The hydraulic engineer considers the maintenance of the hydraulic oil circuit in the hydraulic pipeline, assembles a special butterfly valve on the oil suction pipeline in front of the oil pump, rotates a wrench of the butterfly valve, disconnects oil in the oil tank from the oil suction pipeline, and prevents the oil in the oil tank from leaking through an oil suction port when the oil pump pipeline is disassembled. The working principle of the butterfly valve is as follows: the valve body is provided with a plastic PTFE check ring with a spherical surface, the valve core is formed by assembling a thin plate with a spherical surface and the check ring, the valve core is positioned through a pin hole, the valve core is fixed with the transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft is rotated by the handle to realize the opening and closing of the butterfly valve. The hydraulic oil absorption self-sealing device is reasonable in use on the pump truck, simple in structure, low in cost, few in fault and free of occupying structural space.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, the ejector fixing plate 2 is fixedly connected with the valve seat 6 through a connecting rod 8.
