Abstract
The invention discloses a shelf assembly fixed by a bolt, a control method thereof and a refrigerator. The shelf component comprises a shelf, bolt holes and supporting pieces, wherein the bolt holes and the supporting pieces are arranged on two side wall bodies in the box liner; the front decorative strip of the shelf is provided with bolts at two sides, the two bolts are withdrawn or inserted into the bolt holes through the transmission device, and the rear decorative strip of the shelf is matched and fixed with the supporting piece. The shelf provided by the invention can enable the bolts on the left side and the right side of the shelf decorative strip to be linked by utilizing the transmission of the mechanical structure gear-rack transmission mechanism, namely, the shelf can be withdrawn or inserted into the bolt holes on the two side wall bodies in the box liner. The shelf and the matched ribs thereof can be used for fixing the shelf, so that the length of the ribs on the refrigerator liner can be reduced, the cost of foam packaging in the refrigerator is reduced, the refrigerator is suitable for the installation positions of various shelves, and the utilization efficiency of the container space of the refrigerator is improved.

Preferably, the transmission device is a gear-rack transmission mechanism, and the bolts arranged at the outer end of the rack are simultaneously withdrawn from or inserted into the bolt holes through the transmission of the gear-rack.

The rear decorative strip of the shelf is connected with the ribs in a matched mode, and then the ribs and the bolt holes have a fixing effect on the shelf. The shelf is not easy to fall off when the refrigerator is transported, so that the cost of foam packaging in the refrigerator can be reduced. The length of the ribs is greatly smaller than that of the ribs in the existing tank liner, so that the space occupied in the tank liner is saved. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of a shelf assembly fixed by a bolt, the shelf assembly includes a shelf 1, bolt holes 3 arranged at front ends of left and right side wall bodies 2 in a container, and a supporting member 4 arranged at rear ends of the two side wall bodies. The shelf 1 is composed of a hollow front molding 5, a glass plate 011 and a rear molding 012. The front molding 5 is composed of a front molding case 001 and a front molding cover 009. The left and right sides of the front decorative strip 5 of the shelf 1 are respectively provided with a bolt 007, the two bolts 007 can be simultaneously withdrawn or inserted into the bolt holes 3 of the left and right side wall bodies 2 in the container through a transmission device, and the rear decorative strip 012 of the shelf is matched and fixed with the supporting piece 4. I.e. the shelf 1 can be fixed by the cooperation of the pins 007 and the pin holes 3, the rear molding 012 and the support 4. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention also provides a control method for the shelf assembly fixed by the bolt, which comprises the following operation steps:
the rear molding 012 of the shelf 1 is first inserted into the card slot of the card slot member 4. And then the shift block 010 at the middle position is shifted to the left side, so that the lower latch connecting rod 003 connected with the shift block 010 translates to the left side, and the return spring 005 sleeved on the left side of the lower latch connecting rod is compressed. Because the gear 002 is meshed with the racks on the upper and lower latch connecting rods, the gear 002 is driven by the lower latch connecting rod 003 to rotate clockwise. The upper latch connecting rod 004 is driven to translate rightward through the gear 002, and the return spring 005 sleeved on the right side of the upper latch connecting rod is compressed. I.e. by controlling the movement of the shift bar 010 to the left, the two latch bar arrangements translate towards the middle and the latches 007 on both sides retract towards the inside of the front molding 4. When the bolts 007 at the two ends are released to the bolt holes 3 on the left and right side wall bodies 2 in the upper container, the reset spring 005 is decompressed, and under the elastic action of the reset spring 005, the two bolt connecting rods drive the bolts 007 to be outwards ejected and correspondingly inserted into the bolt holes 3 on the two side wall bodies 2 in the container, and the two bolt connecting rods return to the initial positions, so that the shelf 1 is locked. When the shifter 010 is shifted to the left again, the lock can be released and the shelf 1 can be taken out reversely.
The invention also provides a refrigerator with the shelf assembly fixed by the bolt.
The shelf provided by the invention can enable the bolts on the left side and the right side of the front decorative strip of the shelf to be linked by utilizing the driving of the gear-rack transmission mechanism with a mechanical structure, and can control the shelf to withdraw from or be inserted into the bolt holes of the inner side wall body of the box liner. The shelf and the ribs matched with the shelf can be used for fixing the shelf, the length of the ribs on the container can be reduced, the cost of foam packaging in the refrigerator is reduced, the refrigerator is suitable for the installation positions of various shelves, and the utilization efficiency of the container space of the refrigerator is improved.

Claims (7)

5. A shelf assembly according to claim 1 wherein the support member is a channel member into which the rear trim of the shelf is inserted.
6. A method of controlling a shelf assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5 using a latch, comprising the steps of:
inserting the rear trim of the shelf into the clamping groove of the clamping groove member;
pulling the pulling block to the left to enable the two bolt connecting rods to slide and enable the bolts to retract inwards at the same time;
when the bolt is opposite to the bolt hole, the shifting block is released, and under the action of the reset spring, the bolt connecting rod drives the bolt to outwards pop out and correspondingly insert into the bolt hole to lock the shelf;
when the shift block is shifted to the left, the locking is released, and the shelf is reversely taken out.
7. A refrigerator having a shelf assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5 secured with a latch.
