step S204, setting the address code of the master control outdoor unit as a first address code through the microcontroller, and setting the address code of a second outdoor unit except the master control outdoor unit in the outdoor units as a second address code;
and step S206, dialing the code for each indoor unit based on the first address code and the second address code through the microcontroller.
According to the embodiment, the first outdoor unit is selected from the outdoor units through the microcontroller of the main control outdoor unit to serve as the main control outdoor unit, wherein the microcontroller of the main control outdoor unit is in communication connection with the wire controller or the communication board of each indoor unit; setting the address code of the main control outdoor unit as a first address code through a microcontroller, and setting the address code of a second outdoor unit except the main control outdoor unit in the outdoor units as a second address code; and dialing the code for each indoor unit based on the first address code and the second address code through the microcontroller. 1. after single machine debugging is finished, each single system can automatically address each internal machine in a single system mode, wherein the address of one set of internal machine is automatically coded to be 1-10, and the address of the other set of internal machine is automatically coded to be 1-12;
if the conventional mode is used for accessing centralized control, 20 sets of machine sets (1-10 numbers of machine sets respectively) have repeated codes of the machine sets, so that the addresses of the machine sets need to be coded from 1 to 22 again to eliminate repeated code faults, and the operation is complex and the efficiency is low.
2. One set of outdoor units are dialed into a master control outdoor unit in an address module of the outdoor unit (the microcomputer controller automatically sets the outdoor unit with the address code of 1 as the master control outdoor unit, and assumes that the outdoor unit with the address code of 1 to 10 is dialed into the master control outdoor unit), and the other set of outdoor units are dialed into a common outdoor unit (assumes that the address code is dialed into 2);
3. the microcomputer controller of the master control outdoor unit automatically searches and marks the connected indoor unit, and marks the indoor unit as follows:
1) system No. 1: W1-N1 (No. 1 internal machine under No. 1 external machine, the same below), W1-N2, W1-N3, W1-N4, W1-N5, W1-N6, W1-N7, W1-N8, W1-N9 and W1-N10, namely, the method of double address is used for distinguishing;
2) system No. 2: W2-N1 (No. 1 internal machine under No. 2 external machine, the same below), W2-N2, W2-N3, W2-N4, W2-N5, W2-N6, W2-N7, W2-N8, W2-N9, W2-N10, W2-N11, W2-N12, namely, the differentiation is carried out in a dual-system mode.
4. The microcomputer controller (namely the microcontroller) of the master control outdoor unit communicates with the communication board or the wire controller of the indoor unit, so that the phenomenon that the unit cannot be used due to the fact that the address duplication faults (such as W1-N1 and W2-N1) are reported by the indoor unit communication board or the wire controller in conventional debugging is avoided, and meanwhile, the control conflicts of the indoor units with the same addresses (such as W1-N1 and W2-N1) are also avoided;
the microcomputer controller of the main control outdoor unit processes an external communication request and feeds back the related information of the unit operation to the BMS gateway, the centralized controller, the centralized control system and the like in a double-address form (W1-N1-N10, W2-N1-N12).
By the embodiment, the problem that the dialing of the address of the internal machine is not needed again when a plurality of sets of multi-online systems are accessed to centralized control is solved; and the quick debugging of the multi-split centralized control system is realized. Compared with the traditional multi-split air conditioner centralized control system debugging, the invention has the advantages that the debugging time of the air conditioner unit is expected to be reduced by 30 percent, and the whole debugging efficiency is improved by more than 20 percent.
