step four: the positions of the lower guide wheel 6 and the lower guide wheel bracket 5 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw rod 25, so that the joint tension state of the lower guide wheel 6 and the rubber strip is adjusted; the specific operation is as follows: the adjusting screw rod 25 is rotated rightwards, the adjusting screw rod 25 moves downwards, the adjusting nut 23 moves downwards, the limiting spring 22 in the cavity 21 is loosened, the bearing 20 and the sliding shaft 43 move downwards, the lower guide wheel 6 moves downwards, and the guide wheel is tightly attached to the rubber strip; the left-handed adjusting screw 25, the adjusting screw 25 moves upwards, and then the adjusting nut 23 is pushed to move upwards, the limiting spring 22 in the cavity 21 is tense, the bearing 20 and the sliding shaft 43 move upwards, the lower guide wheel 6 moves upwards, the lower guide wheel 6 and the adhesive tape are attached to each other loosely, the adjusting screw 25 further adjusts the position of the lower guide wheel 6, the distance between the lower guide wheel 6 and the lower bracket is actively adjusted, and the loosened adhesive tape is tightened again, so that the adhesive tape is not easy to deviate, and the adhesive tape is always positioned on the guide wheel, and does not deviate from the drying tunnel main body and contact with foreign objects, and further the product quality is improved.
