Abstract
The invention provides a functional test mechanism of an engine lubricating system, which at least comprises an engine oil sump, a process machine oil sump, a main oil pipeline and a process machine oil pipeline, wherein: the oil inlet end of the main oil pipeline is communicated with an engine oil sump, the oil outlet end of the main oil pipeline is connected with an oil inlet of an engine, and a main oil pump, a check valve, an engine oil cooler, a filter and a main oil duct flowmeter are sequentially arranged on the main oil pipeline; the oil inlet end of the process machine oil pipeline is communicated with the process machine oil tank, the oil outlet end of the process machine oil pipeline is connected to the main oil pipeline between the check valve and the oil cooler, and the process machine oil pipeline is sequentially provided with a process machine oil pump, a one-way valve and a process oil passage flowmeter. The oil supplementing device is provided with the process machine oil tank and the process machine oil pipeline for communicating the process machine oil tank with the main oil pipeline, and when the oil pressure of the main oil pipeline is insufficient, the process machine oil pipeline can supplement oil to the main oil pipeline, so that the oil pressure of the main oil pipeline meets the design requirement, and finally the flow target of the design optimization of the oil pump is determined.

The functional test of the engine lubrication system is a routine test in the engine production process, and the test purpose comprises at least one of the following purposes: determining dry filling amount and wet filling amount of engine oil; verifying whether the engine oil pressure establishment time meets the requirement of normal operation of main functional components under different starting working conditions of the engine; verifying whether the engine oil pressure meets the requirements of an engine lubricating system under different water temperature conditions; verifying whether the engine oil pressure can guarantee the requirements of an engine lubricating system under the condition of hot idling; and verifying whether the engine oil pump flow meets the design index.
In the traditional engine lubrication system function test mechanism, the oil pressure in the main oil gallery cannot be adjusted greatly, and when the oil pressure in the main oil gallery does not meet the design requirement, the flow target of design optimization of the oil pump cannot be determined.

In the traditional engine lubrication system function test mechanism, the oil pressure in the main oil gallery cannot be adjusted greatly, and when the oil pressure in the main oil gallery does not meet the design requirement, the flow target of design optimization of the oil pump cannot be determined.

In the test process, the flow value in the main oil pipeline 3 is obtained through the main oil passage flowmeter 35, so that the performance test of the main engine oil pump 13 under different flow rates is realized, and the optimal design of the main engine oil pump 13 is realized.
The oil inlet end of the process machine oil pipeline 4 is communicated with the process machine oil tank 2, the oil outlet end of the process machine oil pipeline 4 is connected to the main oil pipeline 3 between the check valve 32 and the oil cooler 33, and the process machine oil pump 41, the check valve 42 and the process oil passage flow meter 43 are sequentially arranged on the process machine oil pipeline 4.
When the oil pressure in the main oil pipeline 3 cannot meet the preset design requirement, the process oil pump 41 drives the engine oil in the process oil tank 2 to flow into the main oil pipeline 3, so that the flow in the main oil pipeline 3 is increased, the oil pressure in the main oil pipeline 3 finally meets the preset design requirement, and the flow target of the design optimization of the main oil pump 13 is determined.
Therefore, the engine lubrication system function test mechanism provided by the invention is provided with the process engine oil tank and the process engine oil pipeline communicated with the process engine oil tank and the main oil pipeline. When the oil pressure of the main oil pipeline is insufficient, the oil pipeline of the process engine can supplement oil to the main oil pipeline, so that the oil pressure of the main oil channel meets the design requirement, and finally the flow target of the design optimization of the engine oil pump is determined.
Optionally, the process oil pump 41 is a displacement type oil pump with adjustable flow, and the process oil pump 41 is controlled by a servo motor. Through the control of the servo motor, the process oil pump 41 can flexibly control the flow in the process oil pipeline 4, thereby ensuring that the oil pressure of the main oil gallery is increased to a preset value.
With reference to fig. 1, optionally, the engine lubrication system function testing mechanism in the present invention further includes an intercommunicating circulation pipeline 5 communicating the engine oil pan 1 and the process oil tank 2, and a temperature control device 51 is disposed on the intercommunicating circulation pipeline 5. The intercommunicating circulation pipeline 5 can realize the intercommunicating and complementing of the engine oil in the engine oil pan 1 and the process oil tank 2, and the temperature control device 51 arranged on the intercommunicating circulation pipeline 5 can realize the adjustment of the oil temperature of the engine oil, so that the oil degree of the engine oil reaches the preset test requirement.
With reference to fig. 1, optionally, the engine lubrication system function testing mechanism in the present invention further includes a pressure relief pipeline 6, an oil inlet end of the pressure relief pipeline 6 is connected to the main oil pipeline 3 between the main oil pump 31 and the check valve 32, an oil outlet end of the pressure relief pipeline 6 is communicated with the engine oil pan 1, and the pressure relief pipeline 6 is provided with a pressure relief valve 61. When the oil pressure in the main oil conduit 3 is too high, the relief valve 61 is opened, and part of the engine oil in the main oil conduit 3 flows back to the engine oil pan 1 through the relief pipeline 6, so that the pressure relief is realized.
With reference to fig. 1, optionally, the engine lubrication system function testing mechanism in the present invention further includes a bypass pipeline 7, an oil inlet end of the bypass pipeline 7 is connected to the main oil pipeline 3 between the check valve 32 and the oil cooler 33, an oil outlet end of the bypass pipeline 7 is connected to an oil inlet of the filter 34, and the bypass pipeline 7 is provided with a bypass valve 71.
