The foaming agent of the invention mainly acts to reduce the surface tension of water, so that the accumulated liquid in the pipeline can be foamed.
The conventional foaming agent, namely conventional betaine, is adopted in the invention, but experiments show that although the foaming amount of the betaine is slightly larger than that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO), the half life is shorter (the half life of the betaine foam in site water is 5-8min, and the half life of the AEO is 8-12min, but the foam stability is insufficient), and the requirement that the pipeline is finally carried out along with long-distance transportation of air flow after the pipeline effusion is changed into foam cannot be met. The sodium dodecyl sulfonate has the advantages of maximum foaming capacity in clear water, good foaming performance and highest foam height which is about 1.5 times that of betaine and AEO, but has very high defoaming rate in field water containing condensate oil, but has the defects of incapability of being used singly, and the sodium dodecyl sulfonate has a half life of 2-3min after being compounded with other foaming agents. Through multiple experiments, the foaming requirement and the half-life requirement can be met when the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the sodium dodecyl sulfonate are compounded, especially when the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the sodium dodecyl sulfonate 1:1, the effect is best when the foaming agent is compounded, and after the foaming agent is added into the foam stabilizer, the half life period of the foaming agent in oil-containing field water can reach more than one hour.
The foam stabilizer and the foaming agent are compatible to improve the performance, and have the capability of enhancing the foam stability, the permeability, the cleaning performance and the hard water resistance.
The self-foaming active material mainly has the function of enabling the cleaning pellets to quickly generate chemical reaction after encountering effusion, generating a large amount of carbon dioxide gas and converting the effusion in the pipe into foam.
The rupture agent mainly aims at accelerating dissolution of the foam volleyball at the effusion.
The lubricating release agent is mainly used for reducing friction force between the foam volleyball and the die, so that the product is easy to release and the molding difficulty is reduced.
The time-delay coating mainly has the effects of increasing the structural strength of the pigging ball, increasing the moving distance of the pigging ball in the pipeline, preventing premature reaction before the pigging ball reaches the accumulated liquid, increasing or reducing the polyethylene glycol spraying thickness according to the length of the field pipeline, and enabling the thickness of the time-delay coating to be 0.5-1.5mm.
Embodiment III: self-foaming pipe cleaning drainage ball performance experiment for gathering pipeline
1. Foam quality experiment

In the experiment, the vertical free falling fragmentation height of polyethylene glycol which is not sprayed is less than 25cm, the strength is increased along with the spraying thickness, the spraying thickness is 1cm, and the vertical fragmentation height can be increased to 40cm.
3. On-site pipeline pitching experiment
