Abstract
The invention provides a process formula configuration method, a process formula configuration system and a storage medium of production equipment. The process formula configuration method of the production equipment comprises the following steps: establishing a process parameter variable to be set in a database; acquiring a preset process formula file of production equipment; establishing connection between each process parameter in a preset process formula file and a corresponding process parameter variable; and uploading the parameter value of each process parameter in the preset process recipe file to a database so as to assign each process parameter variable. The process formula configuration method of the production equipment can pre-edit the process formula required by the operation of the production equipment in an off-line manner, and the preset process formula file is uploaded to the upper computer to realize the one-key configuration of the process formula of the production equipment, solve the problems of misoperation and the like caused by the fact that configuration software sets and checks the process formula without humanization, and play an important role in promoting the improvement of the production efficiency.

The invention provides a process formula configuration method of production equipment, which is used for an upper computer, namely computer equipment connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), and comprises a PC (personal computer), a Human Machine Interface (HMI) (human Machine interaction) equipment and the like. The upper computer is used for managing the process formula required by the operation of the production equipment and is communicated with the PLC through configuration software. The upper computer comprises a database, which can be a real-time database of the configuration software, and can also be other databases connected with the configuration software, such as an SQL database or an ACESS database. the access authority of a distributed component model DCOM interface can be configured in an OPC client and a server, and the OPC server WinCC OPC DA is remotely accessed from the OPC client through the DCOM interface, so that the process formula of the equipment is remotely modified.
With reference to fig. 7, the operation flow of the process recipe configuration method of the production equipment of the present embodiment is described:

(7) If a plurality of identical devices exist on the site, the user can transfer the process formula in the device with the set formula to other devices through (5) to avoid the complicated operation of repeatedly setting parameters.

The process recipe configuration system 500 of the production facility includes: a memory 502, the memory 502 storing a computer program; a processor 504, the processor 504 implementing a method for configuring a process recipe of a manufacturing device as described in any of the above embodiments when the computer program is executed by the processor 504.
In the process recipe configuration system 500 of the manufacturing apparatus provided in this embodiment, the computer program is executed by the processor 504 to implement the steps of the process recipe configuration method of the manufacturing apparatus according to any of the above embodiments, and therefore, the process recipe configuration system of the manufacturing apparatus includes all the advantages of the process recipe configuration method of the manufacturing apparatus according to any of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiment, the production apparatus is a solar cell production apparatus.
In this embodiment, the production apparatus is a solar cell production apparatus, but is not limited thereto.
According to an embodiment of a further aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for configuring a process recipe of a production facility as defined in any of the above embodiments.
The present embodiment provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the process recipe configuration method of the production equipment according to any of the above embodiments, and therefore the computer readable storage medium includes all the benefits of the process recipe configuration method of the production equipment according to any of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A process formula configuration method of production equipment is used for an upper computer, the upper computer comprises a database, and the process formula configuration method of the production equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing process parameter variables to be set in the database;
acquiring a preset process formula file of the production equipment;
establishing connection between each process parameter in the preset process formula file and the corresponding process parameter variable;
and downloading the parameter value of each process parameter to the database so as to assign each process parameter variable.
2. The process recipe configuration method for manufacturing equipment according to claim 1,
the preset process recipe file comprises a plurality of production procedures of the production equipment and a plurality of process parameters under each production procedure.
3. The method for configuring process recipe of production equipment according to claim 2, wherein the step of establishing connection between each process parameter in the preset process recipe file and the corresponding process parameter variable specifically comprises:
and establishing connection between the parameter value of each process parameter in different production procedures and the corresponding process parameter variable.
4. The method for configuring a process recipe for manufacturing equipment according to claim 3, further comprising:
and acquiring a process formula currently used by the production equipment, uploading the process formula to the preset process formula file, and remarking.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to the step of uploading the pre-set process recipe file to the database for assigning each process parameter variable, the method further comprises:
and editing the preset process formula file.
6. The process recipe configuration method for production equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
configuring access authority of a distributed component object model DCOM interface;
verifying the access request according to the access authority;
and receiving modification parameters of the process recipe under the condition of passing the verification based on the access request, and updating the process recipe of the production equipment according to the modification parameters.
7. The process recipe configuration method for manufacturing equipment according to claim 6,
the preset process recipe file is an EXCEL file.
8. A process formula configuration system of production equipment is used for an upper computer, the upper computer comprises a database, and the process formula configuration system is characterized by comprising:
a memory storing a computer program;
a processor implementing the process recipe configuration method of the production equipment of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
9. The process recipe configuration system of the production facility according to claim 8,
the production equipment is solar cell production equipment.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for configuring a process recipe of a production plant according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
