponding position display interface information according to the equipment model and returns the position display interface information to the electronic equipment.
Sub-step S23: and displaying the position display interface of the card slot on a display interface according to the position display interface information.
Specifically, since the position display interface information may include data parsed into the position display interface, after receiving the position display interface information sent by the server, the position display interface may be directly displayed on the display interface.
It should be noted that, for an electronic device that has been shipped from a factory, an acquisition request needs to be sent to the server only when a position display interface is displayed for the first time, the position display interface information may be stored in a memory of the electronic device after the position display interface information sent by the server is received, and then the position display interface information is directly read from the memory each time the position display interface needs to be displayed.
Step 103: and acquiring the network connection state of the electronic equipment based on the SIM card on the card slot under the condition that the card holder is in the insertion state.
In this embodiment of the application, after the card holder is detected to be in the insertion state of being inserted into the electronic device, the network connection state of the electronic device based on the SIM card newly loaded on the card slot may be automatically acquired.
For example, in a case where a SIM card is newly loaded on the main card slot, the network connection state of the electronic device based on the SIM card on the main card slot may be automatically acquired.
Step 104: and outputting the installation state prompt information of the SIM card according to the network connection state.
Specifically, the network connection status may include: a connected state and an unconnected state, and in practical applications, when the network connection state is the connected state, it may be considered that the SIM card has been installed successfully. When the network connection state is the connection disabled state, it may be considered that the SIM card is installed abnormally, the SIM card may not be installed successfully, or the electronic device may not open the application of the network connection. That is, the network connection status may be used to characterize the installation status of the SIM.
In the embodiment of the application, the installation state prompt information of the SIM card can be output on the display interface according to the network connection state, so that a user can visually know the installation state of the SIM card.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the step of outputting the installation state prompt information of the SIM card according to the network connection state may specifically include the following sub-steps:
substep S31: and outputting prompt information of successful SIM card installation under the condition that the network connection state is a connected state.
Specifically, when the network connection state is the connected state, it may be considered that the SIM card has been successfully installed, and at this time, a SIM installation success prompt message may be output on the display interface to notify the user that the SIM card has been successfully installed.
As shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a SIM card installation success prompting message according to the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 5, the SIM card installation success prompting message 500 may include: the name of the SIM card (primary/secondary), and a link to view the SIM card information.
In practical application, through the prompt message of successful installation of the SIM card, a user can directly know the installation position of the SIM card (whether the main card slot or the auxiliary card slot) so that the user can check whether the SIM card is installed in a proper card slot, the phenomenon that the SIM card is installed in a wrong card slot is further avoided, and the installation efficiency of the SIM card is improved.
Substep S32: and receiving the input of the user on the prompt message of successful installation of the SIM card.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may receive an input of the user on the SIM card installation success prompt 500, where the input may include, but is not limited to, a click operation, a touch operation, a slide operation, and the like.
In practical application, when a user needs to check the information of the SIM card, the user can trigger subsequent operations by clicking, touching, sliding, or the like on the SIM card installation success prompt message 500.
Substep S33: displaying information of the SIM card in response to the input.
Specifically, in response to the input of the user on the SIM card installation success prompt message 500, the information of the SIM card may be displayed, so as to avoid the user from entering the SIM card information viewing interface from the setting application additionally, and from viewing the information of the SIM card in the SIM card information viewing interface, thereby improving the information viewing efficiency of the SIM card.
For example, the information of the SIM card may include, but is not limited to, an international mobile subscriber identity (imsi) number, etc., and the type of the information of the SIM card is not specifically limited in this application.
It should be noted that, in the case that the input of the user on the SIM card installation success prompt message 500 is not received within the preset time range, the display of the SIM card installation success prompt message 500 may be turned off. The preset time may be 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 6 seconds, or the like, and specific content of the preset time may not be limited in this embodiment of the application.
In another optional embodiment of the present application, the step of displaying the installation state prompt information of the SIM card according to the network connection state may specifically include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S34, outputting a prompt message of abnormal installation of the SIM card when the network connection state is the state of unable connection.
Specifically, when the network connection state is the connection disabled state, it may be considered that the SIM card is installed abnormally, the SIM card may not be installed successfully, or the electronic device may not open the application of the network connection.
As shown in fig. 6, a schematic diagram of an abnormal SIM card installation prompting message according to the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 6, the abnormal SIM card installation prompting message 600 may include: and checking the link of the network connection setting interface, and re-plugging and unplugging the SIM card.
In practical applications, the network connection setting interface may be used to quickly enter a network connection setting interface, and the network connection application of the electronic device may be started on the network connection setting interface.
Substep S35: and receiving the input of the user on the prompt message of abnormal installation of the SIM card.
Specifically, the electronic device may receive an input of a user on the SIM card abnormal installation prompting information 600, where the input may include, but is not limited to, a click operation, a touch operation, a slide operation, and the like.
