Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of RFID (radio frequency identification devices), in particular to a method for overcoming serial reading of an RFID system
Background
Currently, an RFID system can be formed by an RFID reader, a corresponding RFID tag, and the like, and functions of real-time positioning and information transfer of an article can be realized. The RFID system is an important component of an intelligent passenger security check system applied to an airport, and the RFID reader at a specific position is used for acquiring the tag information of a luggage basket at the current position, so that the positioning and control of the luggage basket in a security check channel are realized, and therefore, the information of any luggage basket can only be read and transmitted by one reader at the same time, and other RFID readers cannot receive the information of the luggage basket.
The RFID system of the security check passage at the prior airport has the defects that: the airport security check channel has a lot of strong electromagnetic fields, has a lot of interference to the response of RFID reader, can appear RFID reader cluster and read the scheduling problem, influences the normal operating of security check automatic transmission system function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for overcoming serial reading of an RFID system, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method of overcoming RFID system cross-reads, comprising:
installing an RFID reader at the side part of the luggage transmission channel, so that the distance between an RFID tag on a luggage frame transmitted on the luggage transmission channel and the RFID reader is not less than a first set value;
and arranging a transmission line of the RFID reader outside the luggage transmission channel, so that the distance between the RFID tag on the luggage frame transmitted on the luggage transmission channel and the transmission line is not less than a second set value.
And arranging a strong power line on the luggage transmission equipment, so that the distance between the strong power line and a transmission line of the RFID reader arranged outside the luggage transmission channel is not less than a third set value.
The first set value is not less than a distance that enables the RFID reader to read only one RFID tag at a time.
The third setting value is not less than the distance which enables the transmission line of the RFID reader and the strong power line not to generate electromagnetic interference.
The second set value is not less than the distance that the label information on the RFID label can not be transmitted along the transmission line.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the installation, the layout and the wiring of the RFID system are used for avoiding the RFID system from being interfered by strong electricity, so that the information of any luggage basket can be read and sent by only one reader at the same time, and other RFID readers cannot receive the information of the luggage basket and cannot perform serial reading, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the safety inspection automatic transmission system.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure as claimed. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same technical meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present application. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and it should be further understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of the stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof.
In the prior art, the serial reading phenomenon of the security inspection automatic transmission system is represented as that when the tag information of one luggage basket is read by one RFID reader, other RFID readers can read the tag information of the luggage basket at the same time. Therefore, in order to enable the automatic security inspection transmission system to accurately judge and inspect each luggage basket, the invention provides a method for overcoming the serial reading of an RFID system, and the phenomenon of serial reading is avoided through the installation distance among an RFID reader, an RFID tag, a strong power line and an RFID transmission line.
Specifically, the invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme, which is a layout scheme of an RFID reader, a strong power line and an RFID transmission line.
The layout scheme is as follows:
the first layout scheme is as follows: in the security check automatic transmission system, an RFID reader is installed at a proper position on the side part of a luggage transmission channel, so that the distance between an RFID tag on a luggage frame transmitted on the luggage transmission channel and the RFID reader is not less than a first set value;
the second layout scheme is as follows: when the safety inspection automatic transmission system is arranged, a transmission line of the RFID reader is arranged at a proper position outside the luggage transmission channel, so that the distance between the RFID tag on the luggage frame transmitted on the luggage transmission channel and the transmission line is not less than a second set value.
The third layout scheme is as follows: when the safety inspection automatic transmission system is arranged, a strong power line is arranged at a proper position of the luggage transmission equipment, so that the distance between the strong power line and a transmission line of an RFID reader arranged outside the luggage transmission channel is not less than a third set value.
Wherein:
the size of the first set value is not less than the distance which enables the RFID reader to read only one RFID label at a time; preventing multiple RFID readers from reading the serial reading of the same RFID label;
the third setting value is not less than the distance which can prevent the electromagnetic interference between the transmission line of the RFID reader and the strong power line.
The second set value is not less than the distance which prevents the label information on the RFID label from being transmitted along the transmission line.
One of the three layout schemes can be selected for layout, two of the three layout schemes can be selected for layout, or all the three layout schemes can be selected.
An embodiment of the inventive arrangement is given below:
the operation mode of the luggage basket in the security inspection automatic transmission system is driven by the electric roller, and the operation path and the position of the luggage basket are determined. When the RFID label is too close to the RFID reader, a small amount of generated electromagnetic waves with label information are read by other RFID readers through multiple reflection and refraction of the metal wall, so that a serial reading phenomenon is generated. Thus:
the method for determining the installation of the RFID reader is to ensure that the distance between the RFID tag on the luggage basket and the RFID reader is more than 5cm and within the sensing distance range.
The RFID reader is easily interfered by a strong electromagnetic field, so that a strong power line on the security inspection automatic transmission equipment is not crossed and wound with the RFID transmission line, and the wiring distance between the RFID reader and the RFID transmission line is kept above 10 cm.
If the RFID tag information is too close to the RFID transmission line, the tag information may be transmitted along the cable, causing the reading heads around the cable to perform serial reading. Therefore, the routing position of the RFID transmission line on the security inspection automatic transmission equipment needs to be determined by the tag of the luggage basket, and the distance between the RFID tag and the RFID transmission line is ensured to be more than 5 cm.
It should be noted that, in the above, the tag used on the luggage tray is an RFID tag, so the reader in the above is an RFID reader, the transmission line is an RFID transmission line, it is prevented that the RFID system performs serial reading, and if other tags are used, the type of the reader is correspondingly changed.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the specific embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
