The neck hanging double-sided air cooler as claimed in claim 3, wherein the air inlet hole is formed in the bottom of the neck hanging frame and opens toward the neck, the air inlet guiding groove is shaped like a half-open arc, one end of the air inlet guiding groove is connected with the air inlet hole, and the other end of the air inlet guiding groove is bent upwards and connected with the outside air.

The neck hanging double-sided air cooler as claimed in claim 3, wherein the air inlet hole is formed in a side portion of the neck hanging frame and opens toward a shoulder, the air inlet guide groove is shaped like a half-open arc, one end of the air inlet guide groove is connected to the air inlet hole, and the other end of the air inlet guide groove is bent downward to connect to the outside air.

A neck hanging double-sided air cooler as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein there are two fan assemblies, namely a first fan assembly and a second fan assembly, the neck hanging frame includes a first air inlet and outlet section and a second air inlet and outlet section, the first fan assembly is disposed in the free end inner cavity of the first air inlet and outlet section, the second fan assembly is disposed in the free end inner cavity of the second air inlet and outlet section, the partition divides the inner cavity of the first air inlet and outlet section into a first air inlet cavity and a first air outlet cavity, and the partition divides the inner cavity of the second air inlet and outlet section into a second air inlet cavity and a second air outlet cavity.

The neck-hung double-sided air cooler according to claim 6, wherein an intermediate isolation section is provided between the first air inlet and outlet section and the second air inlet and outlet section, the intermediate isolation section separates the internal chambers of the first air inlet and outlet section and the second air inlet and outlet section, the partition comprises a first partition and a second partition, the first partition is provided in the internal chamber of the first air inlet and outlet section, one end of the first partition is connected with the intermediate isolation section, the other end of the first partition faces the first fan assembly, a gap is provided between the first partition and the first fan assembly, the second partition is provided in the internal chamber of the second air inlet and outlet section, one end of the second partition is connected with the intermediate isolation section, and the other end of the second partition faces the second fan assembly, and a gap is provided between the second partition and the second fan assembly.

A neck hanging double-sided air cooler as claimed in claim 6, wherein an intermediate connecting section is provided between the first air inlet and outlet section and the second air inlet and outlet section, the intermediate isolating section connects the internal chambers of the first air inlet and outlet section and the second air inlet and outlet section, and the intermediate connecting section is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes.
9. A neck mounted dual sided air cooler as claimed in claim 7 or 8 wherein the aperture of the air inlet opening adjacent the fan assembly is smaller than the aperture of the air inlet opening remote from the fan assembly.
10. A neck mounted dual sided air cooler as claimed in claim 7 or 8 wherein the aperture of the air outlet adjacent the fan assembly is smaller than the aperture of the air outlet remote from the fan assembly.
