Abstract

Background
Money Laundering (Money laudering) refers to the act of formally legalizing the law enforcement and the revenues it generates, by masking, hiding, and by various means the source and nature thereof. For example, assuming that the supervision frequency corresponding to U4 is 2, each resource identifier in the transaction resource description information included in X1 is a2, b3, for transactions X6, X7 initiated by U4 to U8, U9 in sequence after the transaction time included in X1, the block chain node may add a subfield "Sub 2" to X6, X7 to indicate the mapping resource description information, and the subfields "Sub 2" added to X6, X7 indicate each resource identifier in the mapping resource description information included in X6, X7 to be a2, b3, respectively.
Accordingly, in one possible implementation, if the regulatory agency determines that an account is a target account for which money laundering behavior exists based on the individual transactions stored in the blockchain that have been determined to be regulated transactions, or otherwise, the regulatory agency may send a query request containing the target account to the blockchain network through the regulatory system. Then, the block chain link points can determine at least one target transaction from all the transactions stored in the block chain, wherein the target transaction is a determined supervised transaction, and a collection account of the target transaction is a target account; for each target transaction, determining at least one current transaction from the transactions stored in the block chain, wherein each resource identifier in mapping resource description information contained in the current transaction is the same as each resource identifier in transaction resource description information contained in the target transaction; the terminal device 20 or the monitoring system 30 is provided with each target transaction and each current transaction corresponding to each target transaction respectively.
In a more specific example, the query request containing the target account may be a transaction for invoking an intelligent contract, which may contain code for executing a predetermined transaction, which may include: determining at least one target transaction from each transaction stored in the blockchain according to a target account included in the transaction for calling the intelligent contract, wherein the target transaction is a determined supervised transaction, and a collection account of the target transaction is a target account; for each target transaction, determining at least one current transaction from the transactions stored in the block chain, wherein each resource identifier in mapping resource description information contained in the current transaction is the same as each resource identifier in transaction resource description information contained in the target transaction; the terminal device 20 or the monitoring system 30 is provided with each target transaction and each current transaction corresponding to each target transaction respectively.
Still referring to fig. 5, if account U2 is determined to be a target account for which money laundering behavior exists, target transaction Z may be first determined, and then current transactions X1, X2, X3 mapping respective resource identifiers in resource description information as a1, b1, b2 may be determined according to respective resource identifiers a1, b1, b2 in transaction resource description information included in target transaction Z, so as to provide Z1, X1, X2, X3 to supervisory system 30 or terminal device 20. Based on similar principles, the transactions X6, X7 may also be provided to the supervisory system 30 or the terminal device 20.
It is understood that accounts U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U8 and U9 contained in Z1, X1, X2, X3, X6 and X7 can form a diversion path of the digital legal token as shown in FIG. 5.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the data structure of the transaction received by the block link point 101 from the terminal device and the data structure of the transaction stored in the block chain are exemplarily described, but each transaction may further include a field and a sub-field for indicating other information, and the names of each field and sub-field do not constitute a limitation to the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The method provided in any of the embodiments of the present application is based on the same concept, and a blockchain-based transaction management device, which can be disposed in a blockchain link point 101 as shown in fig. 1, is also provided in the embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the blockchain-based transaction management apparatus may include at least:
a transaction receiving unit 601, configured to receive a transaction to be stored to a blockchain;
a first determining unit 602, configured to determine, when at least one first transaction is stored in the blockchain, a second transaction from each first transaction, where the first transaction includes a same payment account as a payment account included in the transaction, the first transaction is a determined supervised transaction, a transaction time included in the second transaction is a maximum value in the transaction time included in each first transaction, the second transaction further includes transaction resource description information, the transaction resource description information includes at least one resource identifier, and each resource identifier is used to uniquely identify a preset number of digital french coins in a corresponding hierarchical statistical unit;
a second determining unit 603, configured to determine a cumulative number of a third transaction stored in the blockchain, where the payment account included in the third transaction is the same as the payment account included in the transaction, and a transaction time included in the third transaction is greater than a transaction time included in the second transaction;
a supervision frequency determining unit 604, configured to determine a supervision frequency corresponding to a payment account included in the second transaction;
a storage processing unit 605, configured to, if the supervision frequency is greater than the accumulated number, store the transaction including mapping resource description information to a blockchain, and determine the transaction as a supervised transaction, where each resource identifier in the mapping resource description information included in the transaction is the same as each resource identifier in the transaction resource description information included in the second transaction.
In a possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a transaction quantity determination unit, wherein the transaction quantity determination unit is used for determining the transaction quantity of the digital legal currency contained in the transaction under the condition that at least one first transaction is not stored in the blockchain;
the storage processing unit 605 is further configured to determine the transaction as a supervised transaction if the transaction quantity is greater than a set value, and store the transaction to the block chain.
In a possible implementation manner, the storage processing unit 605 is further configured to store the transaction to the block chain if the transaction amount is smaller than or equal to a set value.
In a possible implementation, the storage processing unit 605 is further configured to store the transaction to the blockchain if the supervision frequency is less than or equal to the accumulated number.
In one possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the query request receiving unit is used for receiving a query request containing a target account;
a third determining unit, configured to determine at least one target transaction from the transactions stored in the blockchain, where the target transaction is a determined supervised transaction, and a collection account of the target transaction is the target account;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine, for each target transaction, at least one current transaction from among the transactions stored in the block chain, where each resource identifier in mapping resource description information included in the current transaction is the same as each resource identifier in transaction resource description information included in the target transaction;
and the data providing unit is used for providing each target transaction and each current transaction corresponding to each target transaction respectively.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, a computer program corresponding to these functions may be stored in a computer-readable medium or transmitted as one or more instructions/codes on a computer-readable medium, so that when the computer program corresponding to these functions is executed by a computer, the method described in any one of the embodiments of the present invention is implemented by the computer.
Accordingly, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided in an embodiment of the present application, and has a computer program stored thereon, when the computer program is executed in a computing device, the computing device implements the blockchain-based transaction management method provided in any one of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computing device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores executable codes, and when the processor executes the executable codes, the transaction management method based on the blockchain provided in any embodiment of the present application is implemented.
The various embodiments in this application are described in a progressive manner, and like parts in the various embodiments can be referred to one another, and each embodiment will be described with emphasis on differences from other embodiments. In particular, the apparatus/device/system embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, so that the description is simple, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present application has been presented. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made on the basis of the technical solutions of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A blockchain based transaction management method, the method comprising:
receiving a transaction to be stored to a blockchain;
under the condition that at least one first transaction is stored in the blockchain, determining a second transaction from each first transaction, wherein a collection account included in the first transaction is the same as a payment account included in the transaction, the first transaction is a determined supervised transaction, a transaction moment included in the second transaction is a maximum value in the transaction moments included in each first transaction, the second transaction also includes transaction resource description information, the transaction resource description information includes at least one resource identifier, and each resource identifier is used for uniquely identifying a preset number of digital legal coins in a corresponding hierarchical statistical unit;
determining the accumulated amount of a third transaction stored in the blockchain, wherein the third transaction comprises the same payment account as the transaction, and the transaction time of the third transaction is greater than the transaction time of the second transaction;
determining the supervision frequency corresponding to the payment account contained in the second transaction;
and if the supervision frequency is greater than the accumulated quantity, storing the transaction containing mapping resource description information into a blockchain, and determining the transaction as a supervised transaction, wherein each resource identifier in the mapping resource description information contained in the transaction is the same as each resource identifier in the transaction resource description information contained in the second transaction.
2. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a transaction amount of a digital legal instrument contained in the transaction in the case that at least one first transaction is not stored in the blockchain;
and if the transaction quantity is larger than a set value, determining the transaction as a supervised transaction, and storing the transaction to the block chain.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: and storing the transaction to the block chain when the transaction quantity is less than or equal to a set numerical value.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising: storing the transaction to the blockchain if the supervision frequency is less than or equal to the cumulative amount.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a query request containing a target account;
determining at least one target transaction from the transactions stored in the blockchain, wherein the target transaction is a determined supervised transaction, and a payment receiving account of the target transaction is the target account;
for each target transaction, determining at least one current transaction from the transactions stored in the block chain, wherein each resource identifier in mapping resource description information included in the current transaction is the same as each resource identifier in transaction resource description information included in the target transaction;
and providing each target transaction and each current transaction corresponding to each target transaction respectively.
6. A blockchain-based transaction management apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a transaction receiving unit for receiving a transaction to be stored to the blockchain;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, when at least one first transaction is stored in the blockchain, a second transaction from each first transaction, where a collection account included in the first transaction is the same as a payment account included in the transaction, the first transaction is a determined supervised transaction, a transaction time included in the second transaction is a maximum value in the transaction times included in each first transaction, the second transaction further includes transaction resource description information, the transaction resource description information includes at least one resource identifier, and each resource identifier is used to uniquely identify a preset number of digital legal coins in a corresponding hierarchical statistic unit;
a second determining unit, configured to determine a cumulative number of third transactions stored in the blockchain, where a payment account included in the third transactions is the same as a payment account included in the transactions, and a transaction time included in the third transactions is greater than a transaction time included in the second transactions;
the supervision frequency determining unit is used for determining the supervision frequency corresponding to the payment account contained in the second transaction;
and the storage processing unit is used for storing the transaction containing mapping resource description information to a blockchain and determining the transaction as a supervised transaction under the condition that the supervision frequency is greater than the accumulated quantity, wherein each resource identifier in the mapping resource description information contained in the transaction is the same as each resource identifier in the transaction resource description information contained in the second transaction.
7. The apparatus of claim 6,
the device further comprises: a transaction amount determination unit, wherein,
the transaction quantity determining unit is used for determining the transaction quantity of the digital legal currency contained in the transaction under the condition that at least one first transaction is not stored in the blockchain;
the storage processing unit is further configured to determine the transaction as a supervised transaction and store the transaction to the block chain when the transaction quantity is greater than a set numerical value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the storage processing unit is further configured to store the transaction to the block chain when the transaction amount is less than or equal to a set value.
9. The apparatus of claim 6,
the storage processing unit is further configured to store the transaction to the blockchain if the supervision frequency is less than or equal to the accumulated number.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 9,
the device further comprises:
the query request receiving unit is used for receiving a query request containing a target account;
a third determining unit, configured to determine at least one target transaction from the transactions stored in the blockchain, where the target transaction is a determined supervised transaction, and a payment receiving account of the target transaction is the target account;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine, for each target transaction, at least one current transaction from among the transactions stored in the block chain, where each resource identifier in mapping resource description information included in the current transaction is the same as each resource identifier in transaction resource description information included in the target transaction;
and the data providing unit is used for providing each target transaction and each current transaction corresponding to each target transaction respectively.
