Referring to fig. 1 to 10 together, the connector according to the present invention will now be described. The connector includes: a lower housing 11, an upper housing 12 covering the lower housing 11; the upper shell 12 and the lower shell 11 enclose to form an accommodating cavity 13, and the lower shell 11 is provided with a wire passing hole 113 communicated with the accommodating cavity 13; a first conductive terminal 651 and a second conductive terminal 652 are disposed on the lower housing 11 in the accommodating cavity 13, and a third conductive terminal 641 and a fourth conductive terminal 642 are disposed on the upper housing 12 in the accommodating cavity 13; when the upper housing 12 is covered on the lower housing 11, the first conductive terminal 651 is in contact with and electrically connected to the third conductive terminal 641, and the second conductive terminal 652 is in contact with and electrically connected to the fourth conductive terminal 642; the third conductive terminal 641 is electrically connected to the fourth conductive terminal 642; the upper shell 12 is detachably fixed on the lower shell 11 through a fastening mechanism.
Thus, when the upper housing 12 is covered on the lower housing 11, the first conductive terminal 651 is electrically connected to the third conductive terminal 641, and the second conductive terminal 652 is electrically connected to the fourth conductive terminal 642, so that the first conductive terminal 651 transmits electricity to the second conductive terminal 652 through the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642 to output power to the outside; and because the upper housing 12 is detachably fixed on the lower housing 11 through the fastening mechanism, the upper housing 12 is separated from the lower housing 11, and the electrical connection between the first conductive terminal 651 and the second conductive terminal 652 can be disconnected, i.e., the electrical connection or disconnection between the first conductive terminal 651 and the second conductive terminal 652 is very convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, a positioning seat 42 is disposed on the lower housing 11 in the accommodating cavity 13, the positioning seat 42 is provided with a first assembling hole 421 for the first conductive terminal 651 to be clamped in, and the positioning seat 42 is provided with a second assembling hole 422 for the second conductive terminal 652 to be clamped in.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the third conductive terminal 641 is electrically connected to the fourth conductive terminal 642 through an overcurrent protector 5; a buffer member 81 is arranged between the overcurrent protector 5 and the housing. Thus, the third conducting terminal 641 and the fourth conducting terminal 642 are electrically connected through the overcurrent protector 5, current flows between the third conducting terminal 641 and the fourth conducting terminal 642, and the overcurrent protector 5 prevents the current between the third conducting terminal 641 and the fourth conducting terminal 642 from being too large; the over-current protector 5 and the upper shell 12 are separated by a buffer 81 to reduce the vibration of the over-current protector 5, so that the over-current protector 5 is protected.
Wherein in one embodiment the over-current protector 5 has a predetermined current threshold.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the overcurrent protector 5 is a fuse. Thus, the fuse opens when the current reaches the current threshold.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the buffer 81 is a block of silicone. Therefore, the silica gel block is low in cost, good in elasticity and good in insulativity.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as a specific embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the housing is provided with a positioning plate 82, the positioning plate 82 is provided with a mounting hole 821, and the buffer member 81 is inserted into the mounting hole 821. Thus, the buffer member 81 is inserted into the mounting hole 821 of the positioning plate 82, and the stability of the position of the buffer member 81 is ensured.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the mounting hole 821 is a rectangular hole. Thus, the rectangular hole is easy to process, and the rectangular cushion member 81 is not easy to rotate when being arranged in the rectangular hole.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the cross-section of the buffer 81 is rectangular, and the cross-section of the buffer 81 is the same as the mounting hole 821. Thus, the cushion member 81 is less likely to shake in the mounting hole 821.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the buffer 81 abuts against the overcurrent protector 5. So, the bolster 81 and the overcurrent protector 5 between the contact closely, promoted overcurrent protector 5's stability.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the buffer 81 is in contact with a central region of the overcurrent protector 5. Thus, when the buffer member 81 applies an external force to the overcurrent protector 5, the buffer member 81 can more effectively support the overcurrent protector 5 and maintain the stability of the overcurrent protector 5.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the positioning plate 82 is spaced apart from the upper housing 12, and/or the positioning plate 82 is spaced apart from the overcurrent protector 5. As such, the positioning plate 82 is spaced apart from the upper case 12 to release the buffer 81/positioning plate 82 from deformation, and the positioning plate 82 is spaced apart from the overcurrent protector 5 to release the buffer 81/positioning plate 82 from deformation.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 is a plate and the fourth conductive terminal 642 is a plate. In this manner, the first conductive terminal 651 is electrically connected to an external device, and the second conductive terminal 652 is electrically connected to an external device.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the first conductive terminal 651 includes a first conductive sheet 311, a second conductive sheet 312 spaced apart from the first conductive sheet 311, a first reinforcing plate 321, and a second reinforcing plate 322; the first reinforcing plate 321 is attached to the first conductive sheet 311, and the second reinforcing plate 322 is attached to the second conductive sheet 312; the first reinforcing plate 321 is fixed to the first conductive plate 311 by a first fastener, and the second reinforcing plate 322 is fixed to the second conductive plate 312 by a second fastener. Thus, the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312 are arranged at intervals to clamp an external object to realize conductive connection; the first reinforcing plate 321 is attached to the first conductive sheet 311 to enhance the bending strength of the first conductive sheet 311; the second reinforcing plate 322 is attached to the second conductive sheet 312 to enhance the bending strength of the second conductive sheet 312; the first reinforcing plate 321 is fixed on the first conductive plate 311 through a first fastener, so that the first reinforcing plate 321 and the first conductive plate 311 are in closer contact; the second reinforcing plate 322 is fixed to the second conductive plate 312 by a second fastener, so that the second reinforcing plate 322 and the second conductive plate 312 are in close contact.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the first conductive sheet 311 is an elastic sheet, and the second conductive sheet 312 is an elastic sheet. As such, the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312 are in contact with an external object more closely.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first conductive sheet 311 is a copper sheet and the second conductive sheet 312 is a copper sheet. Thus, copper has good conductivity.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first notch 3111 is formed on the first conductive sheet 311, and/or the second notch 3121 is formed on the second conductive sheet 312. Thus, the first notch 3111 can release the stress of the first conductive sheet 311, and the second notch 3121 can release the stress of the first conductive sheet 311.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first reinforcing plate 321 has a third notch, and the second reinforcing plate 322 has a fourth notch. Thus, the third notch can release the stress of the first reinforcing plate 321, and the fourth notch can release the stress of the first reinforcing plate 321.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first notch 3111 coincides with the third notch. Thus, the deformation degree of the first conductive sheet 311 and the first reinforcing plate 321 is easily kept consistent.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the second notch 3121 coincides with the fourth notch. In this way, the deformation degree of the second conductive sheet 312 and the second reinforcing plate 322 can be easily kept consistent.
Specifically, in one embodiment, a base 33 is further included, and the base 33 is sandwiched between the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312. In this way, the base 33 can support the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312, and the base 33 is clamped between the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312, which is beneficial to keeping the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312 stable.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first conductive sheet 311 has thereon a first protrusion 3112 protruding toward the second conductive sheet 312; the second conductive sheet 312 has a second protruding portion 3122 protruding toward the first conductive sheet 311. In this way, when an external object is caught between the first conductive sheet 311 and the second conductive sheet 312, the external object can easily contact with the first protruding portion 3112 to enhance the contact tightness between the external object and the first conductive sheet 311, and the external object can easily contact with the second protruding portion 3122 to enhance the contact tightness between the external object and the second conductive sheet 312.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 is a conductive plate, and/or the fourth conductive terminal 642 is a conductive plate. Thus, the plate-shaped third conductive terminal 641 is more firmly and durably contacted with the first conductive terminal 651, and the plate-shaped fourth conductive terminal 642 is more firmly and durably contacted with the second conductive terminal 652.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 is L-shaped, and/or the fourth conductive terminal 642 is L-shaped. Thus, the L-shaped third conductive terminal 641 is not easily deformed; the L-shaped fourth conductive terminal 642 is not easily deformed.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first conductive terminal 651 is provided with a conductive stud fixed to the lower housing 11, and the conductive stud is provided with a conductive screw 66 screwed with the conductive stud. In this manner, the external cable can be secured to the stud by the conductive screw 66 to form an electrical connection.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first fastener is a first rivet and the second fastener is a second rivet. Thus, the rivet is relatively firm.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, the fastening mechanism includes: a handle 71 pivotally connected to the upper housing 12 by a pivot 72; a sliding groove 73 is formed in the lower housing 11, an inlet is formed at one end of the sliding groove 73, and a rod body 74 which is used for sliding into the sliding groove 73 and sliding along the sliding groove 73 is arranged on the handle 71. Thus, after the upper shell 12 is folded on the lower shell 11, the handle 71 pivoted on the upper shell 12 through the pivot 72 can rotate, and the handle 71 is provided with the rod body 74; a sliding groove 73 for the rod body 74 to slide into is arranged on the lower shell 11, and the rod body 74 slides along the sliding groove 73 in the rotating process of the handle 71; the locking between the upper shell 12 and the lower shell 11 is enhanced when the rod 74 slides into the sliding groove 73.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, an edge of an inlet of the slide groove 73 has a guide surface 731 for guiding the rod 74 to slide into the slide groove 73. Thus, the entrance of the slide groove 73 has a guide surface 731, which facilitates the rod body 74 to slide along the guide surface 731 from the entrance into the slide groove 73.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, as an embodiment of the connector provided by the present invention, a limiting member 75 is disposed on the lower housing 11 and located on a rotation path of the rod 74 rotating around the pivot 72. Thus, the limiting member 75 can limit the rod 74 during the rotation of the rod 74.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the lower housing 11 is provided with a support surface connected to the guide surface 731. When the rod 74 touches the supporting surface in the process of covering the upper housing 11 on the lower housing 12, the conductive terminals on the upper housing 11 are electrically connected with the conductive terminals on the lower housing 12.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the upper housing 11 and/or the lower housing 12 are made of aluminum alloy to perform a shielding function.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the housing further includes a positioning seat 42, a first conductive terminal 651, a second conductive terminal 652, a third conductive terminal 641, and a fourth conductive terminal 642 disposed on the lower housing 11 in the accommodating cavity 13; the positioning seat 42 is provided with a first assembling hole 421 for the first conductive terminal 651 to be clamped in, and the positioning seat 42 is provided with a second assembling hole 422 for the second conductive terminal 652 to be clamped in; the upper housing 12 is provided with a third conductive terminal 641 for being inserted into the first conductive terminal 651 and a fourth conductive terminal 642 for being inserted into the second conductive terminal 652; the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642 are electrically connected to each other. Thus, the lower housing 11 is provided with the first conductive terminal 651 and the second conductive terminal 652, and the upper housing 12 is provided with the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642; the third conductive terminal 641 is conductively connected to the fourth conductive terminal 642, and the external cable can be connected to the first conductive terminal 651 through the wire hole 113 on the lower housing 11; when the upper housing 12 is folded on the lower cover, the third conductive terminals 641 are inserted into the first conductive terminals 651, the fourth conductive terminals 642 are inserted into the second conductive terminals 652, and the first conductive terminals 651 form a current loop through the third conductive terminals 641, the fourth conductive terminals 642 and the second conductive terminals 652; when the upper housing 12 is separated from the lower cover, the first conductive terminal 651 is disconnected from the third conductive terminal 641, and the second conductive terminal 652 is disconnected from the fourth conductive terminal 642; that is, the closing/opening of the current path can be very conveniently performed by the closing/separating of the upper case 12 and the lower case 11.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the mounting hole 821 opens at a central region of the positioning plate 82. In this way, when an external force is applied to the cushion member 81 positioned in the mounting hole 821 and the positioning plate 82, the shape of the positioning plate 82 can be kept stable. Specifically, in one embodiment, the central region of the positioning plate 82 is overhead. In this manner, the positioning plate 82 is easily released from vibration during the vibration.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642 are L-shaped. Thus, the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642 are anti-bent.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 extends and bends toward a direction away from the housing, and the fourth conductive terminal 642 extends and bends toward a direction away from the housing. Thus, the third conductive terminal 641 and the fourth conductive terminal 642 are conveniently electrically matched with other terminals on the outer side of the housing.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the over-current protector 5 is located between the third conducting terminal 641 and the fourth conducting terminal 642. Thus, the third and fourth conducting terminals 641 and 642 can protect the overcurrent protector 5.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the positioning plate 82 is spaced from the upper housing 12 by a first distance, the positioning plate 82 is spaced from the overcurrent protector 5 by a second distance, and the first distance is greater than the second distance. In this manner, the positioning plate 82 is reduced from hitting the housing during vibration.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the overcurrent protector 5 has a first plane, and the buffer member 81 has a second plane, and the second plane abuts against the first plane. Thus, the buffer member 81 and the overcurrent protector 5 are in close contact with each other.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the third conductive terminal 641 abuts against and is supported on the positioning plate 82, and the fourth conductive terminal 642 abuts against and is supported on the positioning plate 82. Thus, the vibration of the third conductive terminal 641 can be effectively transmitted to the positioning plate 82 for offsetting, and the vibration of the fourth conductive terminal 642 can be effectively transmitted to the positioning plate 82 for offsetting.
