Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An apparatus control method, a device, and an electric apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an apparatus control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, reading a user card to obtain cost information and authority information.
The user card is implemented based on a Near Field Communication technology, for example, Near Field Communication (NFC), bluetooth, infrared, or zigbee, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment, and the user card may be disposed in the electrical equipment, or may be independent of the electrical equipment, and performs Near Field data transmission through the Near Field Communication technology and the equipment.
In this embodiment, the charge information includes a recharge balance and a credit line, the recharge balance is a balance corresponding to the user after actually recharging, the credit line is a credit line given to the client based on the credit condition of the user, for example, based on occupation of the user, the user recharging condition, timeliness of the user recharging and the like, the credit condition of the user is judged, the good degree of the credit of the user is in direct proportion to the credit line which can be given, if the user credit is good, more credit lines can be given to the user, the credit line can allow the user to continue to use the electric equipment for a certain time after the user actually recharges the amount of money, namely, a recharge buffer period is given to the user, for example, after the user recharges the amount of money is used, the user can continue to use the electric equipment for 24 hours, and the continued use for 24 hours is the credit line given to the user; or the credit line can also be in the form of virtual currency corresponding to time, for example, the user can reuse a 30-yuan line, and after the 30-yuan line is used up, the fee information is 0, and the user cannot use the electric appliance any more.
In this embodiment, the permission information may be generated according to the user type information and the attribute information of the electrical appliance device, and is used to indicate a control operation that the user may perform on the device. The attribute information of the electrical equipment indicates the function setting of the electrical equipment and the operation parameters corresponding to the functions, for example, some air conditioners are frequency conversion control air conditioners, and some air conditioners are non-frequency conversion control air conditioners. The user type information may be a user level, for example, a common user or a VIP user, and the higher the user level is, the more rights the user has; the user type may also be related to a payment service purchased by the user, for example, if the payment service purchased by the user is a full service, the authority information possessed by the user is all authorities for the device, and if the user purchases a partial service, the user only enjoys the authority corresponding to the purchase service, for example, the device is an air conditioner, and the user only purchases a service with a cooling function, and the user only has authority control of the cooling function, but cannot turn on the heating function without purchase; the user type can also be a new user or an old user, and the new user can set partial authority to be unavailable; the user types can be divided based on the ages and the sexes of the users, for example, the elderly, the young, or children and the like, and due to the fact that the control requirements of people of different ages and sexes on the equipment are different, different user types can be set to correspond to different authority information, and the requirements of the users can be better met.
And 102, determining that the balance is higher than a threshold value according to the expense information, and determining the operation parameters with the use permission according to the permission information.
Wherein, the balance is the sum of the recharging balance and the credit line.
Specifically, the balance is determined according to the charge information read from the user card, if the balance is higher than the threshold, the balance meets the control requirement of the device, and further, according to the authority information, the operation parameter with the use authority corresponding to the user card is determined, where the operation parameter refers to a parameter for controlling the operation of the electrical equipment, such as an operation time, an operation speed range, an operation temperature range, and the like, where the operation parameters corresponding to different electrical equipment are different, and when the authority information is different, the corresponding operation parameters with the use authority are also different.
For example, the electric appliance is an air conditioner.
In a scenario of this embodiment, when corresponding to the same air conditioner M, the user a has a larger recharge amount and belongs to a VIP user, and the user a has the usage rights of all the operating parameters of the air conditioner M; the user B has smaller recharging amount, the use authority corresponding to the amount is less, and only the authority of the refrigeration function of the air conditioning equipment M is provided, and the refrigeration operation parameter corresponding to the refrigeration function is fixed, namely the refrigeration set temperature is fixed and not intelligently adjusted along with the change of the environment and the change of the temperature; the user a not only has the right of use of the refrigeration function, but also the refrigeration operation parameters corresponding to the refrigeration function are not fixed, that is, the temperature during refrigeration can be adjusted in a frequency conversion manner, so as to realize intelligent temperature control, that is, the user in the user card has different fee information and right information for recharging, the operation parameters corresponding to the right of use are different, the user enjoys different services, the experience degree of the user with higher right is increased, the user is guided to increase the own right information, for example, the user type is upgraded by increasing the recharging amount or purchasing members, so as to increase the right information corresponding to the user.
In another scenario of this embodiment, the air conditioners M and N correspond to each other, where the air conditioner M is a general air conditioner, and the air conditioner N is an intelligent variable frequency air conditioner. If the cost information in the user card is the same and the balance is determined to be higher than the threshold value, when the user uses the air conditioner M, determining the heating operation parameter to be the operation parameter for controlling the air conditioner M to heat at a constant temperature according to the heating authority information; when the user uses the air conditioner N, according to the authority information of heating, the operation parameters for heating are determined to be the operation parameters for controlling the air conditioner N to intelligently control the temperature to adjust the heating, so that the attributes of the air conditioner are different when the air conditioner is different, and the operation parameters for determining the use authority are also different.
And 103, responding to the user operation, and controlling the electric equipment to operate by adopting the operation parameters.
Specifically, in response to user operation, the operation of the electrical equipment is controlled by using corresponding operation parameters with use permissions, for example, a user a has the most use permissions of the air conditioner N, and the user a triggers the variable frequency refrigeration function of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner controls the operation of the electrical equipment by using the operation parameters corresponding to the variable frequency refrigeration function, so as to control the operation of the electrical equipment under the condition that both the cost information and the permission information in the user card meet the conditions, thereby realizing effective management of the cost and the use permissions of the shared equipment when different users use the shared equipment.
In the device control method of the embodiment, the user card is read to obtain the cost information and the permission information, the balance is determined to be higher than the threshold value according to the cost information, the operation parameter with the use permission is determined according to the permission information, the operation of the electrical equipment is controlled by adopting the operation parameter in response to the user operation, the device is controlled to operate by adopting the corresponding operation parameter according to the cost information recharged by the user in the user card and the corresponding permission information by arranging the user card in the device, the shared use of the device is realized, and the cost and the use permission of the shared device are effectively managed.
Based on the above embodiment, this embodiment provides another device control method, which illustrates that the cost information in the user card needs to be continuously updated after the electrical device is controlled to operate, and fig. 2 is a second schematic flow chart of the device control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, after step 103, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, charging is performed according to the charge information, and updated charge information is obtained.
Specifically, in the process of controlling the operation of the device by using the corresponding operation parameters, the charge in the user card is consumed all the time as the operation duration increases, so that in the operation process of the device, the charge can be periodically charged according to the charge information to obtain the updated charge information in the user card, for example, the charge information is calculated every 5 minutes to obtain the current updated charge information. The current updated expense information can be displayed in real time through a display device of the equipment to remind a user of paying attention to the expense information, and the expense information is recharged in time, so that expense recharging management of the shared equipment is realized.
Step 202, writing the updated expense information into the user card.
As a possible implementation manner, the controller of the electrical equipment periodically updates the charge information in the user card during the operation of the air conditioning equipment, and writes the updated charge information into the user card after updating the charge information each time, so that the charge information in the user card is changed along with the operation of the equipment and the charge in the card is changed all the time.
As another possible implementation manner, the controller of the electrical appliance periodically updates the cost information in the user card during the operation of the air conditioning equipment, but after the updated cost information is obtained through calculation, the updated cost information is not written into the user card, but after the operation of the equipment is finished, the last updated cost information is written into the user card, that is, the cost information in the user card is not changed during the operation of the equipment.
And step 203, determining that the balance is lower than the threshold value according to the updated expense information, and prohibiting the electric equipment from continuously operating.
Wherein, the balance comprises the sum of the recharging balance and the credit line.
Specifically, in the operation process of the equipment, the recharging balance in the user card is preferably deducted, after the recharging balance is used up, whether the electric equipment can continue to operate is determined according to the credit line, if the information line is higher, the air conditioner is allowed to continue to operate according to the credit line, and the electric equipment is forbidden to continue to operate until the credit line is lower than the threshold value, the user is informed of insufficient balance, and recharging is needed.
In the device operation method of the embodiment, in the device operation process, the cost information in the user card is periodically updated, the updated cost information is written into the user card, meanwhile, when the updated cost information is determined to be lower than the threshold value, the electric device is prohibited from continuously operating, the user is reminded to timely recharge and pay for the electric device to continuously use the electric device, and the intelligent management and maintenance of the shared cost information of the electric device are realized.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, this embodiment provides another device control method, which illustrates that after controlling the operation of the electrical device, the authority information needs to be continuously updated to implement the operation management of the device, and fig. 3 is a third schematic flow diagram of the device control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, after step 103, the following steps may be further included:
step 301, periodically acquiring updated authority information.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the operation process of the equipment, the cost information in the user card is periodically updated along with the increase of the operation time, and after the cost information is reduced to a certain degree, for example, the cost information is lower than a preset threshold value, the authority information is correspondingly changed, for example, the air conditioning equipment, and when the cost information is lower than the preset threshold value, the user can not use the frequency conversion control function any more when using the refrigeration function, or can not adjust the refrigeration temperature. Or if some service purchased by the user expires, the right corresponding to the service cannot be used any more.
As a possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the operation of the electrical equipment by using the operation parameters, the user card is periodically read to obtain the updated authority information.
As another possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the operation of the electrical equipment by using the operation parameters, the user card is read to obtain the user identifier, where the user identifier may be an account name of a user account, and the server is periodically accessed according to the user identifier to obtain the updated authority information.
It should be noted that, a period for the user to periodically obtain the updated authority information may be the same as or different from a period for the user to periodically obtain the updated fee information, and preferably, the period for updating the authority information may be longer than the period for updating the fee information, because the fee information changes in real time, but the authority information does not change in real time, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 302, determining that the use authority of the currently adopted operation parameters is not available according to the updated authority information, and prohibiting the electric equipment from continuously operating.
Specifically, if it is determined that the current operation parameter for controlling the operation of the electrical equipment does not have the usage right according to the updated right information, the electrical equipment is prohibited from continuing to operate. For example, the electric appliance performs air conditioner refrigeration control by using the operation parameters of frequency conversion refrigeration control, and when the VIP service purchased by the user expires, the operation parameters of frequency conversion refrigeration no longer have the use permission, and the air conditioner can be controlled to operate only by using the operation parameters of ordinary refrigeration or the electric appliance equipment is directly turned off.
In the device control method of the embodiment of the invention, the authority information is periodically updated, and the use authority which does not have the currently used operation parameter is determined according to the updated authority information, so that the electric device is prohibited from continuously operating, the sharing of the device is realized, and meanwhile, the authority information of the shared device can be better managed.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, this embodiment provides another device control method, which illustrates that after controlling the operation of the electrical device, the operation information of the electrical device needs to be written into the user card to implement monitoring and management of the device, and fig. 4 is a fourth flowchart of the device control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, after step 103, the following steps may be further included:
step 401, generating an operation record of the electrical equipment, and writing the operation record into the user card.
Specifically, in the operation process of the electrical equipment, the operation records of the electrical equipment are produced and written into the user card, so that the electrical equipment can transmit the operation records to the server in a wireless mode, for example, through a high-fidelity wireless wifi technology, the server analyzes the obtained operation data, fault detection is carried out according to data analysis results, when faults or fault hidden dangers exist, maintenance personnel can be contacted to work for fault detection and maintenance, meanwhile, the data are transmitted to the mobile terminal bound with the electrical equipment to inform a user, meanwhile, the user can be guided to adjust the using method, faults and damage of the electrical equipment are avoided, remote operation monitoring, fault monitoring and the like of the shared electrical equipment are achieved, timely response and processing of the faults are achieved, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
In the equipment control method of the embodiment of the invention, the remote monitoring of the back-end server on the equipment operation is realized by writing the operation information of the equipment operation into the user card, the fault can be responded in time, the storage, the maintenance and the intelligent fault management of the operation state information of the shared equipment are realized, and meanwhile, the satisfaction degree of a user is also improved.
In the above embodiment, it is described that the charge information and the permission information in the user card are written into the user card in advance, and in practical application, as a possible implementation manner, the charge information and the permission information in the user card may be written into the user card by the electrical equipment; as another possible implementation, the charge information and the authority information in the user card are generated and written by software of a third party, for example, a mobile terminal bound to the device.
