Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an application scenario of a protocol determination method, apparatus, system and electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, a scenario in which a user pays is taken as an example for explanation. After the user goes to the XX private-room restaurant, the user can pay by selecting cash payment, credit card payment, joint name card payment, WeChat payment, Payment and the like when paying for payment. The XX restaurant may have an agreement with a payable institution (e.g., a bank), for example, the bank may enjoy 9-fold discount by using a credit card of the bank, and the bank may enjoy 8-fold discount by using a joint name card of the XX restaurant. In addition, the XX cafeteria may occasionally launch new events for promotional purposes, such as consuming 500 yuan full minus 150 yuan. At this time, the user can obtain more benefits by using which payment method, so that the promotion effect is particularly important to be improved.
In the related art, products issued by banks are often bound with media, for example, when a user holds a joint name card issued by a bank and an XX private-house restaurant jointly, the user can only enjoy product services corresponding to the card. The bank will cooperate with more enterprises in an attempt to provide more abundant product services to customers. However, for the client, if a joint name card is transacted for each service preference, a large number of cards are required to be carried around. Not only the wallet is difficult to bear, but also the specific card needs to be accurately selected in the using process, which is very inconvenient. In addition, when making payment, users usually make a balance based on information known to themselves to determine which payment method to use, and then the users need to select a credit card or a joint name card from a plurality of bank cards to pay. On one hand, the result of its rough estimation is not necessarily accurate (e.g., it seems that the promotion strength of full 500 yuan minus 150 yuan is more, but when the consumption amount is 800 yuan, the joint name card enjoys more favorable 8 discount). On the other hand, the user is inconvenient to select the card, and cannot enjoy the preference if forgetting to carry the bank card.
The protocol determining method, the device, the system and the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can initiate a payment request based on various media, and the media can be a physical medium or a digital medium, so that a user can pay by swiping a face or by fingerprints, and the like, and in addition, the payment such as bank card payment, identity card payment or license payment can be realized, and the payment convenience is greatly improved. For example, XX private-house restaurant sends the photographed face image of the client, identification information of the client, the amount of consumption, and the like to a server side of a bank, the server side of the bank recognizes the face image of the client, and determines that the face image of the client is chen X, and the client and the bank have signed product agreements such as agreement 1 and agreement 2 (for example, product agreements corresponding to a credit card and a joint card, respectively). The XX cafeteria has signed an agreement 2 with the bank for the joint card, wherein the agreement may include a plurality of terms, such as term 1: 8-fold discount benefits can be enjoyed by using the joint name card for payment; clause 2: the hosted event may enjoy a 500 yuan minus 150 yuan preference. At this time, the server of the bank may authenticate the identity of the payer based on the information included in the payment request to determine the agreement that the payer has signed with the bank, and then match the agreement with the agreement of the payee to obtain the most favorable payment route: clause 1: the 8-fold discount can be enjoyed by using the joint name card for payment, and the discount amount is 160 yuan, so that the payment can be carried out based on the payment route of the discount.
In addition, the server side of the bank can also send the payment route, the benefits enjoyable by the user, the actual payment amount and the like to the client side of the XX private-house restaurant or the client side of the payer so that the payer can determine the required payment route or keep the payment voucher and the like. The payment convenience and experience are effectively improved.
It should be noted that the above payment scenario is only an exemplary illustration, and may also be a value document transaction, a physical transaction, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The protocol determining method, the device, the system and the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the disclosure promote product and medium separation based on a business architecture. When a client needs to enjoy preferential service provided by a certain product of the organization, the server can automatically recommend the most suitable product service for the client only by performing identity authentication through one medium, so that the client can easily enjoy the intelligent scene service provided by the organization, and the client does not need to carry various media, judge a suitable scene by the user and find out a suitable card, thereby effectively improving the convenience of resource transfer.
Fig. 2 schematically shows an exemplary system architecture to which a protocol determination method, a protocol determination apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied. It should be noted that fig. 2 is only an example of a system architecture to which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, and does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios. It should be noted that the protocol determining method, apparatus, system and electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be used in the cloud computing field in the resource transfer related aspect, and may also be used in various fields other than the cloud computing field, such as the financial field.
As shown in fig. 2, the system architecture 200 according to this embodiment may include terminal devices 201, 202, 203, a network 204 and a server 205. The network 204 may include a plurality of gateways, routers, hubs, network wires, etc. to provide a medium for communication links between the end devices 201, 202, 203 and the server 205. Network 204 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The user may use the terminal devices 201, 202, 203 to interact with other terminal devices and the server 205 via the network 204 to receive or send information, etc., such as sending resource transfer requests and receiving protocols, resource transfer results, etc. The terminal devices 201, 202, 203 may be installed with various communication client applications, such as a bank-type application, an e-commerce-type application, a web browser application, a search-type application, an office-type application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, and the like (just examples).
The terminal devices 201, 202, 203 include, but are not limited to, smart phones, point of sale (POS), desktop computers, augmented reality devices, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, retail terminals, and the like, which can support at least one payment method.
The server 205 may receive the resource transfer request and process the resource transfer request. For example, the server 205 may be a back office management server, a cluster of servers, or the like. The background management server can analyze and process the received service request, information request and the like, and feed back the processing result (such as protocol information, resource transfer quantity information, reward information, resource transfer processing result and the like) to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the protocol determination method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by the server 205. Accordingly, the protocol determination apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be disposed in the server 205. It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers are merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a relationship diagram among media, product agreements and accounts in the prior art.
To facilitate a better understanding of embodiments of the present disclosure, a relationship between media, product agreements, and accounts in the prior art is first exemplified. As shown in fig. 3, in the prior art, the medium includes the customer and account information, some media even include product information, and when the customer uses the medium, the bank server directly performs corresponding accounting processing according to the product agreement. The medium may be an entity medium such as a U shield, a bank card, a bankbook, and the like, and the entity medium may store information, and the information may identify an account, so that a bank may determine a corresponding account based on the information stored in the medium, so as to manage the account, such as fund transfer. However, as mentioned above, the relationship between the medium, the product agreement and the account in the prior art makes the medium have to store the related information including the account, the product agreement, etc., so that the user has to carry the medium with him or her to realize the function such as payment. In addition, data such as a bank account stored in the medium is closely related to the property security of the customer, and if the medium is lost, the property security, privacy, and the like may be threatened.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of a protocol determination method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the protocol determining method executed by the server may include operations S401 to S407.
In operation S401, a resource transfer request initiated based on a medium is obtained, where the resource transfer request includes resource transfer-in object identification information, and the medium carries resource transfer-out object identity information.
In this embodiment, the medium includes: at least one of physical media and data media. Wherein physical media include, but are not limited to: bank card, identity document, U shield, bankbook, driving license, etc. Wherein, the bank card can include: debit cards, payroll cards, credit cards, joint name cards, union cards, and the like. These media may store a user's account, personal identification information, and the like. The introduction of the data medium enables a user to carry out resource transfer operation without the physical medium, so that the user does not need to carry the physical medium with him. For example, the data medium may carry user identification information or the like. For example, the data medium includes, but is not limited to, various biometric features such as a face image (feature), fingerprint information (feature), or voiceprint information (feature). The resource transfer-in object can be a merchant, an individual, a third-party payment institution and the like. The resource roll-out object may be a merchant, an individual, a third party payment authority, etc. Resource-in and resource-out objects may have identity exchanges in different scenarios.
In operation S403, in response to the resource transfer request, a product protocol is determined based on the resource transfer-out object identity information and a first mapping relationship, the first mapping relationship being a relationship between the resource transfer-out object identification information and the product protocol, the product protocol including at least one sub-protocol.
In one embodiment, to increase the property security of the user, the personal identity information may first be authenticated. Specifically, determining the product agreement based on the resource roll-out object identity information and the first mapping relationship may include the following operations.
Firstly, identity authentication is carried out on the identity information of the resource transfer-out object carried by the medium. For example, for a scenario where the medium is a bank card, the authentication may be performed by the user entering a challenge password or a payment password. For example, for a scene in which the medium is a facial image, the facial image may be subjected to face recognition by the bank server to determine which user or user identifier the facial image corresponds to, where the face recognition technology may adopt various existing technologies. For example, for a scene in which the medium is an identity card, a face image collected by the terminal device may be compared with an authentication face image reserved in the identity card to determine whether the card holder of the identity card is the principal. The first mapping relationship may be generated when the user signs the protocol, for example, the resource roll-out object enters the mapping relationship between the user identifier of the server and the product protocol when the protocol is signed.
Then, if the result of the authentication is passed, the resource transfer-out object identification information is determined based on the resource transfer-out object identification information. The identity authentication process can adopt various identity authentication technologies, such as encryption, encoding, decryption, feature extraction, feature comparison, password authentication and the like. The resource roll-out object identification information may be a unique identifier, a name, an identification number, a combination thereof, and the like, which are allocated by the server side of the bank to the resource roll-out object.
Then, a product protocol is determined based on the resource roll-out object identification information and the first mapping relationship. This allows a determination of which protocols the resource roll-out object has signed with the bank, which protocols may provide support for operations such as payment.
In one embodiment, to further increase the user property security, the resource transfer-in object may also be authenticated based on its resource transfer-in object key. The resource transfer object key may be one of a paired public-private key pair.
By the method, the identification information of the resource transfer-in object corresponding to the resource transfer-in object can be determined while the identity authentication of the resource transfer-in object is carried out, so that the corresponding product protocol can be rapidly and accurately determined further based on the identification information of the resource transfer-in object.
In operation S405, if a second mapping relationship exists between at least a portion of at least one of the sub-protocols and the resource transfer-in object identification information, a recommended sub-protocol is determined from at least a portion of the sub-protocols based on the second mapping relationship and the resource transfer-in object identification information, and the recommended sub-protocol optimizes a resource transfer route.
The matched product protocols between the resource transferring-out object and the resource transferring-in object can be determined through a matching mode, and therefore the optimal resource transferring way can be conveniently determined from the matched product protocols. The optimal resource transfer route may refer to a route that is optimal for one or more indexes. Indicators include, but are not limited to: preferential strength, transfer cost, transfer time, transfer path, transfer times, safety cost, risk cost and the like.
For example, the bank server searches all product agreements signed by the resource roll-out object based on the resource roll-out object and the resource roll-in object, searches whether a product agreement related to the resource roll-in object exists in the agreements, and if so, finds out agreement terms and preferential conditions related to the scene from the related product agreements, so that an optimal resource transfer path is determined based on the agreement terms and the preferential conditions.
In one embodiment, a third mapping relationship exists between each sub-protocol and at least one of the account of the resource transfer-out object and the account of the resource transfer-in object, so that the resource transfer is carried out through the accounts. This facilitates resource transfers using the account.
In operation S407, association information of the recommended subprotocol is output.
In one embodiment, the bank server side can output the recommended subprotocol to the server which completes resource transfer in linkage so as to complete resource transfer directly. Or the bank server side outputs the recommended sub-protocol to the terminal equipment so that the user can select a resource transfer path based on the displayed sub-protocol associated information. The sub-agreement associated information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of sub-agreement information, account, merchant activity, merchant offer, actual payment amount, reward, and the like.
FIG. 5 schematically shows a relationship diagram between media, product agreements and accounts according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
With respect to the relationship between the medium, the product agreement and the account of the prior art as shown in fig. 3, the relationship between the medium, the product agreement and the account of the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, is changed to: the medium can be identity document, biological characteristics such as fingerprint, iris, voiceprint, face and other characteristic data besides information such as U shield, bank card, passbook and the like, and the privacy information is transferred to a special device of an object foreground through resources to be read, and is transferred to a server end of a bank for decoding and verification after being encrypted. After the data analyzed by the system is compared with the information in the database, the corresponding customer information is found, the agreement of all product services provided for the customer is found, and the account is found for corresponding financial processing. Therefore, the medium only has corresponding special information and no longer contains associated information such as clients, accounts, products and the like, so that the method and the device are beneficial to realizing no physical medium and improving property safety, personal privacy safety and the like of users.
The protocol determining method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can facilitate a customer to select more appropriate and more favorable product services according to the self demand, and does not need to carry a large number of physical media to deal with the possible use scenes, so that the customer enjoys the services and has higher safety.
The identity authentication process is exemplified below.
In one embodiment, for a scenario in which the data medium includes biometric information, authenticating the resource-shed object identity information carried by the medium may include the following operations. First, biological information is acquired. Then, a data set of the media service object corresponding to the biological information is determined. Next, matching is performed in the data set based on the biometric information. Then, if there is a matching result, the result of the identity authentication is passed.
For example, a data set of a media service object corresponding to the biological information may be determined, the media service object comprising at least one data set, a type of the at least one data set being adapted to the type of the biological information. Then, matching is performed in a type-adapted data set based on the biometric information, the type-adapted data set including the biometric authentication information. As described above, the biological information may be various sound or image information or the like.
The business objects are exemplified below.
In one embodiment, the data set of media business objects is constructed as follows. First, a media service object is constructed. And then, splitting the coupled resource roll-out object identification information and the product protocol to obtain product protocol information. And then, splitting the coupled product protocol information and the medium information corresponding to the product protocol information to obtain the medium information. The media is then stored to the data set of the media service object.
In one embodiment, the protocol determination method may further include the following operations.
Firstly, a business object is constructed, wherein the business object comprises a client business object and a product agreement business object.
And then splitting the coupled object identification information and the product protocol to obtain the object identification information, wherein the object identification information comprises resource transfer-out object identification information and resource transfer-in object identification information.
Next, the product agreement information is stored in a data set of the product agreement business object, and the object identification information is stored in a data set of the customer business object.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates a decoupling process schematic according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, chen X has signed the following protocol: protocol 1: a credit card; protocol 2: a joint name card. This information is split into three parts: stale X is for a customer business object. Protocol 1: credit cards are for product agreement business objects. Protocol 2: the joint name card is for a product agreement business object. Thus, the decoupled three parts of information can be respectively stored in the data sets (such as databases) of the business objects corresponding to the three parts of information.
FIG. 7 schematically shows a schematic diagram of a business object according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, when a bank constructs a business architecture, it needs to separate a product from a medium, and construct business objects such as a client, a product agreement, a medium, and the like, respectively, so as to create a basic condition for product and medium separation.
The media business object mainly solves all media for identifying the identity of a client, such as identity documents, cards provided by banks, biological characteristics reserved by the client and other unique characteristic values which can be electronized and belong to the client.
The customer business object mainly stores relevant information of the customer so as to better serve the customer.
The product agreement business object mainly stores various specific service contents which are signed by banks and clients and can provide services for the clients.
And constructing association entities between the medium and the client and between the client and the product protocol so as to realize that the client can be located through the medium and the product protocol signed by the client can be found through the client.
Specifically, for existing data in organizations such as banks, the business objects such as the customer, the product agreement, the medium and the like can be constructed in a mode of original user information transformation.
For example, after completing corresponding database table transformation according to the business object, the data architecture layer splits the originally coupled customer and product protocol, product and medium, and moves the data, so as to complete data storage according to the new rule. The transformation is transparent to the customer, the customer does not need to provide extra information, and the transformation can be completed only by the inside of the bank.
In addition, for data (such as data of a new client) which is not available in an organization such as a bank, business objects such as the client, a product agreement, a medium and the like can be constructed in a manner of creating client information.
In one embodiment, the protocol determination method may further include the following operations.
First, new object identification information and a new product agreement signed by an object corresponding to the new object identification information are acquired.
Then, new medium information is assigned to the new object identification information.
Then, the new object identification information, the new product protocol, and the new medium information are respectively stored in association.
For example, after the user becomes a bank client, the bank establishes business object information capable of identifying the characteristics of the client for the client; the media information capable of identifying the client is established based on the information provided by the client.
After the client, the product and the medium are separated, the client can perform the identity authentication of the client through any medium. With the mature application of the new technology, the mode of the client identity authentication is convenient to realize diversification, the separation of the client, the product and the medium can fully apply the new technical achievement to the greatest extent, and the bank server side can rapidly provide service support only by carrying out small-range technical transformation.
After the business objects such as the client, the product agreement, the medium and the like are constructed, the bank is convenient to recommend corresponding product service for the client, and the product agreement content signed by the client is stored in the product agreement business object associated with the client. It should be noted that the customer may choose whether the bank provides physical media associated with the service agreement. If a physical medium is selected, the related information needs to be supplemented back to the media service object as a medium held by the client.
In one embodiment, the resource transfer request may also include context information.
Accordingly, determining a recommended subprotocol from at least some of the subprotocols based on the second mapping relationship and the resource transfer object identification information may comprise the following operations.
Firstly, according to the scene information, the terms of at least part of the sub-agreements and the preferential conditions corresponding to the terms, determining respective preferential degrees of the terms of at least part of the sub-agreements, so as to sort the terms based on the preferential degrees and determine the terms with the highest preferential degrees.
Then, a recommended sub-agreement is determined from at least a portion of the sub-agreements based on the most favorable terms.
TABLE 1 processing logic
Figure BDA0002752701350000151
In one embodiment, the method includes sorting by preference degrees according to terms of at least part of the subprotocols and preference conditions corresponding to the terms, and determining the terms with the highest preference degrees includes: and inputting the preferential conditions and the preferential amount into the screening model to obtain the terms with the highest preferential degree.
Regarding the most favorable terms: and (3) taking the preferential conditions and the preferential amount as characteristic values, and screening out the optimal preferential conditions by using a Machine learning model, such as a Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LGB) model, wherein the optimal preferential conditions are sorted and recommended according to the highest preferential finance obtained by the customer from high to low.
Referring to fig. 1, when the customer consumes in XX private-house dish restaurant, the customer can enjoy 8 discount offers for holding the joint name card of the merchant and the bank, and the amount of the offer is 2 credits after consumption. If the bank and the merchant are doing the activities of reducing 150 from 500 at the moment, the bank server needs to calculate which of the two benefits has greater privilege strength, so as to prevent the customer from not enjoying the best benefit and causing poor promotion effect.
If the customer consumes 1000 yuan, the preferential amount is 200 yuan according to the joint name card, and 300 yuan is preferential according to the full reduction activity, and the bank server side can take the full reduction action as the optimal service recommendation. If the customer consumes 800 yuan, the joint name card discount is 160 yuan, and the full deactivation discount is 150 yuan, the bank server side takes the joint name card discount as the optimal service recommendation.
After determining the recommended subprotocol, a resource transfer may be performed based on the recommended subprotocol. The bank server side can automatically transfer resources based on the recommended subprotocol. In addition, after the user confirms the recommended subprotocol, the bank server is requested to automatically transfer resources based on the recommended subprotocol.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a flow chart of a protocol determination method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, after outputting the association information of the recommended sub-protocol in operation S407, the protocol determination method may further include operations S809 to S811 as follows.
In operation S809, a resource transfer instruction is obtained, where the resource transfer instruction characterizes an operation of performing resource transfer from the resource transfer-out object to the resource transfer-in object according to the recommended subprotocol.
In operation S811, in response to the resource transfer instruction, the resource of the resource transfer-out object is transferred to the resource transfer-in object based on the recommended subprotocol.
And finishing corresponding business processing in linkage: because the customer has a plurality of accounts in the bank, the system matches the accounts corresponding to the product agreement terms according to different preferential conditions to complete corresponding accounting processing.
In the above case, the full deduction activity is provided for the platinum card customer, and when the accounting processing is performed, the account corresponding to the platinum card is recorded for the accounting processing; when the joint name card is used for discount, account processing is carried out on the account corresponding to the joint name card.
According to the protocol determining method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the product is separated from the medium, so that a client can conveniently select more appropriate and more favorable product service according to needs, a large number of physical media do not need to be carried with the client to deal with possible use scenes, and the client has higher safety while enjoying the service. On the other hand, the medium only embodies special data related to the customer, and does not have related data such as bank accounts, and the like, so that the medium is more safe for the customer.
When the biological characteristics of the client change, corresponding information reserved in the bank can be updated only by using one medium for identity authentication. When a new medium can be formed by applying the new technology, the problem can be solved only by completing the relative original information acquisition and adding corresponding information storage in the medium service object library without greatly modifying the system, so that the flexibility of the system is improved, and the new requirements of customers are met.

And the bank server side performs customer identity authentication and merchant authentication based on the customer medium, the merchant information, the service scene information and the like. After the two parties pass the authentication, the product agreement signed by the client can be located, and the optimal scheme can be determined from the product agreement.
For example, all product agreements signed by the customer are found, whether a product agreement related to the merchant exists is found in the agreements, and if so, agreement terms and preferential conditions related to the scene are found from the related product agreements. Thus, the processing result can be fed back to the client: such as payment results, protocols employed, amount paid, offer amount, etc. This facilitates the customer to confirm the results based on the information displayed by the client.
