Examples
As shown in fig. 1, a system architecture is provided for the present application, comprising: the system comprises a commodity quantity management subsystem, a commodity quantity management subsystem and a commodity quantity management subsystem, wherein advertisement putting data of target advertisements are stored in the commodity quantity management subsystem; the commodity quantity management subsystem is in communication connection with each advertisement putting platform and is used for obtaining the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform and the quantity of the remaining commodities of the platform, so that the commodity quantity distribution value of each advertisement putting platform is obtained according to the quantity of the remaining commodities of the platform, the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform, the total advertisement putting duration and the quantity of the commodities in the advertisement putting data, and further the commodity quantity of each advertisement putting platform is adjusted and distributed in real time according to the commodity quantity distribution value.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for allocating advertisement commodities provided in the first aspect of this embodiment is suitable for commodity inventory management of information-based advertisement delivery, and is capable of acquiring, in real time, an advertisement delivery benefit value of each advertisement delivery platform within a delivery duration of starting a target advertisement delivery, and a platform remaining commodity number (for example, an advertisement delivery benefit value and a platform remaining commodity number of a hundred degrees, a tremble, a today's headline, a google browser, a 360 browser, and/or the like) after the delivery duration, and further obtaining a commodity number allocation value of each advertisement delivery platform according to the above data, so as to adjust and allocate, in real time, the commodity number of each advertisement delivery platform according to the commodity number allocation value, and avoid a situation that the advertisement continues to be delivered due to sale of a commodity.
The method for distributing advertisement products provided in this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S101 to S105.
S101, obtaining advertisement putting data of the target advertisement.
Step S101 is a process of acquiring advertisement placement data of the target advertisement, so as to provide a data basis for calculation of subsequent commodity quantity allocation values.
In this embodiment, the example advertisement delivery data may include, but is not limited to: the total advertisement putting time and the number of commodities distributed by each advertisement putting platform; of course, other information may also be included, such as: the total number of advertisement commodities, commodity names associated with the advertisements, the advertisement ID, the advertisement name and/or the advertisement delivery platform delivering the advertisements.
For example, the name of an example advertisement is: the Luoco special-price water cup has the ID of 00022 and the total time of advertisement putting corresponding to the Luoco special-price water cup is 48 hours; the commercial names associated with advertisements are: luoco 5 shake a shake quick cooling cup intelligence heat preservation portable drinking cup send friend birthday gift: the total number of commodities is 5000; the advertisement putting platform is as follows: hundredths, today's headlines and trembles, and the number of products allocated to hundredths is 500; the number of commodities allocated to the top of today is 1500; the number of products allocated to the tremblers was 3000. In this embodiment, the advertisement delivery data may be, but is not limited to, stored in the database by the budget of the advertisement delivery staff; such as a database in the product quantity management subsystem.
After the advertisement putting data of the target advertisement is obtained, step S102 may be performed to obtain the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform.
S102, obtaining an advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform within the putting duration of starting the target advertisement putting, wherein the advertisement putting benefit value is used for representing budget consumed by any advertisement putting platform for selling a commodity.
Step S102, acquiring the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform within the putting duration from the beginning of target advertisement putting; for example, if the hectometer advertisement delivery platform has delivered the target advertisement for 9.33 hours in a cumulative manner from the beginning, the delivered time is 9.33 hours, and the hectometer advertisement delivery benefit value is the advertisement delivery benefit value within 9.33 hours.
In this embodiment, the advertisement placement benefit value refers to: the smaller the advertisement delivery benefit value is, the lower the delivery cost required for selling a commodity is, and the more the number of the commodities sold is, the better the delivery effect is under the same budget condition.
For example, again taking hundredths, today's headlines and trembles as examples, assume that the profit value for a hundred degree ad placement is 131.45 yuan/one (i.e., representing a placement cost of 131.45 yuan for selling a good at a hundred degree); the advertisement putting benefit value of the today's top is 89.2 yuan/one (namely, 89.2 yuan is needed for selling a commodity on the today's top); the advertising benefit value of the tremble is 112.6 yuan/one (namely, the cost of putting is 112.6 yuan for selling a commodity on the tremble); therefore, from the above data, the cost of selling a commodity is the lowest in the current day, and the commodity is sold the most and the putting effect is the best under the same budget condition.
After the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform is obtained, step S103 may be performed.
S103, obtaining the quantity of the remaining commodities of each advertisement putting platform after the putting duration.
Step S103 is to obtain the number of remaining commodities of each advertisement putting platform after the putting time of each advertisement putting platform has been put, that is, the number of remaining commodities of the platform.
Taking the three advertisement delivery platforms as an example, assuming that the delivery time of one hundred degrees is 9.33 hours, and the delivery time of the current top is 24.62 hours; and the delivered duration of the trembler is 28.89 hours.
Then, the remaining commodity quantity of the platform of hundred degrees is the commodity quantity (for example, 74 remaining) left after 9.33 hours of delivery; similarly, the remaining quantity of the platform for the current top is the quantity of the commodities left after 24.62 hours of delivery (for example, 65 commodities remain); the number of remaining commodities on the trembling platform is the number of commodities (for example, 922 commodities) remaining after 28.89 hours of delivery.
After the remaining commodity quantity of each advertisement putting platform is obtained, step S104 may be performed to calculate the commodity quantity distribution value of each advertisement putting platform, so as to perform real-time distribution of the commodity quantity according to the commodity quantity distribution value.
S104, obtaining a commodity quantity distribution value of each advertisement putting platform according to the total advertisement putting time, the commodity quantity, the platform residual commodity quantity and the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform.
In this embodiment, the commodity quantity distribution value represents a commodity distribution value of an advertisement delivery platform, and is obtained by combining the real-time data (such as the number of remaining commodities on the platform, the advertisement delivery benefit value, and the like) of each advertisement delivery platform in the delivery time length with the advertisement delivery data (such as the total advertisement delivery time length, the number of commodities, and the like) of the target advertisement, and can be changed according to the change of the delivery time length, so that the real-time adjustment of the number of commodities on each advertisement delivery platform can be performed according to the obtained commodity quantity distribution value.
After the distribution value of the number of commodities of each advertisement putting platform is obtained, the number of commodities can be adjusted, as shown in step S105.
And S105, distributing the number of the commodities to each advertisement putting platform according to the distribution value of the number of the commodities.
For example, if the distribution value of the quantity of the commodities of the hundred degrees is 200, it indicates that after the putting duration is up, the commodity inventory of the advertisement putting platform of the hundred degrees needs to be changed into 200; for another example, if the distribution value of the quantity of the top item of today is 500, it indicates that after the putting duration has elapsed, the inventory of the top item of today's goods on the advertisement putting platform needs to be changed to 500; if the value of the allocated quantity of the commodities with the tremble is 150, it means that after the putting time is long, the inventory of the commodities of the advertisement putting platform with the tremble needs to be changed to 150.
Therefore, by the advertisement commodity distribution method described in detail in the foregoing steps S101 to S105, the present invention can calculate the commodity quantity distribution value of each advertisement delivery platform in real time according to the real-time data in each advertisement delivery platform in the advertisement delivery process, and further can adjust the commodity quantity on each advertisement delivery platform in real time according to the commodity quantity distribution value, thereby avoiding the problem that the commodity is sold out and the advertisement is continuously delivered, and saving the advertisement delivery cost.
Next, a specific calculation method of the advertisement placement benefit value is provided for the present embodiment, which may be, but is not limited to, the following steps S102a and S102b.
S102a, obtaining an advertisement putting consumption budget value and a platform commodity sales number of each advertisement putting platform in the putting duration, wherein the advertisement putting consumption budget value is used for representing budget consumed by any advertisement putting platform to put the target advertisement in the putting duration;
s102b, dividing the advertisement putting consumption budget value of each advertisement putting platform by the platform commodity sales number of each advertisement putting platform to obtain the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform.
Step S102a is to obtain the budget consumed by each advertisement delivery platform to deliver the target advertisement within the delivered time length, i.e. the advertisement delivery budget value.
Taking the above as an example, the delivered time of hundred degrees is 9.33 hours, and the obtained budget is the budget consumed by delivering the target advertisement within 9.33 hours; the advertisement delivery consumption budget values of the rest of the advertisement delivery platforms are consistent with the hundred-degree principle, and are not described in detail herein.
The number of sold platform commodities is the number of sold commodities of each advertisement putting platform in the putting time; for example, the number of commodities sold by putting the target advertisement within 9.33 hours is 426 for hundred degrees, that is, the sales number of platform commodities for hundred degrees is 426; the sale quantity of the platform commodities of the rest advertisement putting platforms is consistent with the hundred-degree principle, and further description is omitted.
The following describes the calculation process of the advertisement placement benefit value by using an example:
for example, the budget value of hundred-degree advertisement delivery consumption is 56000 yuan, and the number of sales of platform commodities is 426; the consumption budget value of the first advertisement putting is 128000 yuan, and the sales quantity of the platform commodities is 1435; the consumption budget for the delivery of jittered advertisements is 234000 and the number of sales of platform goods is 2078.
Then, the ad placement benefit value of hundred degrees is: 56000/426 is 131.45 yuan/piece;
the advertisement putting benefit value of the current top item is as follows: 128000/1435 is 89.2 yuan/piece;
the benefits of the jitter advertising are: 234000/2078 ═ 112.6 yuan/piece.
Through the detailed description of the foregoing steps S102a and S102b, the advertisement placement benefit value of each advertisement placement platform can be obtained.
Meanwhile, a specific calculation method of the commodity quantity allocation value is provided for the present embodiment, which may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S104a to S104i.
S104a, obtaining the total commodity remaining amount of the target advertisement according to the quantity of the platform remaining commodities.
Step S104a, obtaining the number of the remaining commodities after the target advertisement is released on each advertisement releasing platform for a releasing time; namely the sum of the number of the remaining commodities of each advertisement putting platform is the total quantity of the remaining commodities of the target advertisement.
For example, on the basis of the above example, the remaining commodity number of the platform of hundred degrees is 74; the number of the left commodities of the current top platform is 65; and the number of remaining products for the trembled platform is 922.
Therefore, the total remaining quantity of goods L for the targeted advertisement is: and L is 74+65+922 is 1061.
Of course, if the number of the advertisement putting platforms is greater than 3, the calculation method of the remaining total amount of the commodities is consistent with that described above, and further description is omitted.
After the remaining total amount of the commodities of the target advertisement is obtained, the commodity quantity distribution values of the advertisement putting platforms can be sequentially calculated according to the sequence from small to large of the advertisement putting benefit values, as shown in steps S104b to S104i.
S104b, sequencing the advertisement putting platforms according to the sequence of the advertisement putting benefit values of the advertisement putting platforms from small to large.
Step S104b is equivalent to sorting the advertisement placement platforms, i.e. the advertisement placement platform with the smallest advertisement placement benefit value is sorted first, so as to perform priority processing, i.e. step S104b is used to make the calculation of the commodity distribution quantity value (i.e. performing redistribution of the commodity number) in the present embodiment preferentially satisfy the high-quality advertisement placement platform.
S104c, calculating a commodity quantity adjusting value of the ith ordered advertisement putting platform according to the put time length, the platform commodity sales quantity, the platform residual commodity quantity and the total advertisement putting time length.
Step S104c is to calculate a commodity quantity adjustment value of the sorted ith advertisement placement platform, where the commodity quantity adjustment value represents a quantity that needs to be increased or decreased based on the quantity of the commodity originally distributed by the corresponding advertisement placement platform.
In this embodiment, if the adjustment value of the number of commodities is greater than 0, it means that the number of commodities corresponding to the advertisement delivery platform is insufficient, and the number of supplements is required, and the adjustment value is the supplemented number; and if the number is less than 0, the number of the commodities of the corresponding advertisement putting platform is surplus, and at the moment, the commodities need to be distributed to other advertisement putting platforms.
In this embodiment, a method for calculating the adjustment value of the number of commodities is provided for the present application, and may be, but is not limited to, the following steps S104c1 to S104c4.
S104c1, subtracting the released time length from the total advertisement releasing time length to obtain the platform residual releasing time length of the sorted ith advertisement releasing platform.
S104c2, dividing the sales quantity of the platform commodities by the released time length to obtain the commodity sales speed of the ith ordered advertisement releasing platform.
S104c3, multiplying the remaining putting time of the platform by the commodity selling speed to obtain the commodity pre-selling quantity of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform.
S104c4, calculating a difference value between the pre-sale quantity of the commodities and the residual quantity of the commodities on the platform to obtain a commodity quantity adjusting value of the ith ordered advertisement putting platform.
The principle of the steps S104c 1-S104 c4 is as follows: obtaining commodity sales speed of the advertisement putting platform by using putting data (such as platform commodity sales number) of the advertisement putting platform in the putting duration, and then, using the commodity sales speed to multiply the platform residual putting time to budget to obtain the maximum commodity sales number (namely commodity pre-sales number) of the corresponding advertisement putting platform in the residual putting duration; and finally, subtracting the pre-sale quantity of the commodities from the residual quantity of the commodities on the platform to obtain a commodity quantity adjusting value of the advertisement putting platform.
For example, taking Baidu, today's headline and trembler as examples, it can be seen from the above examples that the advertisement delivery benefit value of today's headline is the smallest, the ranking of the trembler advertisement delivery benefit value is the second, and the ranking of the Baidu advertisement delivery benefit value is the last, so the adjustment value of the quantity of the commodities of today's headline should be calculated first, and then the distribution value of the quantity of the commodities should be obtained.
From the above examples, it can be seen that: the putting time of the today's first putting platform is 24.62 hours; the number of sales of the platform commodities is 1435; the remaining number of the platform is 65, then:
the remaining putting time of the platform of the today's top is 48-24.62-23.38 hours;
the sale speed of the top line today is 1435/24.62 is 58.3/hour;
the pre-sale quantity of the top-grade goods of today is 23.38 multiplied by 58.3 is 1363;
the adjustment value of the quantity of the top-grade commodities is 1363-65-1298.
Through the above explanation, the adjustment value of the quantity of the commodities of the current top advertising platform is 1298. Of course, the calculation of the adjustment value of the number of commodities of each of the rest advertisement putting platforms is consistent with the calculation principle, which is not described herein.
After the adjusted value of the quantity of the commodities for the ith sorted advertising platform and the remaining total quantity of the commodities are obtained, the distribution value of the quantity of the commodities for the advertising platform can be calculated, as shown in steps S104d to S104i.
S104d, judging whether the residual total amount of the commodities is larger than 0.
S104e, if yes, judging whether the remaining total amount of the commodities is larger than or equal to the commodity quantity adjusting value.
Step S104d is a process of judging whether the total amount of the remaining commodities is greater than 0, if so, indicating that the commodities of the target advertisement still remain; and step S104e is to determine the relationship between the remaining total amount of merchandise and the adjusted value of merchandise quantity, if it is greater than the relationship, it indicates that the remaining total amount of merchandise is sufficient, and the number of merchandise can be adjusted directly according to the adjusted value of merchandise quantity for the ith ordered advertising platform, as shown in step S104f.
S104f, if yes, adding the commodity quantity of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform and the commodity quantity adjusting value to obtain a commodity quantity distribution value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform.
Step S104f is a process of adjusting the number of commodities, that is, adding the commodity number adjustment value to the original commodity number of the advertisement placement platform directly, and the obtained result is the adjusted number of commodities, that is, the commodity number distribution value.
From the above example, if the adjustment value of the quantity of commodities in the current top is 1298 and the quantity of commodities is 1500, the distribution value of commodities in the current top is: 1500+ 1298-2798, i.e. after the time period has been released, the inventory of today's top items can be adjusted to 2798.
And S104g, subtracting the commodity quantity adjusting value from the commodity residual total quantity to obtain an adjusted commodity residual total quantity.
And S104h, endowing the adjusted commodity residual total amount to the commodity residual total amount.
Step S104g and step S104f are processes for updating the total remaining amount of commodities, and since the commodities whose number of commodities is adjusted to the value number are allocated from the total remaining amount of commodities, the adjusted total remaining amount of commodities is used for calculation when calculating the commodity number allocation value of the advertisement placement platform corresponding to the ranking second advertisement placement benefit value.
And S104i, when i circulates from 1 to n, obtaining the commodity quantity distribution value of each advertisement putting platform, wherein n is the sequencing serial number corresponding to the last sequenced advertisement putting platform, and i and n are positive integers.
Step S104i is to execute the processes of steps S104 c-S104 h in a loop so as to obtain the distribution values of the quantity of commodities from the first ordered advertising platform to the nth ordered advertising platform, and to complete the adjustment of the quantity of commodities of all the advertising platforms in turn.
In this embodiment, if the remaining total amount of the commodities is equal to 0, the following steps are required to obtain a commodity quantity distribution value of the sorted ith advertisement delivery platform:

1. A method of distributing an advertised commodity, comprising:
acquiring advertisement putting data of a target advertisement, wherein the advertisement putting data comprises the total advertisement putting time and the quantity of commodities distributed by each advertisement putting platform;
acquiring an advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform within the putting duration of starting the target advertisement putting, wherein the advertisement putting benefit value is used for representing budget consumed by any advertisement putting platform for selling a commodity;
acquiring the number of the remaining commodities of each advertisement putting platform after the putting duration;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the ad placement benefit value for each ad placement platform within a placed duration of starting the targeted ad placement comprises:
acquiring an advertisement delivery consumption budget value and a platform commodity sales number of each advertisement delivery platform in the delivered time length, wherein the advertisement delivery consumption budget value is used for representing a budget consumed by any advertisement delivery platform for delivering the target advertisement in the delivered time length;
and dividing the advertisement putting consumption budget value of each advertisement putting platform by the platform commodity sales number of each advertisement putting platform to obtain the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform.

The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the commodity quantity allocation value of each advertisement putting platform according to the total advertisement putting time, the commodity quantity, the platform remaining commodity quantity and the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform comprises:
obtaining the total commodity remaining amount of the target advertisement according to the platform remaining commodity amount;
sequencing each advertisement putting platform according to the order of the advertisement putting benefit value of each advertisement putting platform from small to large;
calculating a commodity quantity adjusting value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform according to the put duration, the platform commodity sales quantity, the platform residual commodity quantity and the total advertisement putting duration;
judging whether the remaining total amount of the commodities is more than 0;
if yes, judging whether the remaining total amount of the commodities is larger than or equal to the commodity quantity adjusting value;
if so, adding the commodity quantity of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform and the commodity quantity adjusting value to obtain a commodity quantity distribution value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform;
subtracting the commodity quantity adjusting value from the commodity residual total quantity to obtain an adjusted commodity residual total quantity;
assigning the adjusted remaining total amount of the commodity to the remaining total amount of the commodity;

multiplying the remaining putting duration of the platform by the commodity selling speed to obtain the commodity pre-selling quantity of the ordered ith advertisement putting platform;
and calculating the difference between the pre-sale quantity of the commodities and the quantity of the remaining commodities of the platform to obtain a commodity quantity adjusting value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if the remaining total amount of the commodities is less than the commodity quantity adjusting value;
adding the commodity quantity of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform and the residual total quantity of the commodities to obtain a commodity quantity distribution value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform;
and adjusting the total quantity of the commodities left to be 0.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if the total amount of the commodities left is equal to 0;
subtracting the residual commodity quantity of the platform from the commodity quantity of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform to obtain a commodity quantity distribution value of the sorted ith advertisement putting platform;
and adjusting the total quantity of the commodities left to be 0.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the advertisement placement data further comprises: the total budget of advertisement delivery and the advertisement delivery budget value distributed by each advertisement delivery platform;
the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining an allocation value of the delivery budget of each advertisement delivery platform according to the commodity quantity allocation value, the platform commodity sales quantity, the commodity sales speed, the advertisement delivery consumption budget value, the delivered time length, the advertisement delivery budget value and the advertisement delivery total budget;
and allocating the delivery budget for each advertisement delivery platform according to the delivery budget allocation value.

The method of claim 7, wherein obtaining the allocation value of the delivery budget for each advertisement delivery platform according to the allocation value of the quantity of commodities, the quantity of commodities delivered on the platform, the commodity rate of sale, the budget value of consumption of advertisement delivery, the delivered duration, the budget value of advertisement delivery, and the total budget of advertisement delivery comprises:
obtaining a residual total budget value of the target advertisement by using the total budget for advertisement delivery and the budget value for advertisement delivery consumption;
obtaining a budget adjusting value of the ith ordered advertisement putting platform according to the commodity quantity distribution value, the platform commodity sales quantity, the commodity sales speed, the advertisement putting consumption precalculated value, the putting duration and the advertisement putting precalculated value;
judging whether the residual total budget value is greater than 0;
if yes, judging whether the residual total budget value is larger than or equal to the budget adjusting value;
