Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the electric energy metering device includes a meter body 10, a meter cover 20, a meter-changing bracket frame 30, a terminal block 40, an electricity-stealing prevention spacer 50, a fastener (not shown), and a seal (not shown); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the watch changing support frame 30 comprises a back plate 31, a mounting frame 32 arranged at the bottom of the back plate 31 and two guide rails 33 convexly arranged on the front side surface of the back plate 31, wherein the two guide rails 33 extend along the vertical direction and are connected with the side wall 322 of the mounting frame 32;
the terminal block 40 is fixedly installed in the installation frame 32, the electricity meter body 10 is positioned between the two guide rails 33 and is spliced with the terminal block 40 along the guide rails 33, and a non-power-off control circuit and elements are arranged in the terminal block 40;
the electricity stealing prevention spacing part 50 covers the front side surface of the terminal seat 40, and the electricity stealing prevention spacing part 50 is in limit clamping connection with the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 32 and/or the terminal seat 40 in the up-down direction;
the bottom of the mounting frame 32 is provided with a limiting part 34 extending inwards near the front edge, and the lower end of the anti-electricity-theft spacing part 50 is embedded between the terminal seat 40 and the limiting part 34;
the electric meter cover 20 is pivoted with the electric meter body 10, and the electric meter cover 20 covers the lower part of the electric meter body 10 and the upper end of the electricity larceny prevention spacing part 50 when in a covering state;
the upper part of the electricity stealing prevention separator 50 is provided with a plug hole 51, and the electric meter cover 20 is backwards extended with a plug connector 21 which is in limit fit with the plug hole 51 in the up-down direction;
fixing hole 11 has been seted up to the lower part of ammeter body 10, and ammeter lid 20 corresponds fixing hole 11 and has seted up through-hole 22, and the fastener passes through-hole 22 and with fixing hole 11 fixed connection, the seal setting is in the outer end of fastener.
In this embodiment, the inside of the electricity meter body 10 may be, for example, an electric energy metering device adopting the electromagnetic induction principle, and the bottom of the electricity meter body 10 is provided with a plug hole 51 or a wiring hole, so that the electricity meter body 10 may be plugged with a terminal extending upwards from the terminal block 40. The electricity meter cover 20 is used to cover the lower portion of the electricity meter body 10, so that electric shock can be prevented and electricity stealing can be prevented. The meter-changing support frame 30 is used for accommodating and supporting the electric energy meter body, for example, the guide rails 33 on the meter-changing support frame 30 can be used for guiding the electric energy meter body to be loaded into the meter-changing support frame 30 from top to bottom, so as to be accurately butted with the lower terminal seat 40. The terminal block 40 is mainly used for mounting a terminal, and a control circuit and a diode of the uninterruptible power supply meter. The terminal block 40 may be assembled from a plurality of components, one or more of which may in turn be integrally provided with the dial-changing support frame 30. The fastener is used for detachably and fixedly connecting the ammeter cover 20 and the ammeter body 10, and can be a screw or a bolt. The seal may be a lead seal as an example, it being understood that the seal may also be an electronic device that performs the function of a seal to record or detect the action of the fastener.
It can be understood that the guide rail 33 on the electricity meter support frame 30 can play a role of limiting the left and right shaking of the electricity meter body 10 besides guiding the installation of the electricity meter body 10. The electricity larceny prevention spacing element 50 is in limit clamping with the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 32 and/or the terminal block 40 in the vertical direction, so that the electricity larceny prevention spacing element 50 is relatively fixed in the vertical direction, and therefore a premise is provided for preventing the ammeter body 10 from being separated from the terminal block 40 through the matching of the plug connector 21 and the plug hole 51. It is understood that the vertical restraining engagement of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 with the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 32 and/or the terminal block 40 according to the object of the present invention cannot be released before the electric meter cover 20 is opened.
The electric energy metering device of the invention is covered on the front side surface of the terminal seat 40 by utilizing the electricity stealing prevention separator 50, thus preventing personnel from directly connecting wires from the terminal seat 40 to steal electricity. Since the lower end of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is embedded in front of the limiting part 34 and the terminal block 40, and the outer side of the upper end of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is covered with the meter cover 20, the meter cover 20 must be opened first to release the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 from the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 32 or the terminal block 40. Before this, because the plug-in unit 21 of the meter cover 20 is in limit fit with the plug-in hole 51 of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 in the vertical direction, the electric energy meter body cannot be directly separated from the terminal block 40 in the vertical direction, and thus, the electricity stealing by using the uninterrupted control circuit and the elements in the terminal block 40 after the electric energy meter body is removed by a person can be prevented.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the electricity stealing prevention partition 50 includes a front cover plate 52, a top plate 53 extending backward from an upper edge of the front cover plate 52, and an attachment plate 54 extending upward from an upper surface of the top plate 53, a recess 55 is formed between the attachment plate 54 and the top plate 53, and the insertion hole 51 is opened on the attachment plate 54; the bottom of the electric meter cover 20 is formed with a downward flanging 23, the downward flanging 23 is accommodated in the concave part 55 when the electric meter cover 20 is in a covering state, and the plug connector 21 is formed by extending backwards from the downward flanging 23.
In this embodiment, if the anti-theft spacer 50 is a simple plate and the front side of the terminal block 40 needs to be covered, the installation space of the terminal block 40 will be reduced. By providing the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 in a bent shape, i.e., the cross-sectional shape of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is bent, the electricity stealing prevention spacer is conveniently clamped with the electricity meter cover 20, and a larger accommodating space is provided for the terminal block 40 or accessories on the front side surface of the terminal block 40. In addition, since the lower flange 23 of the electricity meter cover 20 is received in the recess 55 of the electricity stealing prevention partition 50, the overall appearance of the device is more regular.
Furthermore, a first guide groove 56 is formed at the connection position of the top plate 53 and the front cover plate 52 corresponding to the insertion hole 51, and the bottom surface of the first guide groove 56 is inclined backward from bottom to top.
In the present embodiment, since the first guide groove 56 is formed, the length of the first plug 21 can be made longer and can be inserted into the insertion hole 51 of the attachment plate 54 more smoothly by the guide of the first guide groove 56, and the top plate 53 can be made closer to the turned-down edge 23 of the electricity cover 20 in the closed state without worrying about the interference of the plug 21 with the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, the inserting hole 51 is provided in the center in the left-right direction, and the attachment plates 54 are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion 57 extending forward on the left and right sides of the inserting hole 51; the lower flange 23 is located between any one of the limit protrusions 57 and the top plate 53 when the electricity meter cover 20 is in the covering state.
In the present embodiment, although the guide rail 33 on the electricity meter support frame 30 is mentioned in the foregoing to have the function of preventing the electricity meter body 10 from shaking left and right, in order to ensure the guiding function at the same time, the guide rail 33 is actually fitted to the side surface of the electricity meter body 10 at least in a clearance fit. Therefore, when only the plug member 21 is matched with the plug hole 51 and the length of the free end of the plug member 21 extending into the plug hole 51 is relatively limited, the left-right shaking of the electricity meter body 10 will increase the risk that the plug member 21 is disengaged from the plug hole 51. In addition, the fitting strength of the single plug member 21 and the plug hole 51 is limited, and when a certain amount of upward separation force is applied to the electricity meter body 10, the plug member 21 is also separated from the plug hole 51 due to the bending deformation of the plug member 21. In consideration of the above two possibilities of tripping, the limiting protrusions 57 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the plug-in hole 51 to limit the inner side of the turned-down edge 23, so that the connection strength between the electric meter cover 20 and the electricity larceny prevention spacing part 50 is greatly increased, and the risk of the plug-in piece 21 being separated from the plug-in hole 51 is reduced.
Further, the top surface of the top plate 53 has a guide slope 58 on the front side of the attachment plate 54, the guide slope 58 being disposed obliquely rearward from bottom to top.
In this embodiment, the guiding inclined plane 58 is disposed on the top plate 53 to avoid or guide the downward turned edge 23 of the electric meter cover 20, so that the electric meter cover 20 can be more smoothly and accurately covered on the upper portion of the anti-electricity-theft spacer 50.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, and fig. 10 and 11, the mounting frame 32 includes a bottom wall 321 and two side walls 322 disposed on two sides of the bottom wall 321, and two limiting portions 34 are disposed on the two side walls 322 and the connecting portions of the bottom wall 321; the inner side of the limiting part 34 is provided with a positioning groove 341, and the front side of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is attached to the inner side of the limiting part 34 and is provided with a positioning protrusion 59 adapted to the positioning groove 341.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the position-accurate limiting clamping between the electricity-stealing prevention spacer 50 and the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 32 and/or the terminal block 40 in the vertical direction and to add the vertical limiting force to the limiting clamping, the positioning protrusion 59 is provided to cooperate with the positioning groove 341, so as to indicate that the electricity-stealing prevention spacer 50 is assembled at the correct position, and additionally, the vertical limiting force is also increased.
Further, in order to reduce the assembling resistance of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 and ensure the accuracy of the assembling position, the inner side surface of the stopper portion 34 is further provided with a second guide groove 342 extending in the up-down direction, the upper end of the second guide groove 342 penetrates through the upper end surface of the stopper portion 34, and the lower end of the second guide groove 342 is connected with the positioning groove 341. Thus, the positioning protrusion 59 of the electricity stealing prevention partition 50 can be guided by the second guide groove 342 during assembly, thereby reducing the resistance to assembly and ensuring the positional accuracy of assembly. Preferably, in order to achieve a smoother guiding, at least a section of the second guide groove 342 adjacent to the positioning groove 341 has a depth gradually decreasing from top to bottom.
Further, the electricity larceny prevention spacer 50 includes a front cover plate 52, a top plate 53 extending rearward from an upper edge of the front cover plate 52, a bottom plate extending sequentially from a lower edge of the front cover plate 52, and two side plates extending rearward from left and right edges of the front cover plate 52, respectively;
the mounting frame 32 comprises a bottom wall 321 and two side walls 322 arranged at two sides of the bottom wall 321, and the two limiting parts 34 are respectively arranged at the connecting positions of the two side walls 322 and the bottom wall 321;
the front cover plate 52, the top plate 53, the bottom plate and the left and right side plates enclose to form an accommodating cavity, and the rear edges of the front cover plate 52, the top plate 53, the bottom plate and the left and right side plates abut against the front side surface of the terminal block 40;
the inner side of the limiting part 34 is provided with a positioning groove 341, and the front cover plate 52 of the electricity larceny prevention spacer 50 is attached to the inner side of the limiting part 34 and is provided with a positioning protrusion 59 matched with the positioning groove 341.
In this embodiment, the anti-theft partition 50 is set to be a general box shape, so that firstly, the strength of the anti-theft partition 50 itself is increased, and secondly, the inner cavity of the anti-theft partition 50 is opened towards the back, so as to provide more accommodating space for the electrical accessories on the front side of the terminal base 40; further, since the front cover plate 52 is supported by the bottom, side and top plates 53 with a deformation space inward, a wider range of repulsive force is provided to the positioning projection 59, thereby appropriately reducing the assembling resistance of the electricity stealing prevention partition 50.
Further, the electricity larceny prevention partition 50 further comprises an attachment plate 54 extending upward from the upper surface of the top plate 53, a concave portion 55 is formed by enclosing the attachment plate 54 and the top plate 53, and the plug hole 51 is opened on the attachment plate 54; a lower flanging 23 is formed at the bottom of the electric meter cover 20, the lower flanging 23 is accommodated in the concave part 55 when the electric meter cover 20 is in a covering state, and the plug connector 21 is formed by extending backwards from the lower flanging 23; the inner edge of the top plate 53 is engaged with the terminal block 40.
In this embodiment, the inner edge of the top plate 53 of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is clamped with the terminal block 40, and the part of the electricity stealing prevention front cover plate 52 close to the bottom wall 321 of the mounting frame 32 is clamped with the limiting part 34, so that the distance between the clamping points at the upper part and the lower part of the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 is enlarged, and thus, after the electric meter cover 20 is opened, a larger deformation amount can be utilized to trip the electricity stealing prevention spacer 50 and the terminal block 40.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.
It will be understood that the embodiments described above are illustrative only and not restrictive, and that various obvious and equivalent modifications and substitutions for details described herein may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the basic principles of the invention.
