Abstract
The invention discloses a code allocation-free voice remote control method with convenient operation, which comprises the following steps: s1, storing a command code library comprising brand and equipment category classifications in a storage device; s2, setting a brand identification command word, wherein the brand identification command word comprises brand information and equipment category information; s3, the user sends out a brand identification command word, and the remote control terminal identifies brand information and equipment category in the brand identification command word; and sending out a starting code corresponding to the brand and the equipment; s4, the user continues to send out subsequent command words, and the remote control terminal sends out remote control codes of corresponding commands of all models of the brand equipment in the command code library by identifying the subsequent command words; the corresponding device executes the command. The invention can carry out voice control without adapting the original remote controller of the electric appliance to realize voice remote control in advance, and can not realize wireless remote control due to different brands, models and the like, thereby reducing the operation complexity and improving the multiplexing and the applicability of the remote controller.

s3, the user sends out a brand identification command word, and the remote control terminal identifies the brand information and the equipment category in the brand identification command word and marks the brand information and the equipment category; sending out a starting code corresponding to the brand and the equipment; after receiving the starting code, the corresponding equipment enters a starting state;
s4, the user continues to send out subsequent command words, the remote control terminal sends out the remote control codes of corresponding commands of all the models of the marked brand equipment in the command code library by identifying the subsequent command words, the corresponding equipment executes the commands after receiving the remote control codes corresponding to the equipment, and if the command words are not the command words of the corresponding brand equipment identified previously, the steps S3-S4 are repeated after continuously waiting for or identifying new brand identification command words.
Preferably, the command code library comprises four layers of indexes, namely brands, equipment types, models and remote control codes.
Preferably, in step S4, the remote control codes of the commands of the same brand and different models are transmitted only once.
Preferably, the remote control code in step S4 is a wireless signal in any form of infrared, ZIGBEE, or WIFI.
The voice remote control method has the following advantages that:
the method utilizes information combinations familiar to users such as brands, equipment and the like to select and awaken corresponding equipment and call corresponding remote control codes, and can realize voice control without the need of looking up specific models by the users, so that the users can accept the voice control conveniently.
The voice control can be carried out without adapting the original remote controller of the electric appliance to be subjected to voice remote control in advance, wireless remote control cannot be realized due to different brands, models and the like, the original remote controller can be used even if the original remote controller is lost, the operation complexity is reduced, and the multiplexing and the applicability of the remote controller are improved.

The following provides a more detailed description of the present invention.
The invention is based on the remote control operation of equipment by using a remote control terminal capable of transmitting wireless remote control signals, such as a remote controller, and the voice control of the behavior of the remote control terminal is carried out by using voice signals; after the remote control terminal recognizes the command word corresponding to the voice signal, it sends out a remote control code for executing the command corresponding to the command word, so as to implement the remote control operation of voice control, as shown in fig. 3.
The voice remote control method with convenient operation, as shown in figure 1, comprises the following steps:
s1, storing a command code library including brand and equipment category classifications in a storage device;
the storage device can be arranged on the remote control terminal, can also be arranged on the equipment, or can be arranged on a server which is in wireless communication with the remote control terminal. The remote control terminal is provided with a remote control code emitter and a voice recognition module in signal connection with the remote control terminal, voice signals are recognized through the voice recognition module and converted into corresponding command words to be sent to remote control code emitting equipment, the remote control code emitter sends remote control codes corresponding to the command words to the equipment, and remote control code information is stored in a command code library.
A typical command code library is shown in FIG. 2, and includes four levels of indexing, the first level being different brands, such as Haier, Mei, Gemini, etc.; the second layer is equipment information, such as air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and the like, for example, after a hail brand is selected, all equipment under the hail brand, such as the hail air conditioner, the hail refrigerator and the hail washing machine, can be read.
The third layer is different models of the same equipment, the fourth layer is preset remote control codes for various models, and each remote control code corresponds to a specific command, such as starting up, shutting down, increasing sound, increasing temperature and the like. With the addition of new products and new functions, the command code library can be updated at any time.
S2, setting a brand recognition command word, wherein the brand recognition command word comprises brand information and equipment category information, and the execution command corresponding to the brand recognition command word is as follows: the brand and device category are identified and a boot code is issued.
Generally speaking, users have very clear knowledge of brands and equipment types of electric appliances, for example, users see an air conditioner internal unit, and can quickly recognize that the air conditioner is a lattice air conditioner through trademarks on the internal unit, while general users do not care about specific models and are difficult to remember.
Typical brand identification command words are brand name + equipment category, such as hail refrigerator, gelf conditioner, etc.
S3, the user sends out a brand identification command word, and the remote control terminal identifies the brand information and the equipment category in the brand identification command word and marks the brand information and the equipment category; and after the brand name and the equipment type are identified, the remote control terminal sends out a corresponding boot code to perform boot operation on the equipment.
S4, the user continues to send out subsequent command words, the remote control terminal identifies the subsequent command words and sends out remote control codes of corresponding commands of all models of the brand equipment according to the brand name and the equipment type marked in the operation;
for example, a user firstly sends out a brand identification command word of the lattice air conditioner, the remote control terminal opens the adjacent lattice air conditioner, the remote control terminal marks all command words corresponding to the lattice air conditioner, then the user continuously sends out the command word of 26 ℃, and the remote control terminal controls the remote control code emitter to send out all remote control codes, corresponding to the lattice air conditioner, adjusted to 26 ℃, to the lattice air conditioner, so that the air conditioner adjusts the temperature to 26 ℃.
If the user subsequently mistakenly utters the command word "sound increase" commonly used by the tv, since the command word "sound increase" is not included in the command words corresponding to the "lattice air conditioner" brand equipment, it is impossible to mark the command word in step S3, so the system recognizes the "sound increase", but cannot find the command word "sound increase" in the marked command words, and thus the system does not utter the corresponding remote control code.
In order to facilitate the operation of a user, the situation that the user can make corresponding operation only by speaking a specific model is avoided; in this step, after the subsequent command words are identified, the remote control terminal controls the remote control code transmitter to send out the remote control codes of all models corresponding to the commands, namely, the remote control codes of the commands of' 26 ℃ of all the lattice force air conditioners.
The firing order may be in the order of time of market and starting with the latest product first.
If the corresponding command remote control codes of the same brand and different models are the same, the command remote control codes are only sent once. For example, the command word "26 degrees celsius" of the lattice air conditioner is the same in the remote control codes in all the lattice air conditioner models, and the remote control code is transmitted only once.
The sending time interval of each infrared remote control code is within 10 milliseconds, and even if 100 different models exist, the total sending time is accumulated for less than 1 second, so that the user experience is not influenced.
If not, steps S3-S4 are repeated after continuing to wait for or recognize a new brand identification command word.
For example, if the user continues to issue a command word "sound becomes large" and the remote control terminal recognizes that the command word is not a command word for a lattice air conditioner, it continues to wait.
For example, if the user finds that the user actually wants to wake up the hail television in the room, the user re-issues a new brand identification command word "hail television", and the remote control terminal continues to wait for a subsequent command word conforming to the corresponding brand device after recognizing the new brand identification command word.
The remote control code in the step S4 is a wireless signal in any one of infrared, ZIGBEE, and WIFI.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The voice infrared remote controller of the air conditioner is pre-stored with infrared remote control codes of various brands and stored in a classified manner, wherein the classification comprises four layers of indexes, the first layer is different brands, and the second layer is different equipment under the same brand, such as a refrigerator, a television, an air conditioner and the like; the third layer is remote control commands of different models of the same equipment with the same brand, and the third layer is remote control commands of different models.
For example, under the brand a, there are products such as televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, etc., where the brand a air conditioner includes three models a1, a2, A3, and each model includes four remote control commands of turning on, turning off, heating up, and cooling down.
The user sends out the awakening word of the air conditioner A, the voice infrared remote controller recognizes the brand word A and the equipment word air conditioner, and the response voice is broadcasted out, such as 'clear air conditioner A'. The user then sends a 'startup' command word; after the voice infrared remote controller recognizes the 'startup' command word, the infrared remote control codes of the 'startup' of all air conditioners under the brand A are called and all sent in sequence, wherein one remote control code is bound to accord with the type of the current equipment air conditioner, and the air conditioner executes the startup command after receiving the remote control code.
The same equipment air conditioners of the same brand may have the remote control codes of the same commands of different models which are completely the same, and the same remote control codes can be merged and only sent once, for example, the infrared remote control codes for starting the air conditioners of A1 and A2 which are completely the same are only sent once.

s3, the user sends out a brand identification command word, and the remote control terminal identifies the brand information and the equipment category in the brand identification command word and marks the brand information and the equipment category; sending out a starting code corresponding to the brand and the equipment; after receiving the starting code, the corresponding equipment enters a starting state;
s4, the user continues to send out subsequent command words, the remote control terminal sends out the remote control codes of corresponding commands of all the models of the marked brand equipment in the command code library by identifying the subsequent command words, the corresponding equipment executes the commands after receiving the remote control codes corresponding to the equipment, and if the command words are not the command words of the corresponding brand equipment identified previously, the steps S3-S4 are repeated after continuously waiting for or identifying new brand identification command words.
